Purpose: the invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a technology for production of protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixtures. The inventive feed mixture is injected bis(benzoylmethyl)selenide in the amount of 4 to 15 mg per 1 kg of feed mixture. table 2.

The technical result of the claimed method of preparation of protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixtures is giving it versatility for farm animals and birds and to increase the biological value of the mixture to strengthen the body's immune system.

To achieve the specified technical re the e components of plant and animal origin and premix in the feed mixture further added bis(benzoylmethyl)selenide in the amount of 4 to 15 mg per 1 kg of the mixture.

Conducted comparative tests of efficiency "DAFS 25" with the main diet containing components of plant and animal origin, and a premix containing the above the crystals in each. All groups were given the same food. The first group in the basic diet was added to the standard premix P-7. The second group in the basic diet was added to protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixture containing DAFS-25" in the amount of 33% by weight of the total feed. The third "DAFS-25" was introduced directly into the main diet in the same amount.

As a result of experiments it was determined that the second group within 60 days of growing pigs increased the gain in live weight by 8% and 6% and decreased the mortality of the animals at 1 and 5%, respectively, compared to the first and third groups. The quality of the examined feed mixtures are presented in table.1.

Example 2. For broiler chickens cooked protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixture by mixing organic materials of plant and animal origin: meal soybean meal and sunflower meal, fish meal, yeast hydrolysis, as well as chalk, limestone, shell and premix containing the following vitamins and minerals in terms of 1 kg of fodder.

To conduct comparative tests to determine the efficiency of DAFS-25 in the composition of protein-vitamin-mineral mixture were formed three groups of tabletvalium. All groups received the same basic diet, appropriate standards for nutritional and biological value. The first group received the basic diet with the addition of standard premix P5-1. The second group with the main diet received bvmk mixture in an amount of 10% by weight of the total feed. The third group received DAFS-25 only with the main diet.

As a result of experiments it was determined that the second group of broiler chickens at 56 days of cultivation preservation compared with the first and third group increased by 7% and 3%, respectively, and the gain increased by 8% and 6%, respectively.

Example 3. For young laying hens cross "Smena" 13-17 weeks of age prepare protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixture by mixing organic materials of plant and animal origin: meal soybean meal and sunflower meal, fish meal, yeast hydrolysis, as well as chalk, limestone, shell and premix containing the following vitamins and microelement 6.6 mg;226.6 mg;620 mg;120.06 mg;353,4 mg;5200 mg;c3.4 mg; N20,166 mg;43,3 mg

To conduct comparative tests to determine the effectiveness of use of DAFS 25" with the main diet containing components of plant and animal origin, and a premix containing the above-mentioned vitamins and minerals were formed three groups in 2000 laying hens aged 13-17 weeks.

All groups of chickens were fed the same basic diet, appropriate standards for nutritional and biological value. The first group received the basic diet with the addition of standard premix P5-1. The second group with the main diet of protein-vitamin-mineral feed mixture containing DAFS-25" in the amount of 15% of the total amount of feed. The third group received the "DAFS-25" only with the main diet.

As a result of experiments it was determined that the second group of chickens within 70 days of cultivation, the case with regard to culling decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with the first and third group. In table.2 shows enoy the feed mixture, providing for the mixing of components of plant and animal origin and premix containing vitamins and trace elements, characterized in that the feed mixture is injected bis(benzoylmethyl)selenide in the amount of 4 to 15 mg per 1 kg of feed mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology to obtain biologically active substances, that is, brewery mash processing for food and fodder purposes. The method includes preliminary pressing initial raw brewery mash at the content of dry matters being above 20% followed by isolating solid pressed fraction and removing a liquid fraction. Then solid fraction should be dried at 40-60 C at simultaneous partial reducing. Then dried brewery mash comes into a hammer mill at its sieve's holes diameter being 1 mm, from there reduced brewery mash should be supplied onto a screen at holes diameter being 0.2 mm at obtaining biologically active meal at dispersity degree being 60 mcm. Final meal contains the following fatty acids at certain composition: myristic up to 0.85%, pentadecanoic up to 0.6%, palmitic up to 40.0%, palmitoleic up to 8.93%, heptadecanoic up to 0.97%, heptadecinic up to 0.32%, stearic up to 6.6%, oleic up to 11.2, linileic up to 32.14, linolenic up to 2.35, it also contains vitamin E at the quantity of 2 mg/100 g meal. The present technique enables to keep all valuable biologically active components of initial brewery mash and provides wide functional curative properties for the end product that enables to apply it both for human and animal nutrition.
