The invention relates to machine building and repair industries and can be used for sealing cracks and sinks, for sealing and elimination of leaks, as well as the use of machines and structures. The material includes epoxy resin, rubber, aluminum, iron, polyamide resin, diethylenetriaminepenta and Tris-(diethylaminomethyl)-phenol as a percentage 8:5:35:41:6:4:1. 3 table.

The invention relates to composite materials used for repair work, for sealing and elimination of leaks, cracks in the engineering and construction industries, as well as in the operation of machines and structures.

Various polymeric compositions for sealing cracks and sinks, epoxy putty to eliminate the defects of the form, for example, the paste for sealing cracks in cylinder blocks of internal combustion engine [1, 2] and others, which are prepared on the basis of epoxy resins with various fillers.

The disadvantages of the known compounds are long time of polymerization, up to 24 hours, and the exact ratio of components of the base material and hardener.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the time of polymerization up to 3 h, the mixture when ravnovyesnykh ratios of base and hardener, with a possible deviation of up to 30% without loss of strength characteristics of the material.

The problem is solved by using as the curing of a mixture of polyamide resin, diethylenetriaminepenta, Tris-(diethylaminomethyl)-phenol as a percentage 55:36:9, as a filler mixture of aluminium powder and iron with a particle size of 5 to 50 μm, taken as a percentage of aluminum from 35 to 46, and iron from 54 to 65, as the modifier is butadiene rubber at the following percentage of the compound:

The use of metal-polymer compound is as follows: components of the material, the base and hardener are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 by volume with an allowable error of not more than 30% of the mixture is then applied to the prepared surface parts, the connection (or structural element) is fixed for 3 h, after which the mechanical processing of the material is measured compositions allow to conclude that, currently there is no known composition with similar distinctive signs. Therefore, the proposed arrangement meets the criterion of significant differences.

Experimental studies allowed to determine the optimal ratio of components to obtain ravnovyesnykh ratios of base and hardener (see tab. 1).

The most technologically advanced is the third song, where the volume ratio of the base and hardener 1:1.

The compound is recommended for repair of fistulas, fissures, holes, corrosion in heating systems, water, containers, liquid and gas pipelines, as well as defects and damages units (blocks, cylinders, radiators, oil and gas tanks, housings).

Proposed for patenting material, having in comparison with the known epoxy compositions shortened curing time up to 3 h, and improved technological properties, expressed in the convenient form of a mixture of base and curing agent, also has high strength and adhesion characteristics, are given in table. 3.
