(57) Abstract:

The inventive method of manufacturing hollow parts is carried out by obtaining a measured workpiece and its deformation in the roller die at the opposite movement of the focus and punch. The wall of the product is formed by rolling the metal displaced in the gap between the punch and calibrating areas of the rollers. The invention relates to methods of processing metals by pressure and can be used in the manufacture of hollow axisymmetric parts.

The technical result achieved by the invention consists of expanding the range of manufactured products due to the versatility of the tool used.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming semi-finished product at deforming initial blank and calibrating it along outer lateral surface; pressing out cone cavity in semi-finished product by means of punch while providing displacement of excess metal occurred due to volume error of initial blank to end of semi-finished product; during one technological transition performing intermediate deforming of semi-finished product and finally forming part. In order to realize it, semi-finished product is placed in die of die set in such a way that its cone cavity is turned downwards and lower end of semi-finished product is placed with gap relative to bottom of die. With use of deforming punch cavity is pierced in semi-finished product in direction opposite to narrowing direction of cone cavity. Gap between lower end of semi-finished product and bottom of die is filled with material of semi-finished product and cone cavity is opened for forming metal scrap in front of deforming punch. Simultaneously metal scrap is removed and part cavity is calibrated.

SUBSTANCE: for parts production cold-upsetting tool is used in the form of multi-position unit. Unit includes five positions and contains puncheons, thrusters, assembled matrixes and strippers. Assembled matrix in the fourth position is installed motionlessly and is equipped with reduction step at the insert. Stripper of the fourth position is arranged with the opening, in which spring-loaded puncheon is installed. Cut billet is subjected to setting and calibration with leveling of butt ends and formation of conical marks. By means of further billet setting head is created. Then opening is pressed out in the billet and its external diameter is reduced with formation of step. Reduction of diameter is carried out in motionless matrix with insert, which has reduction step. For that purpose billet is displaced until it thrusts stripper with spring-loaded puncheon with its butt-end. Puncheon is installed in billet pressed out opening. Later billet is displaced together with puncheon and stripper via reduction step of matrix. After that billet opening is interweaved.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metal processing by pressure and can be applied in manufacturing of parts with stepped hollow space consisting of lesser diametre space with transition ledge and flat bottom area. Hollow spaces are formed in several steps by puncheons of different diametre in original blank cut off of a rod. At the first step a hollow of larger diametre is formed by reverse expression with calibration by reduction. Next hollow is formed by reverse expression. A hollow located above the hollow of lesser diametre is formed by reverse expression and shaping of transition ledge of required shape and size. Further a hollow of smaller diametre is formed by reverse expression, its bottom shaped as a flat area. Transition ledge height over the bottom is maintained due to a metal volume lifted from the bottom by expression.

EFFECT: expanded technological capacities of the method, improved quality of finished articles, enhanced durability of technological equipment used.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of hollow high precision pipe forged pieces with alternating profiles of external surface by cold radial compression. Method for production of hollow products with alternating profile of external surface includes production of initial billet, its mechanical processing with production of hollow billet, fixation of hollow billet between support and driving devices of radial clamping machine, deformation of hollow billet by means of radial clamping in holder installed in opening of hollow billet during length feed of the latter and final mechanical processing of deformed forged piece. Radial compression is done along the whole length in two operations, the first of which is carried out to produce semi-finished product with unstrained section. After the first operation of radial compression produced semi-finished product is turned by 180, installed with unstrained section in direction of support device, and the second operation of radial compression is carried out.

EFFECT: high precision of products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Proposed method comprises making tubular billet, barrel forged piece radial reduction to obtain curved generating line of outer surface. Reduction at radial reducing machine is carried out with the help of master cam and servo drive with sensing roller that may roll on over said master cam. Barrel forged piece outer surface has curved generating line made up of two section. One section on muzzle section is located at internal angle while at another it is located on breech housing side. Said sections are conjugated by conjugation radius proceeding from definite relationship. Final machining includes cutting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for production of gas turbine engine discs. Blank is pierced and rolled at mandrel. To define blank diameter and height before piercing, hollow forging step weight is determined with machining allowances. Then, sizes of stepped blank are calculated for rolling at mandrel with due allowance for weight of every stage. Then, maximum, bottom and top diameters are determined as well as pierced blank height. Said pierced stepped blank is transformed for rolling to preset sizes by smoothing blank outlines. Blank diameter and height is determined for piercing by relationships given herein.

EFFECT: decreased metal input.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for production of cup with flange parts. Initial blank is formed in two steps. At first step, initial blank is subjected to re-extrusion to make cup inner space. Note here that male die is used composed of main and end parts. After first step, composite male die end part is left at cup bottom. At second step, said blank is upset to make the flange at blank top Along with upsetting, blank is expanded by stepped male die acting on blank side surface. Said steeped male die has taper part with cone generatrix inclination angle of 10-15 degrees. After forming at second step, composite male die end part is removed from the part.

EFFECT: parts with enlarged flange.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for production of hollow stepped parts. Preliminary and final two-sided piercing of billet is performed. Preliminary piercing is performed by piercer shaped to truncated cone. Piercer diameter ratio makes 8.0. For final piercing appropriate piercer is used with taper making 5. Then, pierced billet is machined at appropriate tool.
