(57) Abstract:The invention relates to leather products, in particular, to the design of the suitcase for Luggage and kit of parts for Assembly. The suitcase contains is made of two pivotally connected one with the other parts of the body with the mounting means and the external equipment with the mounting means and mounted outside the housing suitcases by means of the mount. The latter is released manually and placed inside the means of fixation. In mounting the tool body and the wall is a through hole. The mounting means of the external equipment has a ledge and installed with the possibility of entrance into the installation tool body through the passage of the tabs into the housing through the opening in its wall and its mounting means. The fixation device has a locking tool set with mesh for the inside body portion of the protrusion of the mounting means of the external equipment to hold in a certain position. Kit of parts for assembling the suitcase contains a means for articulated connection of the two housing parts including a pin made with the possibility of accommodation in PR what redstem fixation. In the casing; means for receiving the transverse portion of the pin, and is also provided with fixing means for connection with means for fixing the transverse part of the pin. 2 and 21 C.p. f-crystals, 17 ill. The invention relates to bags for Luggage, and in particular deals with a device for installation of external equipment, such as wheels or other means of contact with the ground or with handles to carry or pull-up loops on the suitcases. It is well known equipment suitcases with wheels or rollers on the outer side, on which it can roll when it is heavily loaded. It is also known that good to provide a suitcase legs to make it more stable when it is on the edge and protect the body of the suitcase from abrasion. It is also known equipment Luggage handles for transfer and bend the bow loops. The closest analogue suitcases Luggage is a suitcase, comprising a housing made of two connected one with the other parts, with the mounting means and the external equipment with the mounting means and mounted outside the housing through the mount, having released manually and placed inside the medium is about usually requires each item to be collected manually using a tool, for example, a screwdriver to secure it in position.Wheels and legs can cause some problems for the user when folding suitcase when not in use, because they protrude from the body of the suitcase. The objective of the invention is to provide a collapsible suitcases Luggage, making it easy to fold for storage and also easy to assemble for use.To assist the user in keeping the suitcase when not in use, designed suitcase, the body of which consists of two connected one with the other parts of the body (base and cover), which are connected to each other by using a pin, hinge, which can be removed when the suitcase is not used so that the case cover can be turned over and placed in the housing, in order to make a more compact suitcases. If the suitcase has a protruding wheels, legs or handles, it may be necessary to remove these wheels, legs or handle before attaching the housings to each other. Thus, there is a need for a device for mounting wheels, legs or handles to the housing, and the Assembly or disassembly must be carried out easily, untrained polzovatelya for Luggage containing the two parts of the housing, pivotally connected by a hinge to each other, the external equipment and the means of retaining, external equipment containing mounting part, which interacts with a corresponding mounting part of one of the parts of the body of the suitcase. This mounting part of the housing contains an opening in the wall of the housing, and the mounting portion means of contact with the earth contains a projection that passes through the hole in the wall of the suitcase toward the inner side. The means of retaining interacts with the liberation of the lip, which is located inside the housing, to hold the mounting of the external equipment in the working position.Suitcases can be fitted with a strap for attachment to Luggage inside of the bag, and the means of retention may contain a means for attachment of the strap to the wall of the suitcase. Thus, it is possible to make this tool retention would perform two separate functions: held that the mounting portion of the external equipment in the working position and provided with a belt clip designed to hold clothing or other content suitcases in the storage position, when the suitcase is well used. Thanks to the MIA in cost of manufacture. When you want to disassemble the suitcase for storage, provision of retention as a means for fastening the straps has an additional advantage in that it is a means to keep attached to the end of the strap, and so it is less likely that it may be lost when the equipment is disassembled for storage. When the two housing parts are pressed from plastic material, the axis of the holes is preferably perpendicular to the plane of the main wall of the suitcase. In this case, the hole can be formed using the same tools for pressing, and the rest of the body, and there is no need for a separate insert in the tool for pressing, to form the hole. Moreover, when provided re-entering part of the outside of the casing for the installation of this equipment or the formed recess for the installation of this equipment, it is preferable that they also were aligned with the direction of movement of the tool for casting this case, in order not to create any significant cuts. Thus, the simplified design tool for casting, and also reduces the cost and time required for casting those to whom Livonia for holding the means of keeping in engagement with the tab. Preferably, the latching means contained an emphasis, an exciting fixture or dog ratcheting mechanism elastically installed in the tool place.Preferably, the means of restraint was designed so that when it is engaged with the ledge, it was gradually introduced the tool of installation of external equipment in engagement with the body of the suitcase. For this purpose, the means of retaining may include a wedge-shaped portion which engages in a slot in the ledge. The tool retention should preferably be of such size and shape, so it's easy to grasp in the hand, and to enter into engagement with the tab without the use of tools. The invention also includes a kit of parts for constructing precast suitcase for Luggage. The closest analogue to this object is a kit of parts for Assembly suitcases containing means for swivel base and cover having mounted on the base and the lid hinge with successively placed one on the other eye and the pin to fit in the ear hanging in the Assembly suitcases in patent GB 1 any base and cover each other when assembling the suitcase. The hinge means includes a pin for placing him in the interacting faces of the hinge of the pin part and a transverse part, while the transverse part is engaged with the tool placement in the housing to prevent axial movement of the pin when the transverse portion is engaged with the tool, as a means of retaining the means of the sample to interact with the tool retention means for preventing accidental displacement of the transverse part of the funds from the placement.Described kit, in its preferred form, may be easily assembled without tools. In Fig. 1 shows a suitcase in perspective; Fig.2 suitcases in Fig.1 in an open condition; Fig.3 is an enlarged fragmentary view of the hinge of the suitcase shown in Fig.1 and in Fig.2, where its parts separated; Fig.4 is a view similar to the view of Fig.3, a modification of the device of the hinge; Fig.5 is a cross section of the hinge pin of Fig.4; Fig.6 cross-section along the line VI-VI in Fig. 5; Fig.7 is a view in plan of the underside of the transverse portion of the hinge pin of Fig. 4 of Fig. 6; Fig.8 cross-section similar to that shown in Fig.5, another modification of the hinge device of Fig.9 uvelicheniya section of the wheel, it is shown in Fig.9; Fig.11 is a perspective view on a wheel according to Fig.9; Fig.12 is a perspective view of an alternative device for setting the wheels, with the separated parts of the suitcase of Fig.13 another device to install the wheels, with the separated parts of the suitcase of Fig. 14 is a perspective enlarged view of the retaining clip to the wheel Assembly according to Fig.13; Fig.15 is a perspective view of the device for mounting the legs on the suitcase shown in Fig.1 and in Fig.2; Fig.16 a perspective view of an alternative apparatus for installing legs on the suitcase shown in Fig.1 and in Fig.2; Fig.17 is a perspective view on an inner retaining strap suitcase shown in Fig.1 and in Fig.2.In the drawings shows the suitcase, which consists of two buildings-halves, nested into each other, and can be easily assembled by a person wishing to use this suitcase. After using this suitcase can handle for storage and later to be assembled for use.Suitcase 1 consists of two molded plastic housing parts 2 and 3. One part of the housing 2 forms the base, and the other 3 cover. Each part of the building 2 and 3 has a main wall sides 4 and 5 and the peripheral wall 6 and 7, respectively. These PE is shown in Fig.1. Wall base formed zuzelo with cast strip of the handle 11, which is located along the top wall of the suitcase. Part of this strip forms the handle 12 to carry, which is separated from the upper wall of the suitcase for a short distance. Curved recess 13 formed in the Central area of the upper wall 8 below the handle 12 to carry to ensure a sufficient gap so that the human hand could hold the carrying handle of the suitcase.A pair of wheels 14 attached to the bottom wall 9 of the suitcases in the return part of the body, at the corners between the bottom wall 9 and one of the end walls 15. A pair of legs 16 attached to the bottom wall, near the corners between the bottom wall 9 and the other end wall 15.Part of the case 2 and 3 pivotally connected to each other along the bottom wall 9 of the suitcase. Four exciting moving device is provided to connect these buildings to each other with the possibility of release, when the suitcase is closed. Two latches 17 and 18 are located on the top cover 8 suitcases and two pins 19 and 20 are located on each end wall 10. The ends of the strips 11, which form the handle are at the corners between the front wall 8 and end wall 10 and attached pushing the suitcase on its wheels. In Fig. 2 and 3 of the hull 2 and 3 pivotally connected to each other by means of three double end portions 21, 22 and 23, which are placed along the bottom wall 9. Two hinge plates 21 and 23 are located near the corners of the bottom wall and the hinge 20 is located in the middle of the bottom wall. The hinge 21 is shown in more detail in Fig. 3 and 4, it contains two sets of lugs or ends 24 and 25, zuzelo pressed on the peripheral edges of the side walls 6 and 7 respectively. The lugs in each set are separated from each other so that the lugs 24 enters the gaps between the lugs 25. Cylindrical channel 26 passes through each of the lugs 24 and 25. The slot 27 formed in the peripheral wall of one part of the body, in this case, the housing 2 of the base, near one end of the hinge. These lugs 24 and 25 are fastened to each other by means of the hinge pin in an L-shape 28. The rod 29 of the pin 28 is inserted in the set in one line channels 26, the transverse portion 30 of the pin 28 is rotated so that the slot or recess 27 has blocked this pin 28 of the hinge in position. This transverse part creates a tight fit in the slots 27 so that the pin 28 could not be accidentally knocked. To assemble the hinge, enclosure 2 Etsa at the end of the cylindrical channel 26, formed in these lugs and installed in working position. End stub portion 31 of the pin adjacent to the transverse part, increased to serve in the role of a stopper to limit the distance to which the pin can be inserted in these channels, and also to make it easier to take the hinge pin in hand. The pin 28 is taken at the end 31 and the transverse part 30 and is inserted into the channel 26 by hand. When the rod is fully inserted, the pin 28 is rotated to position the transverse part 30 in the slots 27.As can be seen from Fig. 3, the slot 27 has a U-shaped ridge 32, lying in the plane of the peripheral wall 7, which communicates with the grooves 33 on the sides of the transverse portion 30 for the purpose of positioning this transverse portion in position in the slots 27. The transverse portion of the hinge pin is made of a resilient plastic material and the side walls of the suitcase that allows these parties transverse portion to slide on the ridges, while these grooves will not be located over the crest. The entire pin including a shank and a transverse part, can pressoffice from a plastic material. Conversely, this rod hinge pin may be formed of metal, and the transverse part logojet to understand for example, when the suitcase should be folded for storage. To disassemble the hinge plates, the transverse part 30 is extended upwards from the slits 27 and the pin 28 is then removed from the channel 26 using the transverse part 30 as a handle that is pulled. The end 24 of the transverse part is inside, behind the wall of the suitcase so that it can be easily lifted out of the slot. When the pin 28 is removed, the sets of lugs 24 and 25 can be separated. The design of the slot 27 is such that the pin 28 cannot be removed from the hinge 21 until the suitcase is open. If the suitcase is closed, the edge 35 of the wall 7 of the cover is in the engaged position with the transverse part 30 of the pin 28, thereby preventing it from lifting out of the slot. Therefore, the core of the hinge pin 28 is axially fixed in the cylindrical channel 26 of the hinge. Due to this provides additional security in that, although the linkage is designed for easy disassembly, part of the sample can be split up until the suitcase is not open. Thus, suitcase protected from thieves who might try to get into the suitcase, after disassembling the hinge pins.In the drawings, Fig. 4 7 shows a modification of the hinge pin and locking device shown in Fig. 3. This device is s 38, formed on the sides of the slot 39 to hold the cross piece in the slot against accidental rotational displacement. Ridges 37 are 40 feet, partially separated from the adjacent parts of the transverse portion 36 through slots 41 so that they can bend more freely when the transverse part is placed in the slots 27 and ridges 37 slide past the projections 42, which define grooves or recesses 37. In other respects, the example embodiment of Fig. 4 7 the same as the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, and used the same numbers for references.in Fig. 8 shows another modification of the device to hold the hinge pin in the slot. In this device, the radial protrusion 43 formed on the sleeve or barrel portion 44 of the hinge pin. The radial protrusion 43 communicates with the edge 45 of the body, acting as a retaining means for retaining the transverse part of the slot. When the pin is rotated in a clockwise direction around its axis, as shown in Fig. 8, the protrusion 43 slides along the edge 45 of the body, passing from the inside out, this trail passes through the elastic body. In the position shown in Fig. 8, the protrusion is engaged with the outer edge of the housing to counteract simagepath this transverse part of the slot.In Fig. 10 shows a cross section of one of the nodes in the wheels of the suitcase shown in Fig. 1 and 2. Knot wheel includes a mounting plate 46, which is fastened on the axis 47. The wheel 47 mounted for rotation around the axis 47 and is held captive star washer 49. Cap-sleeve 50 is installed driving in the recess 51 on the outer side of the wheel and along with decorative trim wheel protects it from dirt.Node wheels installed in the return part 52 of the housing between one of the end walls and bottom wall. Not all of approximately the form of a key recess 53 formed on the outer wall of the housing for mounting respectively formed raised portion 54 on the inner side of this mounting Board. The elevated portion includes a circular portion 55 located around the axis, and a radial portion 56, which runs to the edge of this mounting plate. The rotation of this mounting plate with the wheel is prevented due to the non-circular raised portion 54 of the recess 53 into which it enters. The hole 57 in the form of slits passes through the housing wall in the region of the recess 53. The ledge 58 is held inside the suitcase from a portion 56 of the mounting plate and still sits in oresi 58A. This slot tapers in thickness from the end nearest to the wheel rim, towards the end, nearest to the axis. The clamp 59 is designed to hold the node wheels in position on the suitcase. Tapering the shape of the tongue contributes to the fact that the mounting plate of the wheel force is in the working position. The body 60 of the clamp 59 rests against the inside of the suitcase to take on the stresses. On the inner side of the suitcase, with the opposite sides of the slot to provide clearance for the tongue has a notch 62.Along the opposite sides of the clip are two essentially parallel shoulder 63 of the lever. The shoulders 63 are attached to the body 60 parts 64 of the hinge, made as one whole. On the front ends of the arms are two aims which their parts 66. The whole clip is formed as a single molded piece of resilient plastic material. When the exciting part 66 are squeezed toward each other, the shoulders of the lever rotates parts 67 of the hinge so that the seal 65 depart from each other. When these spectacular pieces are released, the latch closer to each other, occupying its original position. The inner part of the housing is formed with two grooves 67 on opposite sides of the raised portion formed by the recess 53 in the outer part of the suitcase. When the pull-tab 61 is in the slits 58A, latch 65 engages with the grooves 67, holding the clip in position. To release the clip, spectacular pieces 66 are squeezed together to release the fittings from the grooves, thereby allowing the latch to pass through the struts formed by the sides of these grooves, and allowing you to withdraw the tongue from the slot. The body 68 of the clamp has three transverse slots 69 at its rear end, through which may be passed one end of the strip 70.In Fig. 10 shows a modification of the mounting of the wheel shown in the drawings, Fig. 9, 10 and 11. In this device the mounting plate 71 includes a portion 72 of the casing that goes around the part of periphery the other 74 return part 75. These rails interact with grooves (not shown) in the casing for the purpose of positioning the casing, and therefore, the mounting plate in position. The mounting plate is in other respects similar to the mounting plate 54 in Fig. 9 and is held in position in the same way.In Fig. 13 and 14 show another modification of the device for holding node of the wheel in the working position. In this device the clamp 68 has a tongue 76, passing at an angle to the plane of the body 77. This tab is wedge-shaped and elastic leg 78, protruding up from the top inner surface and inclined in the direction of the body of the clamp. When the pull tab 76 is inserted through the slot 58A in the projection 58, the tab is deflected into the tongue to allow the tongue to pass. Once this foot 78 will pass through the slot 58A, the rear edge of the tabs 78 may podporujici to engagement with the side of the ledge 58 along the slot and hold the clamp in position. To remove this clip, foot 78 is pressed down to the tongue 76 so that the tongue can be removed from the slot 58A.In the rest of the mounting of the wheel of Fig. 12 may be similar to the device shown in Fig. 9.In Fig. 15 shows a device for the wall, the opposite wall, where the wheel is the recess 79, the outer side of the housing. The leg 80 is in contact with the ground part 81 and the mounting portion 82. This installation contains two parallel key part 83, which interact with corresponding grooves on the sides of the recess 79 so that the leg can slide in the recess in the direction indicated by the arrow 84. The flange 85 formed around the edges of the mounting part, bordered by the outer side of the housing where the mounting portion is exhausted to failure. The mounting portion 82 includes a protrusion 85 with a transverse slot 86, similar to the protrusion 58 and the slots 58A device for fastening the wheel. At the base of the recess 79 has a hole 87 in the form of slots, which allows the protrusion 85 passes from the outside into the case. Itself the leg is held in working position by a clamp 68, identical to the clamp 59 in Fig. 9. This retention legs like holding node of the wheel of Fig. 9 and corresponding parts have been assigned the same reference numbers. In Fig. 16 shows a modification of the device for holding the legs in which the clamp 68 is identical to the clamp 68 in Fig. 13 and 14. In other respects oderzeitung its fasteners. The clamps 68 are attached to the opposite ends of the strap 70 and are attached to the mounting plate of the wheel and the mounting plate legs, respectively, as shown in the drawings, Fig. 9 and 15, or Fig. 13 and 16, depending on the type of clamp. The third clamp 88 is attached to the strap between its ends. The clip 88 has a slot 89 through which passes a belt. The bracket 90 is attached to the outer side of the suitcase or, as shown, to the dividing panel 91 inside the suitcase. The bracket has a hole 92 through which may be omitted hook portion 93 of the clamp 88. Hook portion 93 has a lip 94 which rests on the rod portion 95 of the bracket 90.The clip 88 has a channel 96 that is located directly below the hook-shaped part that is designed for hanging the hanger for clothes so that when the garment on a coat hanger is located under the belt 70, these hooks coat hanger for clothes can be placed in the channel 96 and, thus, be maintained in a certain position.Suitcase, as mentioned above, may have two wheels and two legs. Only one of these wheels and one of the legs can be attached to the suitcase with the help of clamps attached to the belt. Others"ptx2">In embodiments of the invention described above, the axis of the holes 57 and 87, through which the tabs 58 and 85, in the mounting of the wheel or legs perpendicular to the major lateral walls 4, 5 suitcases. Return part 75 79 of the housing and the recess 53 for mounting the attachment parts of the wheel blocks and legs also directed outward, along this axis, so as not to form undercuts.
