The invention relates to the field of construction, namely the production of wall, etc. of the panels of the piece elements in the factory. The invention relates to the field of construction, namely the production of wall, etc. of the panels of the piece elements, and can be used for line production of wall panels.

The closest technical solution is a method of manufacturing wall panels using special stones with holes inside, which after laying and education the walls are filled mortar [1]

It is also known a device for izgotovlenie inside mobile gunwale, and the matrix for laying stone with gaps [2]

A disadvantage of the known technical solutions is significant complexity, a large proportion of manual labor, overhead, and the impossibility of their use for automated production of wall panels.

The aim of the invention is to simplify and speed up the manufacturing process, automation of the production of wall panels, the reduction in time for grouting mortar and the elimination of manual labor.

In Fig. 1 shows a building stone for the manufacture of wall panels; Fig. 2 wall panel in a perspective view; Fig.3 a device for the manufacture of wall panels.

Building stone 1 is made with two vertical grooves 2 and two horizontal grooves 3, put together one closed groove around the perimeter.

In the manufacture of wall panels building stones are placed on the pallet adjacent to each other with ligation, forming a wall panel. While the grooves of the stone 2 and 3 form a system of interconnected channels within the panel. Then the panel is fixed on all sides clamping walls and channels serves mortar under pressure.

Channels in the panel 9 and the channels 12 in the wall 7 into force of equal size steps are placed against each other and sealed by the layer 10, after which the device 13 delivers educated in the channels panel 9 masonry mortar under pressure. After the end of the technological cycle of the walls 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are discharged synchronously to its original position, and the panel 9 trolley 14 is transported for further processing.

The application of this technical solution allows to reduce the consumption of materials, get rid of manual labor, to improve the quality of wall panels, to reduce the cost, to fully automate the process of production of wall panels and create the possibility of conveying their production.
