We offer adhesive can be bonded uppers of leather or synthetic leather, and velvet or other fabric with outer soles of rubber. Glue recommended for application to the long edge of the Shoe upper made of synthetic or natural leather, synthetic or cotton fabrics before forming the soles of PVC compound casting method.

Known adhesive composition for attaching the soles to the uppers, comprising a polymer adhesive additive, solvent and phenol-formaldehyde microspheres (ed. St. USSR N 596607, class C 09 J 3/12, 1976).

This song is more versatile, in particular, it does not provide strong bonding soles from PVC compound with uppers of the shoes.

Known adhesive composition for attaching a Shoe materials based on urethane rubber and diisocyanate containing as a hardener languagein (ed. St. USSR N 1564173, class C 09 J 109/00, 1988).

The disadvantage of the composition is the fact that it uses scarce polyurethane rubber and toxic diisocyanate.

Also known adhesive composition based carbiener polymer having a functional group with a heteroatom include This composition does not provide strong bonding of parts of footwear in flow-mechanized production.

Famous footwear naitove adhesives based on polychloroprene, produced in the near and far abroad (Morozova L. P. Shoe adhesives. M. Light and food industries. 1983, S. 45).

The disadvantage of these adhesives is the use of the composition of expensive imported raw materials.

A prototype of the proposed adhesive composition is a Shoe glue on the basis of Russian raw materials: on BNR rubber (SKN-26), chlorinated polymer and an organic solvent ethyl ester acetic acid (Morozova L. P. Shoe adhesives. M. Light and food industries. 1983, S. 71).

The lack of structure of the prototype is its techrestore song: ferric chloride and idenumerator resin added to the adhesive prior to their use in the form of a 20% solution in ethyl acetate.

Immediately before use in the adhesive also impose a 20% solution of MDI in acetone. These technological operations increase the complexity and the Flammability of the production.

Another disadvantage of the structure of the prototype is that it is recommended to limit the range of shoes, namely only for footwear with uppers of synthetic leather, as required durable the s with uppers of leather, and of synthetic or cotton fabrics.

The technical problem of the invention to improve the bonding strength of parts of footwear wide range of flow-mechanized Shoe production when using adhesives in non-deficient Russian raw materials with high technological and adhesion characteristics, heat and frost.

Particularly difficult is the task of gluing soles of rubber with uppers of shoes made of leather or cotton, and synthetic fabrics.

Implementation of the invention will increase the strength of bonding soles of rubber with uppers of shoes made of synthetic leather; expand the range of application of the adhesive by providing gluing soles of rubber with uppers of shoes made of leather or fabrics (synthetic or cotton); to improve the manufacturability of the bonding process.

The technical result is achieved by known adhesive composition comprising on BNR rubber (SKN-26), chlorinated polymer, an organic solvent, ethyl ester acetic acid according to the invention further comprises smo is xed silicon, in the following ratio, wt.

On BNR rubber (SKN-26) 11,9 6,1

Chlorinated isoprene rubber (HSCI) or chlorinated polyvinylchloride resin (PUA-or PSC-HP) 2,4 7,6

p-Tributylphosphorotrithioate resin (C) 2,0 3,7

Zinc oxide 0,6 1,2

Magnesium oxide 0,6 1,2

Silicon dioxide 0,8 2,9

Ethyl ester of acetic acid Rest.

The introduction of the resin n-tert-butylbenzaldehyde, chlorinated polymer with chlorine content of 60 to 70% of the oxides of magnesium and zinc, silicon dioxide achieves the improvement of the adhesive-cohesive properties of the adhesive and, consequently, increasing the bonding strength of the parts of the Shoe.

On BNR rubber SKN-26, phenol-formaldehyde resin and chlorinated polyvinylchloride resin, magnesium oxide and zinc acetate are known as components of Shoe adhesives. However, this combination of these substances are not used.

In many cases it is needed to increase the bonding strength of the top shoes from different materials with outer soles of PVC compound. Implementation of the invention will improve the bonding strength of the top shoes from natural and synthetic leather, corduroy, with outer soles of PVC plastic is found 0,01bis(1,3,5-tri-tertbutyl-4 - oxacyclohexadecan to 2.5 Ul)-P-benzoquinonediimine (henology ester EH-1) in an amount of 0.3 to 1.0 wt. by reducing the content of the ethyl ester of acetic acid.

In some cases it is needed to increase shelf-life Shoe adhesive. The implementation of this invention will increase the shelf life of the adhesive to one or two months. This technical result is achieved by introducing the proposed adhesive polar solvents isopropyl alcohol or acetonitrile in the number of 18 to 25 wt. by reducing the content of the ethyl ester of acetic acid.

The effect of these solvents is to reduce the gelation of the adhesive during storage and, as a consequence, the slow rise in the viscosity.

Unknown the use of these substances as preservatives in any of the compositions and unknown, their use as components of footwear adhesives.

The adhesive is prepared as follows.

On the cooled rollers is made "mix" consisting of rubber on BNR brand SKN-26 GOST 7738, THE 38 103495-91, THE 381037-01-89, magnesium oxide GOST 844, zinc oxide GOST 202 and white soot (silicon dioxide) brand BS-50 GOST 18307. Initially gradient and at the same temperature are mixed with the rubber on the rollers for 7 to 12 minutes Further preparation of the adhesive is performed in a vertical mixer with agitator frame or anchor type. In the mixer load 1/3 of a shot of ethyl acetate GOST 8991, then phenol-formaldehyde resin C THE 6-10-1281-80 and chlorinated polyvinylchloride brands PSC-or PSC-PP, GOST 10004 or chlorinated branch, Rubezhnoe, Ukraine rubber THAT 6-01-1345-82 and stirred until complete dissolution of the solid components.

In the mixer download "the glue mixture and stirred until the formation of a dense mass without lumps (about 2 hours). Then faucet enter another 1/3 of a shot of ethyl acetate and stirring is continued for 2 hours to obtain a dense homogeneous mass. In the mixer introduce the remaining 1/3 of a shot of ethyl acetate, stirred for 30 45 minutes

In the case of the use of silicon dioxide in the form of Aerosil GOST 14922 last is not entered on the rolls and into the mixer directly after downloading "thinset". When using rubber stamps SKN-26 MP in the adhesive mixture should also be entered on the rolls calcium stearate TU 6-01-1345-82 in the amount of 2% by weight of the rubber.

In the preparation of the composition containing henology ester EH-1 TU 6-09-513-76, the latter is introduced into the mixer with three portions over 20 min before the end of the bags.

Examples of formulations of the adhesive composition and characteristics are given in the table.

The table shows that the proposed adhesive composition, when introduced into its components within the specified limits, provides higher than glue prototype, the bonding strength of the Shoe parts, extends the range of use of glue.

It is seen that the adhesive containing henology ether AH-1, provides high strength fastening soles of PVC compound to the top of the Shoe.

It is also clear that isopropyl alcohol (or acetonitrile) in the specified quantity enhances the shelf life of the adhesive.

Designed adhesive may be recommended for bonding parts of footwear in flow-mechanized Shoe production, for example, the uppers of natural leather and synthetic leather, synthetic and cotton fabrics with the soles of microporous rubber adhesive, ranta-glue method, and also for application to the long edge of shoes made of leather, synthetic and cotton fabrics to fill soles of PVC compound.
