The invention relates to a sealing and anti-corrosion compositions, and is intended primarily for sealing vented hot water tanks, batteries, hot water systems and protect the inner steel surfaces, in particular tanks and exterior surfaces, in particular pipelines against corrosion.

The objective of the invention is to provide a sealing composition for protection of deaerated water from the oxygen saturation, carbon dioxide and pollution, as well as internal surfaces of tanks tanks in hot water systems with enhanced durability and high anti-corrosion ability, suitable for disposal and recycling, and allowing a reduction of its production.

The inventive sealing arrangement is made only of derivatives of vegetable raw materials, does not contain mineral oils (petroleum), non-toxic and meet sanitary and hygienic requirements for hot water systems. Neutral (TU 13-0281078-54-89) is an unsaponifiable substance consisting of aliphatic alcohols type C24H49OH (10% ), triterpenoid alcohols type of Sterol WITH29H50O (60%), hydrocarbons WITH16-C3.

The process of manufacturing the claimed composition includes two stages: 1. Cooking inhibitor corrosion by mixing the fatty acids of tall oil with a copper derivative of chlorophyll in the prescribed ratio at a temperature of 20-60oC. the formation of organic salts and complexes, showing the properties of an effective corrosion inhibitor. 2. Examples of the practical use.

Example 1. A composition obtained by mixing 20% of the corrosion inhibitor 99.5% of the fatty acids of tall oil and 0.5% copper derivative of chlorophyll and 80% tall oil pitch in quantities of 1 tonne poured into the tank flushing volume of 400 m3at TEP. After filling the tank worked in normal mode.

Example 2. A composition obtained by mixing 20% of the corrosion inhibitor, 40% tall oil pitch, 40% of neutral and packaged in drums of 200 kg, was used instead germusa composition 45 tons (225 barrels). Example 3. Steel samples immersed in water under a layer of sealing composition. Within 6 months daily and weekly samples were taken of the water and spectrophotometric and photometric method was determined the content of phenol in water, benzene and other aromatic hydrocarbons.

The test results show effective sealing (protective) properties of the sealing composition satisfying the requirements in the DHW system.
