The closest analogue of the invention is a friction disc with friction linings, provided by its external circuit having a variable width through the slots, which are placed in the material of the friction lining, and a notch is made with a width decreasing in the radial direction to the outer contour of the disk (see SU, A3, N 2019755, M CL F 16 D 69/02, 1994).

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of crack formation and destruction of the friction lining due to deformation of the metal disk around the external circuit under the action of centrifugal forces, especially at the moment of contact of the friction disk and the counterbody, because reducing the width of the grooves increasing radius of rotation against the established with representation from the invention, is to reduce the possibility of the destruction of the friction lining at high speeds by reducing the centrifugal forces acting on the metal disk. Other technical result, which can provide the invention is the reduction of weight of the metal disk and, as a result, all of the friction disk, which will reduce the centrifugal force and to reduce the frictional load of the nodes.

To achieve the technical result in friction drive comprising a metal disc with friction linings, on the part of the external contour of which is made through the notches with the disk axis plots with increasing towards the periphery of the disc width and the adjacent intermediate sections with decreasing towards the periphery of the disc width, notch made with extra stations, with increasing towards the periphery of the disc width and located adjacent intermediate sections from the periphery of the disc.

SUBSTANCE: frictional clutch plate contains hub, connected to it through damper driven disk, on which there are fixed in both sides friction facings. Friction facings are implemented of different thickness. Facing of higher thickness is fixed on the side of clutch pressure plate, and facing of less thickness from the side of flywheel.

A friction disk comprises a metal body with eight recesses along the outer body outline and eight holes with composite friction patch pieces being fixed on the disk. Twelve grooves are provided on the friction surfaces of the friction patch pieces. The holes and recesses are alternating along the disk circumference. On one of the patch pieces four grooves are placed in the holes' zones and the other grooves are beyond the zones of the recesses and holes of the body.
