The platform 4 is a hollow cylinder having shaped elements in it, which form a periodic profile of a variable curvature. Flat magnets 5 which are merged into straight sections are attached to the top part of the platform 4, the said magnets being aligned parallel to each other to allow vertical back-and-forth motion relative to guides 19 and a frame 6, around which there is a winding 8 and mounted on posts 18, mounted on the top part of the frame 1.
