(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to electrical engineering. The inventive cable coupler includes a housing in the form of a split in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, with means for locking the joint, and including a groove of U-shaped profile, in which is placed a longitudinal seal is pressed by the protrusion. The ends of the pipe are closed by seals cable through holes and spaced around the circumference of the grooves in which o-ring seals. To prevent extrusion of the tube during closing of the coupling, the pipe in the area of both ends has a thickening of the wall, passing to the area of longitudinal separation, 5 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

From [1] known cable coupling for connecting and branching cables, particularly telecommunication cables, comprising a housing in the form of a split in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, with means for locking the joint, including the groove of the U-shaped profile and a protrusion included in the cavity of the groove to compress the longitudinal seal, placed in the groove, closing the ends of the pipe seals with cable pass-through holes, the AMI, in which is placed an annular seal clamped between sealing and covering them with a pipe, and a groove of U-shaped profile formed: oriented in the direction of the circumference of the pipe, an outer lip and an inner ledge outside the area of intersection of the longitudinal and o-ring seals to ensure they are pressed to each other.

In such cable boxes, which, as a rule, placed in the earth, understandable way should be reliable sealing of the housing of the coupling relative to the seals. To do this, on the one hand provided by o-ring seals, and on the other hand includes one or more locking tensioning devices that cover locking profiles, and tighten the seal not only the longitudinal seam, but also put pressure on the seals to hold the circumferential seals in their grooves. As pipe couplings made of plastic cuff relatively small thickness, e.g. 4 mm, when tightening the seals are not excluded tension and stretching of the pipe. Such expansion or extension may, however, lead to deterioration of the seal pipe couplings relative to the seals.

The basis of the invention the task is to create the a, in order to achieve a reliable seal pipe couplings relative to the seal prevents stretching and expansion of the pipe coupling during closing of the clutch.

The problem is solved in that the cable coupling for connecting and branching cables, particularly telecommunication cables, comprising a housing in the form of a split in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, with means for locking the joint, including the groove of the U-shaped profile and a protrusion included in the cavity of the groove to compress the longitudinal seal, placed in the groove, closing the ends of the pipe seals with cable pass-through holes made with the possibility of reconciliation with cables of different diameters and arranged around the circumference of the grooves in which o-ring seals, trapped between the seals and covering them with a pipe, moreover, the groove of the U-shaped profile formed oriented in the direction of the circumference of the pipe, an outer lip and an inner ledge outside the area of intersection of the longitudinal and o-ring seals to ensure they are pressed to each other, according to the invention the pipe in the area of both of the ends has a thickening of the wall, passing to the area of the longitudinal connector, while prodelin is the thickening prevents stretching and, finally, the expansion of the pipe in the region of its ends during the closing of the clutch by means of locking. According to a preferred form of execution of the invention the thickening of the walls of the pipe are thickening material is preferably given width and thickness as the outside and inside of the pipe. The width of the thickening may correspond to the width of the seal, whereas the thickness of the thickening may be approximately half the thickness of the rest of the pipe, in any case is selected so that the extension and expansion of the tube occurs. Thickening of the pipe or wall material from technological considerations easiest to do, as an external thickening from the same plastic material as the pipe.

A longitudinal groove in places where there is no inner lip has a narrowing of the cavity. These measures according to the invention result in the fact that when closing pipe couplings and, hence, the introduction of the opposite profile to the profile of the groove, a longitudinal seal in the areas of narrowing of the camera are compressed in enhanced degree. Due to the strong compression of the longitudinal seal, it is in places where there is no protrusion from the groove and simultaneously pressed against the ring seal given lavage seals optimized, even taking into account the fact that the longitudinal and annular seals are just round cords without increasing forms in the zone of the intersection, which could be in these places. In order for the compression of the longitudinal seals in the area of narrowing the camera could reliably take considerable effort, the invention further proposes that the narrowing of the cavity of the groove was formed rising towards the internal cavity of the tube bottom of the groove.

In a cable sleeve according to the invention, lifting the bottom of the groove can be formed in a wedge-shaped or arcuate thickening extending to the inner surface of the pipe with the formation of an acute angle. As well as in a cable sleeve according to the invention, the outer ledge of the longitudinal groove of the U-shaped profile in the area of intersection of the longitudinal and annular seals can be executed power, for example, by means of the same material.

In the result according to the technical solution of the invention is made cable coupling for connecting and branching cables, particularly telecommunication cables, which in a simple way, even when using a simple sealing cords of circular cross section for longitudinal and circumferential seals, due to optimalnoe compression of the sealing material with high specific pressure without stretching or expansion of the pipe coupling in the course of its closing.

Sketches cable coupler 1 for connecting and branching cables 2, in particular communication cables, in principle, consists of a casing in the form of a split in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 3 made of plastic and limiting the longitudinal joint locking means 4, as well as serving for end-closing pipe couplings 3 surround it seals with 5 matched with the different cable diameter cable through holes 6 and injected between the sleeve 3 and the seal 5 in the annular grooves 7 ring 8. Thickening of the wall 10 is made as an outer bulb, and therefore the construction can be easily realized.

To close the longitudinal seam is provided by the connection 11, 12 from the groove of the U-shaped profile and the protrusion 11 for installation of the longitudinal seal 13 on one edge of the joint and extending into the groove of the protrusion 12 on the other side of the longitudinal seam for longitudinal compression of the seal 13. U-shaped profile groove 11 is formed extending in the annular direction of the pipe coupling 3 internal ledge 14 and the outer ledge 15. The pressure-limiting device for cables may contain, for example, the first cable including a conductor and an oil-containing layer encapsulating the conductor and the second cable having a conductor. The connection spot and the conductors of the first and the second cables may be covered with a pressure-limiting hose.
