Limiting device contains follower with front end connected with said devices for installation of wheels on trailer and rear end. Follower includes protruding coupling sphere on rear end or near it. Limiting device additionally includes slider guide made so as to couple with prime mover and installed in parallel with or inclined to prime mover and trailer chassis. Coupling sphere is installed with ability to move along slider guide of limiting device in process of prime mover movement.

SUBSTANCE: the device contains the object of evacuation with a tow gear and a traction engine with a manipulator controlled from the traction engine, the object being fixed on the ground. The tow gears are fixed on the object with the possibility of changing their position relative to the ground. The manipulator has a lever with a detent device for placing the towline with a yoke. The detent device, in its lower part, has a through longitudinal slot, the width of which is larger than the diameter of the towline but smaller than that of the yoke. The towline is fixed on the traction engine so that it can be removed from the traction engine after connecting to the tow gear of the object.
EFFECT: time and cost saving, increased driver training safety.
SUBSTANCE: towing devices are fastened on object with possibility to change their position relative to ground, towing cable is fastened on tow-car with possibility of its disconnection by tow-car moving, towing devices of tow-car and evacuation object are connected inside the tow-car and cable is disconnected from the tow-car by the tow-car moving.
EFFECT: time and cost reduction and improvement of tow-car drivers training safety.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of retrieving vehicle with the help of retriever comprises connecting first end of tow rope with retriever towing hook or the first end of second tow rope with retriever winch rope. Manipulator controlled from inside the retriever accommodates parts of tor ropes. Then retriever is moved towards vehicle to be retrieved, second end of the first or second tor rope is jointed to vehicle towing hook by manipulator lever. Retriever tensions appropriate tow rope and the latter is uncoupled from manipulator and its lever. Now vehicle is towed or retrieved. Central part of every tow rope is arranged to allow adjustment of friction and elastic forces. Electrode is arranged in retriever body on the first tow rope or on winch rope and electrically connected with retriever inside frame. Emergent release from retrieved vehicle is made by cutting appropriate rope with the help of electrode. Proposed device comprises two tow ropes connected with retriever, one connected with towing winch, and manipulator with lever control from inside the vehicle. A part of every tow rope is secured in bracket by friction and elastic forces.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
