The invention relates to the field of engine construction and can be used in the automotive industry.

A device for processing combustible mixture carburetor of an internal combustion engine containing chamber, the evaporator and the inlet of the heat carrier in the form of exhaust gases. (Patent UK N 2036175, CL F 02 M 31/08, 1980.)

It is also known a device for handling combustible mixture carburetor of an internal combustion engine, containing a camera and posted it to the evaporator, made in the form of electric heating winding of the spiral (UK patent N 1601098, CL F 02 M 31/12, 1981).

The disadvantages of the known devices include low processing efficiency of the combustible mixture.

Task isopera is solved by use of the evaporator, made in the form of winding a wire helix with spaced, equal to 1 3 exterior diameter of a wire and a supply of the fluid (exhaust gas) into the end of the spiral in the direction of its axis, and the second variant when using electric heating spiral cylindrical shape having spaced equal 2 5 outer diameters of the coil body.

In Fig. 1 shows a variant of the device with heating flammable gases; Fig. 2 electrically heated.

A device for handling combustible mixture carburetor of an internal combustion engine includes a camera 1 which is placed in the evaporator 2, made in the form of spiral coils, the distance between which is 1 to 3 of the outer diameter of the wire; fitting 3 with an opening 4, through which is fed the coolant ducts 4 intake manifold; studs 6, the spiral heater 7, made in the form of a cylindrical shape, the distance between the coils is 2 5 outer diameters of the coil body; a metal ferrule 8, the dielectric sleeve 9, the conductive core 10, the wire 11 serves to supply current.

One end of the spiral electric heater 7 is connected with the yoke 8 and the other with the core 10.

When using electric heating spiral 7, it is turned on before starting the engine. When this fuel is getting to the heated coils and passing between them, is subjected to evaporation and sputtering. There is a gaseous mixture which then flows into the cylinders of the engine.

2. A device for handling combustible mixture carburetor of an internal combustion engine, containing a camera and posted it to the evaporator, made in the form of electric heating winding spiral, characterized in that the electron is TRS round.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparation of homogeneous monodispersed mixtures of different liquids and gases. Proposed method of operation of fuel mixture preparation system for heat engines uses boosting system evaporating of liquid fuel by heat of exhaust gases and mixing of fuel vapors with cleaned flow of oxidizer, air or oxygen to form fuel mixture with subsequent delivery of said mixture into suction manifold. Flow rate of inlet aid flow is adjusted by boosting system and air flow is divided by control device into two parts. One part of air flow is fed into first heating chamber and is heated by exhaust gases and then is delivered into evaporating chamber connected with liquid fuel supply device. Leaned mixture is delivered into engine suction manifold through chamber with control gate. Temperature of inlet flows is regulated by changing flow rate of exhaust gases through heating chambers. Second part of inlet air flow is heated by exhaust gases at low ambient temperatures. When necessary. Degree of uprating of engine is increased by changing pressure of inlet air flow using boosting system.
