The invention relates to the field of agricultural animals, in particular, to a device for feeding farm animals in cage batteries.

Battery for agricultural animals, such as birds, usually contain several rows of cells, placed one above the other like the floors. The animals are in cages, food is delivered using the appropriate device. Usually along each row of cells is a trough made, for example, as zheloboobraznogo trough. Each feeder is equipped with th at one end of the trough, along its entire length so that all the animals in the cells of one series was delivered the same amount of food. The proposed device for feeding farm animals in cage batteries, consists of feeders, supplied and placed them in carpopodite resources and mines, equipped with a top opening for loading feed made with Windows in the walls for the passage of the feeders. The problem is solved due to the fact that the mine is equipped with at least two guide elements mounted therein with inclination to the direction of the feed.

According to the invention the guiding elements made in the form of a rigid, simple parts that are installed in the mine, ensuring repeated rejection of food from the perpendicular fall from the loading opening to the bottom feeders. This prevents bridging of feed in the mine. Guiding elements share column feed in the mine, on some areas, the height of which is determined by the height of the pit, so that the sealing pressure due to its own weight available in the mine feed, in the form of a column, can not lead to svoeobrazoval.

Each guide element is designed as a flat, plate-like parts, installed by adjunction about 3/4 of the perimeter to adjacent walls of the mine. The guide element may be made of sheet steel and is installed in the mine so that the free cross section of the mine is covered by about half so that food could constantly go down in the mine; guiding elements are installed with an inclination in the direction of the feed angle of 20-45orelative to the longitudinal axis of the mine. The angle can be chosen depending on certain properties of the feed, for example, its flowability.

Preferably, alternately on opposite walls of the mine to install multiple guide elements. In Fig. 1 schematically shows part of the device is performed as the shaft 1. The shaft 1 has a square cross-section. For feeding of the next row of cells is provided with a trough 15, which likewise is installed following the guide element 16. On the wall 6 of the shaft 1, the opposite wall 4, directly below the upper feeder 9 is installed Napoi trough 15 is a further section of the mine 1, the corresponding upper section and is also provided with two guide elements.

The shaft 1 may be of any length, with the rest of its parts made in the same manner as in drawing No. 1.

In Fig. 2 shows the side view shown in Fig. 1, part of the shaft 1. This figure shows that each trough 9, 15, passes through the shaft 1 along the wall 19 of the connecting walls 4 and 6, and the free edge 11 of the guide elements 5, 16, serving as the dumper, adjacent to the edges 12 of the feeders 9, 15, are open-top.

Fig. 3 shows a section along the line I-I (Fig. 1). Here we see that the trough passes through the shaft 1 along the wall 19. According Fig. 3, the guiding elements 16 and 17 are installed so that their free edges 11 are located in the light overlapping each other in the direction of the feed.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feed supplying tube, which is held above poultry house floor so as to be raised and lowered. Feed supplying tube is equipped with number of apertures, to each of which corresponds bowl-shaped device hung to said tube. Bowl-shaped device has dispensing tube branched from discharge aperture and feed bowl located under dispensing tube and provided with bowl bell defined by diverging radial grid rods. Dispensing tube consists of inner cylinder branched from discharge aperture and outer cylinder embracing inner cylinder. Bowl is hanging from grid rods of outer cylinder bowl bell so that said bowl is lowered when feed supplying tube is lowered. Outer cylinder is located on inner cylinder for rotation, raising and lowering. Lowering and raising of outer cylinder are restricted by means of at least one stroke restricting device. Apparatus has at least one rotation restricting device adapted for restricting rotation of outer cylinder relative to inner cylinder. Such construction allows feed level in feeders to be adjusted in accordance with chicken height.

SUBSTANCE: feeder comprises feed duct, feeding pan and grid. The feeding pan bottom is protected by a rubber insertion 4-6 mm thick to prevent damage of the poultry beak. The grid is fitted by an above set split ring with beams to separate the grid into additional sections. The split ring is fitted with a catch on the one side, and a hinge on the other side to form a solid ring when connected.

EFFECT: restraining movement of poultry neck during feeding, reducing scattering of feeds and poultry death.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a feed distributor for feeding poultry. The feed distributor comprises a distributing tray, having the central part, which is raised relative to the lower surface and interacts with a descending pipe so that the supplied amount of fodder from the descending pipe is distributed along the lower surface of the distributing tray. The descending pipe has a discharge hole with edges. The central part of the distributing tray is connected to the lower surface, which changes into at least partially raising side wall directed outside and changing into an external edge. The side wall at different levels relative to the lower surface in a suitable area, the lower limit of which substantially complies with the minimum specified height of fodder in the distributing tray and complies with height of the specified edges of a fodder discharge hole in the descending pipe relative to the distributing tray, comprises steeply inclined sections of the wall in a stepped configuration. The steeply inclined sections continue in peripheral direction of the side wall so that the steeply inclined sections of the wall form an obstacle for fodder movement by poultry. In the cross section along the central axis of the distributing tray and via a steeply inclined section of the wall the tangential line to the steeply inclined section of the side wall forms an angle of 0 - 50 relative to the central axis via the central axis of the distributing tray. The side wall comprises at least three steeply inclined sections of the wall at various levels relative to the lower surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a feed distributor for feeding poultry. The feed distributor comprises a feed crib with the middle part raised with respect to the base. The base is made of a plastic material and of wear resistant material connected with this plastic material. And the wear resistant material forms an impermeable and substantially adjacent layer to protect the base at the place of location of the said layer from penetration with poultry beaks. The method of manufacturing the feed distributor lies in the fact that the impermeable and substantially adjacent layer is attached to the plastic material of the base by pressure casting.

EFFECT: in the feed distributor the stability of the feed crib to its pecking by the poultry is provided.
