Use: for the manufacture of springs, of wire with two branches in opposite directions. The inventive method includes winding springs on a lathe and forming a U-shaped profile with the device, which is fixed in the Chuck of a lathe. The adaptation is performed in the form of fixed mandrel means to form a U-shaped profile. The latter are in the form of a removable leash, left and right arms, with case and pen, which are in the process of winding keeps the operator and the sleeve, which is screwed into the housing and vivencial from it with nuts and fasten the retaining screws. 3 Il.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing on which head stock with clamping mechanism is mounted. Head stock is joined with electric motor. Clamping mechanism engages with first end of base member for twisting helix. Second end of base member engages with back tensioning mechanism mounted in vertical strut. Rest is mounted on guiding rack with possibility of motion relative to its lengthwise axis. In upper part of rest on the same axis reels with wound wire are arranged in such a way that their end surfaces are mutually parallel. Each reel is provided with braking member for preventing spontaneous uncoiling of wire. In rest under reels with wire are successively mounted one under another: collector for wire filaments, tension regulator, guiding member, members for shaping and placing wire. Rest is mounted by inclination angle relative to its guiding rack and to base member for twisting helix.

EFFECT: possibility for making helices with improved electrical and technical parameters.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cylindrical mandrel mounted by cantilever fashion; mechanism for adjusting pitch arranged after mandrel; cylindrical sleeve for orienting wound spiral. Said sleeve is arranged coaxially relative to mandrel directly near its outlet and it has inner diameter equal to outer diameter of spiral. Sleeve is mounted with possibility of rotating around axis of mandrel having groove. Said groove is arranged on cylindrical surface of mandrel along helical line with minimally set pitch of spiral. Mechanism for adjusting pitch is in the form of pin rigidly mounted in orienting sleeve across its axis.

EFFECT: simplified design, assembling and adjustment, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cylindrical mandrel mounted by cantilever fashion, mechanism for limiting outer diameter of spiral and for crosswise moving spiral relative to lengthwise axis of mandrel. Said mechanism includes limiting sleeve with inner diameter equal to outer diameter of mandrel. Sleeve is mounted coaxially relative to mandrel with possibility of free rotation relative to its axis. Housing of said mechanism has two protrusions for limiting horizontal motion of sleeve; mandrel is fixed in one of said protrusions. Other protrusion is arranged at side of outer part of mandrel. The last has in its outer cylindrical surface groove of separate portions. One portion of groove is provided with cone flare and it is arranged on cylindrical surface of inlet part (according to wire motion direction) of mandrel. Other portion of said groove is arranged in outlet end of mandrel and it is in the form of helical spiral having 1/3 - 2 turns. Third connection portion of groove is intermediate between two said portions. Depth of groove is equal to diameter of wire used for winding spiral.

EFFECT: simplified design, assembling, adjustment, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes wire drawing mechanism having two drawing rollers; cylindrical mandrel mounted by cantilever fashion; guide arranged just near mandrel and having duct with diameter equal to that of wire used for winding spiral. Inlet part of mandrel is rigidly secured to housing of apparatus. Mandrel has groove in its outer cylindrical surface; said groove has three portions. One portion of groove is formed on inlet part (according to motion direction of wire) of mandrel along its generatrix and it has cone flare turned by its wide side to guide. Other portion of groove is arranged on outlet end of mandrel and it is in the form of helix with 1/3 - 2 turns having parameters of wound spiral. Third portion of groove is intermediate between said both portions, it extends along line joining them. Depth of groove is equal to diameter of wire used for winding spiral. Guide is wedge shaped one; it is rigidly secured to housing of apparatus and its wedge is turned to drawing rollers. Duct of guide is oriented along wire fed direction.

FIELD: manufacture of wire helices by winding.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cantilever type mandrel; pressure roller engaging with said mandrel; tension mechanism. On working portion of cantilever type mandrel there is concave surface with radius R. Said surface smoothly passes to cylindrical surface at satisfying next condition: R = 1.5 x d of wound wire or more.

EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, increased useful life period, simple design of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: rotating cantilever mandrel is installed in casing of device for winding. Device is equipped with double-arm lever with clamping roller that is mounted at one of its arms. Specified lever arm is arranged in the form of spring that works for bending. Lever is equipped with regulated limiter of its turn and counterweight. The latter has been installed at the free end of lever with the possibility of displacement in respect to it.

EFFECT: provides preparation of microspirals with stable geometry and sizes.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns manufacturing of springs by means of devices providing wire deformation by means of its winding on mandrel. Device contains mandrel with pressed to it roller and directional element, implemented with ability of bending sideways winding coils of wire part fed to mandrel. Device is outfitted by screw drive mechanism of displacement of directional element lengthways pivot pin of mandrel. Directional element is implemented in the form of scored pulley, installed with its pivot pin location perpendicularly to pivot pin of mandrel and implemented with ability of its diversion from mandrel.

EFFECT: as a result it is implemented spring winding at turbo speeds with receiving of different preload pressure and it is provided ability of device reconfiguration excluding change of its individual details.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of spirals and springs manufacturing, in particular to manufacturing of spirals to press various parts from them of metal rubber (MR). Device comprises cantilever mandrel, mechanism of wire tension and pressing roll. Cantilever mandrel is arranged with concave radius surface on working part. Pressing roll is installed in contact with cantilever mandrel. Angle of inclination is formed between axis of pressing roll and axis of cantilever mandrel. Angle is controlled by rotation of pressing roll relative to cantilever mandrel in two mutually perpendicular planes.

EFFECT: invention provides for expansion of device functional capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for production of helical springs. Proposed device comprises machining mandrel, three posts attached to foundation, drive motor arranged inside first post bore and having its shaft coupled with that fitted in second post first bore to run in bearings therein, spool with wire fed via guide rolls to grooved mandrel, as well as cab washer with two ledges diametrically arranged, push rod with roller on its one end and moving center secured to third post. Second end of aforesaid shaft is coupled with grooved mandrel. One end of machining mandrel is fitted into inner bore of the latter while its second end stays in contact with moving center. Aforesaid cam washer is fitted on said grooved mandrel with its two ledges directed to push rod roll, push rod being arranged in second post second bore. Guide rolls are fixed on device foundation.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for production of screw spirals. Proposed method comprises securing material on core, revolving said core, winding screw spiral thereon and removing produced spiral therefrom with the help of stop. First, continuous core is manually passed through reel. When first extreme turn on spiral free end approaches the stop, core with wound spiral is stopped. At least, one extreme turn is removed manually from the core. Stop is brought in contact with extreme turn so that it inhibits shift of said turn with core. Then, turns are continuously removed from core in resuming its rotary translation. Proposed device comprises core unwinder, reel with wound material, core drive, reel and stop. Reel allows limiting slippage spiral on core while stop serves to limit shift of extreme turn and rotation of removed turn.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability.
