(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to construction materials, in particular compositions for monolithic seams and joints in building constructions.

The invention consists in that the sealant includes Portland cement, construction gypsum, silica sand and the target additive, and as such use unsaturated solid solution of sulfuric anhydride and/or carbonic acid in chetyrehletiem hydroalumination. It supports the following ratio of components (wt.%): Portland cement 30 - 47; building plaster 3 - 6; quartz sand 47 - 58; target additive 3 -6. The proposed sealant is characterized by the following properties:

Setting time (min) - 80 (initial) - 150 (end)

Expansion (%) of 0.07 (3 days) - 0,1 (28 day)

Water resistant (GOST 12730.5-84) - 16

Strength (MPa) - 40 (3 day) - 60.8 (28 days).

Known application for monolithic seams and joints in building constructions expansive and self cements (I. C. Kravchenko et al. in "Chemistry and techno is tsya sealant, containing (wt. ): Portland 30 36, aluminous cement 27 -30, gypsum in the form of gipsoglinozemistyy expanding cement 30, the target additive asbestos 10 (quick setting sealing compound, "BEADS" THAT 35-869-73, 1974). Its disadvantages are: quick setting, high value of linear expansion, complicating the application of the sealant, for example, by crimping tubing underground tunnels due to possible spalling of the edges of the seam under the action of high-strain extension and not sufficiently high resistance.

The proposed solution eliminates the above mentioned disadvantages. This is achieved by joint sealant, including Portland cement, gypsum and target additive additionally contains quartz sand, gypsum building plaster, and the target additive unsaturated solid solution of sulfuric anhydride and/or carbonic acid in chetyrehletiem hydroalumination in the following ratio of components (wt.):

The invention consists in that, owing to item provided the required kinetics of phase formation and composition of the formed phases, that, in turn, provides a new level of sealant properties compared with the known.

Unsaturated solid solution of sulfuric anhydride and/or carbonic acid synthesized by the following method. The sodium aluminate solution and the milk of lime is subjected to vacuum cooling to 40 -55oC and mixed with carbonate and/or sulfate salt of an alkali metal at a ratio of R:Al2O30.1 to 0.6, where R Na2CO3, K2CO3, Na2SO4or their mixture, and the molar ratio of CaO:Al2O31,0 2,0. The resulting slurry is stirred, filtered from solution, washed with water, and then dried to a residual moisture content of not more than 2%

Sealant is produced in the form of a dry mixture by mixing the components in any mixing, for example, in the mortar forced mixing. Sealant in the form of a dry mixture supplied to the place of consumption, where immediately before use is mixed with water to obtain a given consistency of mortar for sealing joints and seams of building structures.

Examples of implementation of the proposed sealant compositions and the results of tests of their properties is given below and summarized in table.

In the resulting slurry introduced sodium carbonate at a ratio of Na2CO3/Al2O3= 0,1. The resulting slurry was filtered, washed free from alkali and dried. The obtained dry mixture was diluted with water to obtain a/T=0,13. Setting time obtained for the mortar mixtures was determined on the device Vika according to GOST 310-3-76. The strength of the sealant was determined in standard samples according to GOST 310.4-81. The deformation of the expansion of the sealant was determined in samples of size HH mm (received for mortar) according to GOST 11052-74. Waterproof according to GOST 12730.5-84.

Example 2.

The ingredients of example 1 were mixed in the ratio, by weight. Portland 47, construction gypsum 3, quartz sand 47 of the target additive 3. Target additive synthesized following about the milk with CaO contentact.120 g/l with a ratio of CaO/Al2O3=2.0 and subjected to vacuum cooling to 55oC. the resulting slurry was introduced sodium sulfate at a ratio of Na2SO4/Al2O3or =0.6. Next, as in example 1.

The properties of the sealant within the proposed formulations are shown in table. Properties of sealants (examples 1 to 4) are compared with the properties of the sealant according to the prior art (example 5). As can be seen from the obtained data, the proposed sealant provides compared to the prototype of the increase of the hardening period, the reduction in the value of linear expansion, and increased water resistance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel liquid molding compositions comprising water-soluble or water-foaming polymer, which can be employed to improve water and moisture resistance as well as for waterproofing operation, for instance of waterproofing of cables. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cross-linking binding composition based on an aqueous base comprising (A) an aqueous dispersion of hybrid resin based on polyester-polyacrylate that comprises 50-90 wt.-% of polyester and 10-50 wt.-% of polyacrylate. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the composition for production of the lyophobic graphitic materials, in particular, to production of composite materials used for grease seals predominantly ensuring potting of "stock-body" type mobile and stationary "body-cover" joints of the pipeline fittings used in power industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, municipal services and in other branches of economy. FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly to prevent fluid migration in channels of the support in working, nonworking or conserved state.

SUBSTANCE: composition includes saponified tall oil pitch, condensed spent sulfite-alcohol liquor and water preheated up to 85-96°C. The components are taken with the following amounts (by weight): saponified tall oil pitch - 35-40;, condensed spent sulfite-alcohol liquor 15-25; and preheated water - remainder. Composition may additionally include dispersed mineral or organic filler taken in amount of 5-80% by weight counting on composition mass. The composition may be used to isolate crack-porous beds during well drilling or as buffer solution during casing pipe cementation.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a heat-resistant foam-sealing agent comprising polyorganosiloxane rubber, zinc oxide, oligohydride siloxane, amino-compound and vulcanization catalyst. Heat-resistant foam-sealing agent comprises polydimethylmethylphenylsiloxanediol as polyorganosiloxane rubber, oligomethylhydride siloxane as oligohydride siloxane, aminosilane as amino-compound and polyorganoelementosilazane resin as a catalyst in the following ratio of components, mas. p. p.: polydimethylmethylphenylsiloxanediol, 100; zinc oxide, 40-80; oligomethylhydride siloxane, 2.5-4.8; aminosilane, 0.1-0.3; polyorganoelementosilazane resin, 1.5-3.5. Invention provides the development of technological foam-sealing agent showing sufficiently long working life for pouring article to be sealed (30 min, not less), without toxicity, possessing internal adhesion to different backings, retaining elasticity at temperatures from -100°C to +300°C and vulcanizing at room temperature.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing the sealing and vulcanizing pastes containing dibutyl phthalate with vulcanization accelerating agent; prior to preparation of vulcanizing paste, carbon nano-modifying agents are additionally introduced into dibutyl phthalate and dispersion thus obtained is treated by ultrasound. Used as carbon nano-modifying agents is fulleroid multi-layer nano-modifying agent Astralene or open carbon nano-tubes in the amount of 0.037-0.069 or 0.014-0.020 parts by mass, respectively per 100 parts by mass of vulcanizing paste.
