(57) Abstract:

Polymer composition. The invention relates to the field of composite materials based on lapola. The objective of the invention is improving the strength at break and the relative elongation of the vulcanizates on the basis of the claimed composition and the preservation of these indicators during the shelf life of its components. The technical problem is solved in that the polymer composition containing Laprol, a prepolymer based on lapola, vulcanizing agent is a mixture of dimethylaminomethylphenol and filler, as prepolymer contains stabilized prepolymer based on lapola dialkylphosphites, or dialkylphosphites, or hydrochloric acid in a quantity of 0.05 - 0.1 wt. hours at 100 wt.h. lapola for the prepolymer in the following ratio of components, wt.h.: Laprol - 100, stable prepolymer based on laperla - 100 - 140, a mixture of dimethylaminomethylphenol - 2,0 - 3,0, filler - 60 - 140, which allows to improve the conventional tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates on the basis of the claimed composition in 1.0 - 1.6 times, and save these indicators during the shelf life of its components.

which the technical essence and the achieved result is closest to the claimed composition and selected as a prototype.

The disadvantage of this composition is the deterioration of the basic physico-mechanical properties of vulcanizates of instability during one of the components of the prepolymer, as by the end of its shelf life 3 months conditional tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates are reduced in two times.

The objective of the invention is improving the strength at break and the relative elongation of the vulcanizates on the basis of the claimed composition and the preservation of these indicators during the shelf life of its components.

The technical problem is solved in that the polymer composition containing Laprol, a prepolymer based on lapola, vulcanizing agents the EP on the basis of Laprol dialkylphosphites, or dialkylphosphites, or hydrochloric acid in a quantity of 0.05 to 0.1 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. lapola for the prepolymer in the following ratio of components, wt.h.

it allows you to increase the conditional tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates and save these indicators during the period of storage of the prepolymer.

Laprol produces NGOs "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" and in accordance with TP 2.09-058-90 has the following characteristics:

mass fraction of hydroxyl groups, 1,2 1,4

the viscosity at 25oC, SP 600 800

A prepolymer based on lapola produces NGOs "Kazan synthetic rubber plant" and in accordance with THE 2060635.003-59 has the following characteristics:

mass fraction of isocyanate groups, 2,3 3,0

the viscosity at 25oC, SP 200 300

Stable prepolymer based on lapola obtained by introducing dialkylphosphate General formula (CnH2n+1)2POH or dialkylphosphate General formula (CnH2n+1)2)PCl, where n 2oC9, or hydrochloric acid HCl in the reaction mass during the synthesis of the prepolymer.

Vulcanizing agent is a mixture of dim and:

dynamic viscosity at 25oC, Pas 0,5 1,0

Example 1 (the prototype). The song get a consistent mixture of wt.h. lapola with molecular weight of 4500 100, prepolymer based on lapola with molecular weight of 4500 and diisocyanate brand T-80/20 - 100, a mixture of dimethylaminomethylphenol 2,0, carbon black 48,7 and is applied with a spatula on the prepared work surface.

Example 2 (the claimed object). The song get a consistent mixture of wt. including lapola with molecular weight of 4500 100, stable 0,05 wt. including diethylpopion prepolymer based on lapola with molecular weight of 4500 and diisocyanate brand T-65/35 - 100, a mixture of dimethylaminomethylphenol 2,0, carbon black 60 and is applied with a spatula on the prepared work surface.

Examples of N3 and N4 is similar to example N2, the ratio of the components, see table 1.

Examples 5, 6. Composition was prepared similarly to examples 2, 4, but take stabilized with 0.1 wt. including diethylpopion the prepolymer.

Examples 7, 8. Composition was prepared similarly to examples 2, 4, but take stable 0,05 wt. including dinonylphenol the prepolymer.

Examples 25, 26. Composition was prepared similarly to examples 20, 22, but in the synthesis of the prepolymer take toluylenediisocyanate brand 102 T.

Examples 27, 28. Composition was prepared similarly to examples 2, 4, but take stabilized with 0.1 wt. including hydrochloric acid, the prepolymer.
