FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the solid carriers on the basis of chitosan.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the solid carrier on the basis of the organic and-or inorganic fibers used for production the material with barrier properties and to the method of its production. The technical result of the invention is production of the solid carrier coated with chitosan in the amount from 6 g/m2 on the dry residue by the method, in which the deposition is conducted during the limited number of the stages. The solid carrier on the basis of the organic and-or inorganic fibers used for production of the material with barrier properties is coated at least on its one side with the layer on the basis of chitosan. At that the layer is produced as a result of deposition on the carrier of the coating made out of the acid water solution containing the hydrolyzed chitosan, the average molecular mass of which makes less than 130 000 g/ mole, which concentration makes the value laying in the interval between 6 and 30 mass %, in quantity at least of 6 g/m2 for the solid residue. Such solid carrier may be used for production of the foodstuffs packages.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the solid carrier coated with chitosan in the amount from 6 g/m2 on the dry residue by the method, in which the deposition is conducted during the limited number of the stages.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production of fibrous semi-finished product with antibacterial properties, containing no heavy metals and useful in production of sanitary, domestic and hygienic paper as well as domestic articles (spoons, fogs, plates cups, etc.). Waste paper mass or mixture thereof with craft hardwood or coniferous cellulose is treated with potassium permanganate in amount of 0.1-0.5 % based on mass of dry cellulose in acidic medium using sulfur acid in amount of 3.1-18.6 % at 20-40°C until total reagent is absorbed.

EFFECT: semi-finished product of improved quality due to increased hygienic properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes use of strobilurines as fungicidal agents designed to be applied in the form of dispersions in industrial process water and in the form of pulp both used in paper industry. Application areas include preservation of wet sheet, protection against mildew, in particular protection of paper products, or other areas wherein fungicidal or mildew-controlling agents are required. Water systems, which can be treated with strobilurines include papermaking machine systems, fibrous intermediate and paper systems, cooling towers, and heat-exchangers.

FIELD: paper and pulp manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing paper being of high antimicrobial and fungicidal activity and could be applied for manufacturing paper being resistant to contamination, of high physico-mechanical properties and applied for manufacturing banknotes, bonds, shares and others. The suggested composition includes a filamentous constituent, a filler, a gluing constituent, a biocidal additive as synergistic mixture of polyhexamethylene guanidine and sodium salt of benzoic acid at the ratio being (10-1):(1-10), correspondingly, a moisture-resistant additive, a binding agent and water. Moisture-resistant additive is being epichlorohydrin or urea-formaldehyde resin. Binding agent is being formalin or ammonium salt of titanium chelate and lactic acid. Gluing constituent additionally contains polyvinyl alcohol or sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose. The innovation enables to increase antimicrobial and fungicidal activity of the composition mentioned, simplify its application and, also, increases physico-mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and resistance to contamination of the obtained paper.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production process of pulp-bearing materials, particularly, paper, allowing biocide properties and provided for general-purpose, including, printing paper, capital issues and paper of sanitary and hygienic purpose. It is implemented preparation of paper stock. Before outflow of paper blade into paper stock it is implemented biocide. In the capacity of biocide it is used isolated during 4-24 hours hydrosol, consisting 4.0-10.0 wt % pro-modified by ions of Ag+ or/and Cu2+ of bentonitic powder, where silver and/or copper portion is 2.0-8.0 wt %. Per air-dry fiber of paper pulp it is used 0.2-1.8 wt % of defined bentonitic powder.

EFFECT: expansion of range and effectiveness of durable action of antibacterial and antimycotic properties of received paper at low cost-based part of biocide, applied in process of paper manufacturing.

FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to paper hygienic product such as a napkin, a hygienic pad, toilet paper, lavatory bowl packing, etc. Hygienic product consists of at least one protective paper layer with biocidal properties. Paper is obtained by introducing antimicrobial agent - biocide into paper mass before paper web is made. As biocide, there used is hydrosol exposed during 4-24 hours and containing 4.0-10.0 wt % of bentonitic powder modified with Ag+ or/and CU2+ ions and their content in the powder is 2.0-8.0 wt %. For dry paper web fibre there used is not more than 2.0 wt % of the modified powder. The product can be adsorbing and can contain water-resistant layer and surface layer made from nonwoven fabric or plastic film, or their combinations. Particle size of the modified bentonitic powder is not more than 150 nm. There can be used a mixture of bentonitic powders at their mixture ratio of 1-(0.3-0.5) accordingly. Deionised water is used for obtaining hydrosol.

EFFECT: there is provided achievement of the effect consisting in enlargement of range of biocidal properties of hygienic products, enhancement of efficiency of the prolonged action of antibacterial and antimycotic properties of the biocide with traditional process additions and fillers of the manufacturing process of such products.

SUBSTANCE: method represents reduction of transition metals content in a milled mass to a level unfavorable for sporulation. Preferably, bacterial cells present in the milling system of cardboard or paper machine in fact are not destroyed in the process of technological operations used to reduce the content of transition metals. The method also refers to obtaining packing board or packing paper characterised with a low content of bacterial spores, when to obtain packing board or packing paper a milled mass is used in which the content of transition metals is reduced to a level unfavorable for sporulation.

SUBSTANCE: wallpapers have a base and a face and a reverse sides. A coating that contains an antibacterial agent is applied onto the face side of the base. The coating antibacterial agent is represented by silver nanoparticles. The coating is produced by mixing of a varnish and a carbon porous carrier with silver nanoparticles in specified amount. Silver nanoparticles size is 2-50 nm. The carbon porous carrier has specific density of 0.03-0.1 g/cm3, specific surface of 50-200 m2/g and pore size of 5-50 nm. The varnish is a water-based acrylic varnish or an alkyd varnish. The wallpaper base is made of paper or cloth. The face surface of wallpapers is made of paper, cloth, fabric fibres or polyvinyl chloride. The carbon porous carrier with silver nanoparticles is in powder form. Glue is applied onto the reserves side of wallpapers.

EFFECT: higher quality of wallpapers and simplified technology of their manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: method includes production of a bactericide dispersion consisting of fibrillated cellulose fibers with immobilised on them chemical precipitation of nanoparticles of hardly soluble compounds of bactericidal metals, mixing it with dispersion of paper-forming fibers to produce paper pulp, paper formation.

EFFECT: simplifying the process of preparation of bactericide, provision of possibility to make the preparation and a paper containing it, respectively, with a different amount of bactericidal components in them, expansion of products and scope of application of the paper.

EFFECT: obtaining disinfecting wipe, which contains bactericidal solution and demonstrates highly efficient germicidal properties, and bacterial solution which remains stable.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to manufacture attrition-resistant paper in production of laminated panels for floor covering. The paper is impregated by resin and contains attrition-resistant particles, consisting of silicium carbide, aluminium and/or corundum oxide. The particles are covered by silaned adhesion activating agent and are built into the resin matrix. The method of paper manufacturing includes impregnating the paper with resin, spreading attrition-resistant particles along, coated by adhesion activatin agent, along the paper, and then curing the resing by pressurising the paper with other impregnated paper, or with fibers and resin along with heating. The device used to spread the particles along the paper includes rotating shaft with recesses and the brush, located near the shaft, and installed so that to sweep the particles out of the recesses, as well as device to move the paperalong under the shaft. Laminated panel consists of ornamental paper, coated by attrition-resistant layer, applied to base plate, made from wood.

EFFECT: increase of paper attrition resistance and simplificaiton of manufacturing method.

SUBSTANCE: wear proof particles are treated with adhesion promoter based on silane or sylon and then deposited on paper, impregnated with resin, thereby obtaining coating. Fibre is electrically charged and put onto the coating. Drying is then carried out. The device for implementing the given method has a equipment for depositing wear proof particles on paper, equipment for charging fibre and putting the charged fibre onto the paper. The latter consists of a roller with depressions, made with provision for rotating, and a brush mounted near the roller for cleaning the depressions. The device also has apparatus for electrically charging the roller and/or the brush and the roller, which is made with provision for rotation and passing paper sheets under the roller with depressions. Paper, made using this technique, has a wear proof coating and electrically charged fibres on the wear proof coating. The charged fibres used can be made from polyester and/or cotton, and/or cotton linter.

SUBSTANCE: coating is a matrix material into which a mixture of high-strength particles having an irregular shape and spherical solid particles essentially without cutting edges are added. The high-strength particles have Mohs hardness of at least 6, and the solid particles have Mohs hardness of at least 3, where the average diametre of the solid particles is equal to or less than the average diametre of the high-strength particles. The matrix material is a synthetic resin based on melamine, acrylate, epoxide, polyurethane, polyamide, polyester, polyimide, caoutchouc, rubber or mixtures thereof. Said wear-proof coating can be used to make wear-resistant surfaces on wooden materials, decorative paper or wood-fibre boards having a decorative print, in making parquet floors, laminated floors, furniture surfaces and working surfaces, as well as for making wear-resistant surfaces of layers on substrates made from metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, concrete or other materials.

Anion activator it contains is a component selected from group, including polyacrylate, sulfonate, carboxymethylcellulose and galactomannan hemicellulose. Ground paper has pH from approximately 7.0 to approximately 10, and strength of internal link from approximately 25 to approximately 350 millifeet per pound per square inch. This ground paper is produced by contact of a certain amount of cellulose fibres with water-fast additive, alkaline gluing agent and anion activator, serially and/or simultaneously.
