Usage: in the field of mechanical Assembly production, in particular during Assembly and forging connections. The inventive machine contains placed on the frame site transportation of parts to be assembled on the Assembly position and based on it and pressing mechanism. Site transportation and home made in the form of multiple cassettes representing a frame pivotally connected with the rod of the power cylinder and is equipped with guides with your fingers. On the last set plate, a spring-loaded with respect to the frame and the carrier frame and mounting elements. The pressing mechanism made in the form mounted on the frame of the fixed bracket, in the guide which is movable bracket, and two shoulders lever mounted axis on the fixed bracket and pivotally connected with the slide. The disadvantages of the known machine is that it has a complex construction site transportation of parts to be assembled on the Assembly position and based on it; the retention of injected sleeve in a predetermined angular and axial position in the multi-cassette through the site, including placed in the cassette chamber of the sleeve, the bore of which is mounted a spring-loaded ball that is supported by the cracker. In addition, to retain injected bushings in the angular and axial position in the plunger is fixed in the hole of the end sleeve placed in her spring-loaded ball; has been recovered from blade low precision, because the force is transferred from zapressovyvajutsja head in the working position of the conveyor.

The specified well-known machine has a complicated construction site transportation of parts to be assembled on the Assembly position and based on it, and does not provide the required accuracy of the fitting.

Technical problem which the claimed invention is directed, is to simplify the design of the machine and increase the quality of the build.

This objective is achieved in that in the known machine for the Assembly of parts by pressing, contains placed on the frame site transportation of parts to be assembled on the Assembly position and based on it, made in the form of multiple cassettes, equipped with means for securing parts to be assembled, installed in the guide with the possibility of reciprocating movement to another and associated with an actuator in the form of a power cylinder with the rod, and a mechanism for pressing with located in vertical guides slide and the associated drive movement, according to the invention, multi-cassette made in the form of pivotally connected with the rod of the power cylinder frame with the guide fingers and the plate, stennoi with respect to the frame, means for securing parts to be assembled, made in the form of bars and mounting elements mounted on the plate, the housing of the power cylinder pivotally connected with the frame, and the emphasis is made adjustable, the pressing mechanism made in the form mounted on the frame bracket with horizontal guides at the bottom, a flexible arm mounted in said guides with the possibility of adjusting movement by means of a screw and two shoulders lever mounted axis on the fixed bracket and pivotally linked at one end by a thrust with the slider and the actuator moving the latter is in the form of an additional power cylinder, the body of which is pivotally connected with a movable bracket, and the rod with the free shoulder, two shoulders of the lever.

Machine for parts Assembly by mounting comprises a frame 1, in the housing which includes a feed mechanism injected parts, consisting of a horizontal power cylinder 2, the casing of which one side pivotally mounted on the frame 1. On into the full-time position and based on it, made in the form of multi-cartridge 5 mounted on the fingers 6, provided with a spring 7. In the same multi-cartridge 5 is installed mandrel 8 and mounting elements 9 for location of collected articles 10 (chassis bottom block cyclones) relative to the injected bushings 11. Site transportation of parts assembled 4 is mounted on the horizontal rails 12 and are provided with adjustable stops 13. On the frame 1 is fixed by the Executive body, consisting of a bracket 14, the bottom of which there are horizontal guides 15, which is movable bracket 16 with an adjusting screw 17. Rolling stock bracket 16 pivotally attached on one side of the body with the power cylinder 18, the piston rod 19, which is pivotally interconnected with one of the two shoulders shoulders levers 20, the axis 21 which is hinged to the bracket 14, and the other shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 20 pivotally interconnected with the thrust 22, which is pivotally interconnected with the slide 23 mounted on the vertical guides 24.

Machine for assembling parts by pressing works as follows.

When loading the shaft 3 of the power cylinder 2 with the cassette 5 is located in the left (original) position.

Beginning in operaive article 10 (block bottom block cyclones).

After that, turn horizontal power cylinder 2 and the piston rod 4, moving to the right, moves along the horizontal guide 12 site transportation of parts to be assembled, 4 on the Assembly position and based on it, so that the longitudinal axis of the multi-cassette 5 coincides with the axis of the RAM 23, the pressing mechanism that provided by prior adjustment of the stops 13.

Then turn on the power cylinder 18 of the pressing mechanism and the rod 19, advancing, moves one shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 20, which is moving up, acts through the axis 21 on the second shoulder of the two shoulders of the lever 20, the rod 22 and the RAM 23, which moves down along the guide rails 24.

Moving down along the vertical guides 24, the slider 23 matrix clicks to collect the product 10 (block bottom block cyclones). Due to low stiffness of the springs 7 multi cassette 5 is moved down and rests against the frame 1. Upon further movement of the slide 23 down the vertical guides 24 is press in one pass collect articles 10 (chassis bottom block cyclones) on all sleeve 11 at the same time.

After running apresski the slider 23 is lifted up, proini collect parts 4 on the Assembly position and based on it, the rod 3 which, moving left, moves the finished product in the discharge area. The cycle repeats.

The use of the invention allows to significantly simplify the design of the machine by eliminating the intermediate mechanism-based injected bushings and actuating drives for each sleeve. If necessary pressing bushings force and position them (i.e., depth) use the adjusting screw to adjust the slider to the desired speed.

Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.

SUBSTANCE: press includes П-shaped housing; adjustable table mounted in struts of housing and fixed to said struts by means of pins; power hydraulic cylinder with axial motion of rod; rotation drive of precession head; pumping station of hydraulic drive unit. Rotation drive of precession head includes electric motor and belt transmission. Power hydraulic cylinder is rigidly mounted on cross piece of housing and it carries plate on end of spring-loaded rod. Said plate supports two plungers spaced in parallel relative to axis of rod and spring-loaded relative to housing. Pulleys of belt transmission of rotation drive are mounted in casing. The last is secured to plate in such a way that driven pulley is mounted on spindle coaxially relative to rod of hydraulic cylinder and driving pulley is mounted on the same axis as shaft of electric motor placed in cross piece of housing. Driving pulley and shaft of electric motor are kinematically joined by means of other shaft whose one end is mounted in shaft of electric motor and whose other end is joined by means of sliding dowel with opening of supporting axle of driving pulley. Spindle of driven pulley is joined with precession head.

EFFECT: improved design providing enhanced rigidity and working accuracy of press.

SUBSTANCE: in apparatus for assembling chain stop plate is mounted in such a way that its working surface is arranged in plane normal relative to pressing in plane. Upper non-working portion of stop plate at side of ending pressing-in cycle is inclined in horizontal plane to side from rotor type conveyer. Lower non-working portion of plate in vertical plane is inclined relative to vertical line to side from rotor type conveyer. Stop part of pusher exceeds diameter of head of pin. Rigid guides are arranged in plane parallel to pressing-in plane; said guides are in the form of roller tables with pitch between rollers of roller table less than pitch of chain links. Guides embrace upper branch of conveyer from downwards and branch of chain from upwards at least along the whole length of it. Drive unit is provided in addition with back-stroke mechanism. Splitter is in the form of plate that is jointly mounted in its mean portion along lateral sides on supporting surface in horizontal plane along motion direction of conveyer for moving pins and it forms two-arm lever. One end of said lever is spring-loaded from downwards with possibility of engaging with dents of conveyer for moving pins. Other end of said lever is Г-shaped one and it may engage by free end with pins on inclined trough. Horizontal axes of articulation joints in vertical plane are provided with holding levers rigidly joined with plate and mounted with possibility of engaging with pins on inclined trough.

The first power hydraulic cylinder is used for moving parts and can rotate between two vertical unmovable pillars. The pillars are pivotally connected in pair with movable vertical pillars through the top and bottom horizontal clamps. The extensible spring-loaded stop with the drive and the first hydraulic cylinder are axially aligned. The first power hydraulic cylinder receives the second power hydraulic cylinder whose rod is provided with first center and spring. One end of the spring co-operates with the piston, and other end of the spring co-operates with the face of the extensible sleeve. SUBSTANCE: method comprises gripping the part to be dismounted and applying axial load by means of at least two ties and, e.g., hydraulic cylinder. The rod of the hydraulic cylinder cooperates with the face of the shaft. The ties are interconnected via a plate opposite to the end of the part to be dismounted. Each of the ties is provided with the eccentric groove. The ties are set in the openings in the part to be dismounted for permitting engagement by their step defined by the eccentric groove. Between the wall of the opening of the part to be dismounted and each tie is sickle-shaped bushing member. The hydraulic cylinder abuts against the plate so that to provide relationships D1 ≤ D2, b ≥ H, e = h, where D1 is the outer diameter of the tie, D2 is the diameter of the opening in the part to be dismounted, b is the width of the eccentric groove, H is the thickness of the part, e is the eccentricity of the groove with respect to the axis of the tie, and h is the maximum thickness of the sickle-shaped bushing member.
