(57) Abstract:

Usage: securing the hose to the nipple. The inventive clamp contains two split cylindrical ring of the same diameter and of different width. One ring installed in the groove of the other rings coaxially with the latter. O-rings are made with curved ends. One end of each ring is made with emphasis. The emphasis turned to the other bent end of the same ring. The ends of the rings are connected by fasteners. Each axis of the fastening element is located relative to the cylindrical part of the ring and stops, respectively, at a distance equal to 1/2 and 3/4 of the diameter of the head of the fastening element. The clamp allows you to squeeze the hose to the nipple evenly around the entire circumference of the nipple with considerable effort. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for connection to the hose nipple.

Known for the design of the clamp steel wire, both ends of which is made of the sawtooth teeth, putting the ends in engagement with each other [1]

The disadvantages of the known constructions of the clip are small, the strength of the connection of the hose nipple (pipe) and the engagement of the ends of the clamp each one is s, the technological difficulty of obtaining a sawtooth teeth.

The famous design of the clip, which represents a split cylindrical ring, unbent ends with holes for placement of the screw, tightening the clamp with nuts [2]

The disadvantages of the known constructions of the clip are the lack of integrity and sufficient strength of the connection of the hose nipple. When installing such a clamp plate it occurs unilaterally, respectively, and the hose begins to cling to the nipple under the action of the clamp with one hand. The result will inevitably be formed collection hose (bloating above the surface of the nipple against the open part of the clip. This leads to a significant leak in the connection. Such leaks occur, for example, the operation of the submersible domestic pumps supplying water from a depth of well or wells, the installation of which are also used clamps.

Leakage through the loose connection of the hose nipple (fitting pump) in the above pumps are amplified even more by the fact that at the connection of the hose with the pump, there is a considerable pressure (2oC 6 ATI), defined by the depth of the borehole or well. In the leakage syamsoeddin hose with nipple (fitting pump) while maintaining sufficiently high processability of the clip.

This is ensured by the fact that the clamp containing a split cylindrical ring with curved ends and fasteners on them, equipped with an additional split cylindrical ring with a diameter equal to the diameter of the main ring, with a groove width of the main ring, with curved ends and fasteners on each main ring installed in the groove of additional rings coaxially with him. In addition, one of the bent ends of each ring can be made with emphasis directed toward the other bent end of the same ring, and each axis of the fastening element is located relative to the cylindrical part of the ring and stops, respectively, at a distance equal to 1/2 and 3/4 of the diameter of the head of the fastening element.

In Fig. 1 shows a clamp mounted on the hose nipple; Fig. 2 longitudinal section of the clamp, the hose and the nipple of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a view in plan of one of the rings of the two members of the clamp; Fig. 4 is a side view of the ring of Fig. 3; Fig. 5 is a view in plan of the second ring clamp; Fig. 6 is a side view of the second ring clamp of Fig. 5.

The clamp consists of two cylindrical rings 1 and 2 of the same diameter D with bent ends 3 and 4, with stops in their approach (stops the entire cylindrical part 9 of the ring 2. With this design, the ring 1 may include laterally in the other ring 2 to a complete matching of the diameters of the rings.

Holes 10 and 11 are from the cylindrical surfaces 7 and 9 of each of the rings 1 and 2 at a distance 1/2 d, and from the stops 5 and 6 at a distance of 3/4 d (Fig. 1).

The clamp can also be used to connect the hose over the nipple. For this purpose, the free right end of the nipple 12 (Fig. 2) install a second hose (Fig. 2 is not shown) and is mounted similarly to the fastening of the hose 13 to the left end of the nipple 12.

When the operation of pumping systems with clamps, no leakage of the fluid in the hose connections with fittings (nipples) pumps or hose with hose and breakdowns hose nipples.

A technical advantage of the clip is that it allows you to squeeze the hose to the nipple evenly around the entire circumference of the nipple with considerable effort, defined by tightening the two screws. Uniform pressure to the cylindrical surface of the nipple due to the fact that the hose is covered by a ring clamp simultaneously over its entire circumference from the beginning to the end of its tightening. Increasing efforts are being pressed to the nipple promotes certain of sobrannosti.

All the details of the clip can be manufactured by stamping on high-efficiency equipment.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to retainers used to fasten cargoes delivered aboard the cargo rocket to the international space station. The proposed retainer comprises rings with hooks and adapters linked up with the said hooks. Aforesaid adapters have larger diameter collars arranged nearby the said hooks as well as smaller diameter collars. The retainer incorporates a bearing spring, its end being wound up on the adapters ends, and an arimide fabric boot fitted on the spring whereon an arimide thread is wound up very tightly, from hooks to adapter larger diameter collars.

EFFECT: higher reliability in prolonged operating in space at abnormal temperatures, longer life.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: control fastening device consists of fixture element containing bracket-shaped case with orifices for screws or other elements designed for fastening to wall and having seat passing along axis, and connecting bar with external thread sliding along axis in said seat. The seat has threaded sections connected to the fixture element engaging with these threaded sections and facilitating their engagement with thread on the bar or facilitating their release from engagement. The fixture element is set on the threaded sections outside in radial direction; it turns relative to said axis and has internal lugs passing in a radial direction. The lugs engage the said threaded sections and push them to the bar; also, the lugs engage the threaded sections by means of turn of the fixture element around said axis. The seat has axial gaps wherein the said lugs can be inserted to facilitate free bar sliding in the seat.

EFFECT: simple and durable device, easy and fast control of distance between assembled structure and wall.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for attachment of sensor of echo-metre consists of profile case with elongated slot on one of its surfaces, of holder of echo-metre sensor positioned in profile case, equipped with end head and with its upper portion connected to the latter, and of unit of attachment to floating device in form of screw clamp. Coaxial lengthwise slots are made in side surfaces of the profile case. The echo-metre sensor holder is tied with the case by means of axis around which it rotates. Threaded axis is installed in lengthwise slots and is fixed on the profile case with a wing nut. The holder of the echo-metre sensor is equipped with two holders of wire for the echo-metre sensor - an upper and lower one. In its lower part the holder of the echo-metre sensor is furnished with a stop adjusted by height, with a spring, with a shaped clamp with a lug and with protective element of the echo-meter sensor arranged on the holder before the echo-metre sensor in the direction of the floating device motion. The end head is made out of non-metallic material and consists of two portions adjusted relative to each other. One of these portions is equipped with a holder in form of a pin preventing its turn in horizontal plane, while another has a lower holder of the wire of the echo-metre sensor. The end lower portion of the case has a shaped slot.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: fixing device comprises a body and a clamping element, arranged in the form of at least three grips. Each grip represents a bent plate with a working end bent along a radius corresponding to the diameter of a fixed support, in the middle part the plate is bent along the radius of the fixing rod, the end part of the plate is arranged in the form of a ring with the diameter under a fastening screw, hingedly fixing grips in the body. The middle grip is turned relative to the side ones by 180. Middle bent parts of grips when a fixing rod stretches through them contact with it, closing working ends of the middle and side grips towards each other.

EFFECT: invention provides for reliable and strong fixation of any object to a rigid support of round cross section, the proposed fixing device is simple to produce and operate.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fixing clip for fixing the decorative frame (31) to the window frame (22) or similar is proposed. In this case, the frames (22, 31) consist of profiles (23), and the fixing clip (1) consists of the central part (2) and two coaxial bayonet latches (4, 5) on either side of the central part (2), respectively, one bayonet latch (5) - to secure the fixing clip (1) in the cut groove (27) provided for this purpose in the frame (22) and fixing it by turning the fixing clip (1), and one bayonet latch (4) for securing the fixing clip (1) to the cut groove (32) provided for this purpose in the decorative frame (31), and fixing it by turning the fixing clip (1). The fixing clip (1) is provided with means for temporarily holding the fixing clip (1) after fixing in the groove (27) of frame (22) or the decorative frame (31), and at least one radially oriented wing (3) on the central part (2), which can act as a lever for rotating the fixing clip (1). Wherein, the aforementioned means are formed by a latch connector (11) which is formed by two resilient hooks (12) which are provided along the width of bayonet latch (5) on either side of the bayonet latch (5) and which are fixed by their base (13) to the central part (2) and whose hook-shaped end (14) is movable in the width direction of the corresponding bayonet latch (5). The window consisting of a frame with a decorative frame is also suggested. The decorative frame is attached to the frame using the fixing clip described above. Method of fastening the decorative frame to the window frame is also proposed using the fixing clip described above.

SUBSTANCE: end parts of the yoke are converging. The acute angle between the sides of the central and main part is no less than that between the sides of the end and main part. The ratio of tangents of the angles is 1-2. The ratio of the area of the cross-section of the main part to the square of the length of the sides of all three sections minus the length of the radial bend ranges from 0.003 to 0.010. The ratio of the diameter of the yoke in operation condition to the diameter of the released yoke is 1.1-1.3. The ratio of the length to the width of the main part of the yoke is 1-2. The radial folds are provided with areas that are in a contact with each other when the yoke is released. The radial folds are inclined at an angle from 12° to 17° with respect to the plane perpendicular to the plane of the yoke ring. The edges of the radial folds are U-shaped when the yoke is released.

SUBSTANCE: connecting pipe comprises nipple provided with threaded section, conical section, connecting threaded section, and connecting member made of a bushing with inner cone and outer section. The threaded and conical sections of the nipple go one into the other. The conical section is defined by decreasing the height of the thread profile with the simultaneous increase of the area of the tops of the thread profile, base, and smooth top of the conical section. The base of the inner housing of the connecting member made of a bushing faces the threaded section of the nipple. The connecting member is also provided with the top that goes into the threaded connecting section. The outer section has the cylindrical part with hexahedron mounted from the opposite side of the bushing cone. The cone angles of the nipple and connecting member are the same.

FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler clip comprises bending loop-like support clamp with its ends furnished with one hole and superimposed in closed position. Note here that, in the said position, the first hole in the inside end of support clamp mates the second hole on the clamp outside end so that the clamping element is received into both holes, the said clamping element being furnished with a radial ledge resting upon inside hole edge from inside. In compliance with the invention, the second hole cross section differs from that of the first hole, and that the clamping element is furnished with a radial bulge at a distance from the previously mentioned radial ledge, which allows the clamping element to be held on the fist hole edge without slippage and to enter the second hole.

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for attachment of rubber seals on pipelines. Clamp-coupling for attachment of rubber seal on pipeline includes two similar stops with upper holes for passing of tie-bolt, one of them is main and the other is secondary representing angle iron. To main stop from its inner side guide from round stock is welded, crimping element connected to stops. To main stop from its inner side additional guide from round stock is welded. Guides are arranged in parallel and secondary stop is located on them with possibility of free movement during attachment of rubber seal on pipeline.

EFFECT: invention improves reliability of sealing of tube space between main pipeline and cover during construction of transitions - main pipelines with protective cover under water barriers and also across highways and railways.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: clamp-brace is equipped with clip wherein there are tied ends of clamped element with its main length. The clip consists of a plate with flanges bent under straight angle and of orifices wherein there is inserted a bracket of semi-circle shape with thread on ends, which is screwed with nuts. Depending on diametre of the pipeline the clamp brace is made either double- or three-section. The double-section clamp-brace is used for securing rubber collars on pipelines of 427-1220 mm diametre; also sections are of equal length. The three-section clamp-brace is used for securing rubber collars on pipelines of 1221-1720 mm diametre and more; also sections are of equal length.

EFFECT: reliable sealing of inter-pipe space for pipelines, convenient packing and shipping.

SUBSTANCE: connection of two ends of the tape is done by a guide hook located on the internal side of the tape and inserted into a socket designed for the guide hook and located on the external side of the tape and a locking hook also located on the internal side of the tape and inserted into the socket designed for the locking hook and located on the external side of the tape. The socket designed for the locking hook is a depressed pocket achieved by cold pressing of a metal strip, and forming a unified whole with it around its perimetre. The internal surface of the socket is perpendicular to the tape surface in the support area adjacent to the outer end of the tape. The locking hook has a projection directed to the side opposite to the internal end of the tape, which when the hose clamp is pulled engages its sheared edge with the support area of the socket designed for a locking hook.

EFFECT: due to the fact that its design is integral with the metal strip, the socket for the locking hook has a much greater strength.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: strip of clamp is wrapped around wrapped part: at first fixing end of strip is secured in locking device, then this end is bent to 180 degrees and finally fixed by filaments of locking device. Locking device is made by doing three cuts on end locking part of strip parallel to the main direction of the strip (at that length of cut is more than width of strip), by further bending of four straps perpendicular to the main direction of the strip into directions corresponding to directions of straps location relative to the strip, by use of two formed filaments for initial attachment of fixing end of strip in locking device and two other filaments for final attachment of fixing end of strip. For initial attachment of strip in locking device filaments formed by outer straps may be used. For attachment of end of bent strip filaments formed by inner straps may be used. Length of central cut is 1/4 of strip width more than lengths of side cuts.

EFFECT: improving production effectiveness and autonomy production, reducing dimensions of mounted clamp with locking device.
