(57) Abstract:

Usage: the invention relates to water transport and for the technical operation of the gateway when vessels sail in winter conditions. The essence lies in the implementation of the method of maintaining navigable gateway free of ice, which consists in applying gravity flow of warm water through the feed pipe from the bottom of the pond outside the marine gateway, and perforated distribution pipes that distribute the flow of warm water in places at the bottom of the gateway, and before its gates, and chilled water thus removed from the gateway through the outlet opening in the lower gates or walls gateway below top water level. To implement this method, the device for maintaining navigable gateway free of ice in addition to the intake distribution pipes has hatches of drainage holes formed in the bottom of the sluice gates or walls of the gateway. There is a method to maintain navigable gateway free of ice, consisting of warm water through the feed pipe from the bottom of the reservoir (U.S. patent N 3083538, CL. E 02 In 15/02, 1963).

A device for maintaining navigable gateway free of ice, containing one or more inlet pipes for the intake of warm water in the shipping gateway from the bottom of the reservoir (see U.S. patent N 3083538, CL. E 02 In 15/02, 1963).

A disadvantage of the known method and device is the presence of excessive energy costs to supply warm water from the bottom of the reservoir to eliminate the ice cover in the gateway.

The technical result from implementation of the described method and device for maintaining the gateway free of ice is to reduce energy costs for the supply of warm water from the bottom of the reservoir to eliminate the ice cover in the gateway.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that heat water by gravity take the intake pipe from a reservoir outside of the shipping gateway, and through distribution pipes having perforations, the flow of warm water placed into one of the seats at the bottom of the gateway, and before its gates, and chilled water are removed from the gateway through the outlet opening in either the consistent rise of warm water to the top to intensify the compressed air in the intake pipe and the distribution pipe or on a separate perforated pipe.

This technical result is also achieved and the fact that the discharge device is made with a distribution pipe having perforations for supplying warm water to the places at the bottom of the gateway, and before its gates and hatches drainage holes, which are made in the bottom of the sluice gates or walls of the gateway.

In addition, the sides and bottom of the shipping gateway is performed with the insulating coating.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows a view in plan on the gateways with top reservoir; Fig.2 shows a longitudinal section of the gateway and the upper part of the reservoir of Fig.3 section a-a of Fig.1.

In Fig. 1 shows one or more inlet pipes 1 to supply warm water from the bottom of the upper reservoir. The tube 1 is held in the reservoir to the sluice gate. To reduce ice formation in the downstream and ensure traffic it is possible to apply warm water using gravitational forces, extending pipe 1 perforated pipe 8. The speed of flowing streams of water, you can intensify the compressed air.

Optionally, you can install it on the bottom or front of the sluice gate pipe for compressed air. Using compressed air, warm water rises faster up and completely prevents the formation of ice in this place.

To reduce heat loss through the walls of the gateway can perform vertical insulation that can be installed on the walls and the bottom of the gateway.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes excitation of resonance flexural gravitational waves in ice and creation and change of aerodynamic lift force at frequency of resonance flexural gravitational waves. In the course of motion of ship, alternating aerodynamic lift force is created at frequency of resonance flexural gravitational waves by turning the horizontal plates to positive and negative angles of attack towards incoming flow of air. Generator forms hydraulic impact under highest point of crest of flexural gravitational waves and amplitude of this wave is increased when hovercraft runs along edge of ice cover.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is performed by means of submarine ship (2) running under ice (1) at resonance speed and exciting resonance flexural gravitational waves (3). SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ice breaking devices and it can be used for eliminating jam to prevent flooding at ice jams on rivers. Proposed ice jam breaker consists of tractor with bulldozer installed on telescopic rods in nose part of tractor. Lower edge of bulldozer is made to provide self-cutting of blade into ice under gravity at extension of rods or moving tractor forward, and self-release from ice when pulling rods back, moving tractor backwards or debacling of hummocked ice fields downstream. Telescopic rods are secured on tractor by means of ball joints, and on bulldozer, by means of cylindrical joints for setting them into motion in horizontal and vertical planes by means of hydraulic cylinders. Hermetically sealed container can be mounted on bulldozer to provide positive buoyancy of the latter.

EFFECT: provision of high efficiency of ice jam breaking on river section as bank edge of ice jam is torn off from bank line and ice jam is broken at extension of rods and movement of tractor.
