Polymer composition for artistic mosaic plates. The invention relates to the field of polymeric compositions based on unsaturated polyester resins for artistic mosaic plates. The objective of the invention is to increase toughness and expand their artistic and mosaic spectrum. The technical problem is solved in that the polymer composition for artistic mosaic plates, including unsaturated polyester resin, accelerator - 10 - 16% solution of cobalt naphthenate, initiator, filler, as unsaturated polyester resin it contains a polycondensation product of maleic anhydride, the anhydride of norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, diethylene glycol and propylene glycol, dissolved in styrene to viscosity VZ-1 75 - 80 sec., as an initiator - Gidropress of cumene and additionally contains the product from a mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling esters with a flash point of 130 - 140oC, obtained by distillation from the flotation reagent of oxala light fraction with a boiling point of 115 160oC at a pressure of 5 to 10 mm RT. Art., in the following ratio, wt.h.: specified nanosys ispolnitel 12,9 - 560 specified product from a mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling esters 56 - 80, which allows to increase the impact strength of artistic mosaic plates in 2 - 2.8 times, and the additional introduction into the polymer composition 42 - 60 wt.h. styrene can increase the impact strength even at 4 - 7% and to expand their range. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.

The disadvantages of this composition is that the lining material on its basis has insufficient impact strength, limited art-mosaic spectrum.

The objective of the invention is to increase toughness artistic mosaic plates on the basis of the claimed composition, the expansion of the art-mosaic spectrum boards.

Unsaturated polyester resin prepared as in the method described in example 1. Artistic mosaic plate with the use of this resin composition were subject to sanitary-epidemiological examination and received a certificate for the use of art-mosaic plates for internal and external finishing works.
