For example, EP-A-0 353 496 describes the packaging material free of absorbent fibrous layer, which is sufficiently flexible that they can be formed by bending, for example, packaging material type "Tetra Brik". This packaging material contains reinforcing base layer of plastic, and mixed with them the filler in an amount of from 50 to 80% of the total mass of the base layer. Plastic carrier layer 8 is preferably polyolefin plastic such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. simerly such plastics based on polypropylene can be a homopolymer of propylene with an indicator of melting up to 10 according to ASTM (2,16 kg, 230oC) and the copolymer of ethylene and propylene with the rate of melting from 0.5 to 5 according to ASTM (of 2.16 kg, 230oC). Of these two above-mentioned plastics copolymer of ethylene and propylene is the most preferred because it retains the properties of good weldability and mechanical strength at low temperatures, for example, 8oC and below. As filler skeletal layer 8 may be used any known granular and/or flaky filler 7 among such as talc, mica, clay, and T. D. preferably talc. The amount of filler ranges from 50 to 80% of the total mass of skeletal layer, but preferably about 65% by weight.The thickness of the base layer may vary depending on which molding is subjected to the packaging material by bending, thermoforming or machined in a different way, but generally lies in the range of thickness of 150 to 1400 μm. If the workpiece or strip packaging material should be molded in a package by forming a bend, the supporting layer 8 preferably has a thickness lying in the lower part of the range of thicknesses, for example, 150 to 300 μm, while, if the package is supposed to make pore is positive related to the top of the thickness range, for example, 1000 to 1400 μm. Needless to say that the degree of anticipated weakening of the material increases with increasing depth of the notch 9, and that therefore, the resistance of the packaging material to the gap decreases with increasing this depth, but in accordance with the invention, surprisingly, it is shown that a sufficient weakening of the material, and accordingly, sufficient low resistance packing m the comrade of the total thickness of the base layer, regardless of whether in which part of the above thickness range of 150 to 1400 μm, bottom, or top, is the thickness of the base layer. More detailed studies showed that the tear line 9 with a depth of incision only 10 to 30% of the total thickness of the base layer 8 provides 60 - 80% reduction of the resistance of the base layer break and consequently good enough weakening the packaging material and packaging container of this material, and the packaging container of this material can be easily opened by tearing along the tear line in the above way. For the base layer thickness of about 400 μm, therefore, it is the depth of incision of about 30 μm. Besides the fact that the packing material is easily broken due to such a tear line, the edge of the gap along the entire contour of the margin around velinova hole 10 is smooth and very good, with no protruding bumps or other imperfections that impede evacuation in case of the normal tearing of the packaging material on a base of paper or paperboard. Since the packing material in the packing container according to the invention is completely devoid of absorbent fibrous layers that there is no danger , with the contents of the container during for example, it is pouring.To further facilitate the tearing part of the wall forming the hole and the limited tear-off feature, the packaging container 1 can be provided with an easily applicable gripper with which this part of the wall can be easily detached. The packing material also becomes extremely useful from the point of view of environmental protection.Although the invention is illustrated particularly preferred variants of its performance, for the person skilled in the art it is obvious that the scope of the claims can be implemented in practice many side options, ones like the above implementation, given as an example. For example, the tear-off feature does not necessarily have to be a cut, but can also be made in the form of recesses in the bearing layer, obtained by compression of the material, or plastic deformation, and moreover, if necessary, the tear line can be placed anywhere in the packaging material, in contrast to the presented accommodation around one corner of the reeds packaging. SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible frame member made of shape-changing material connected to package to be opened, spout with pouring orifice connected to flexible frame member and resealing cap detachably connected to the spout by thread-based means and adapted to seal pouring orifice. In sealed state all members of resealing device including flexible frame member, spout with pouring orifice, cap and ring, are forced into package from outer surface of side wall and are fixed in above sealed state by protective bands made of paper or other tearable material so that the sealed package has parallelepiped shape. In opened state all above members are located outside the package on one side thereof. Flexible frame member is rigidly connected to the package. All device components are drawn out of the package by applying pulling force to the ring along with tearing the protective bands.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body defining through orifice and installed around package part to be opened, removable cap cooperating with the body to close the orifice and substantially tubular cutting member, which in use cooperates with the orifice and may perform angular and axial movement. The cutting member has end edge, which in turn has cutting means formed on edge surface and adapted to cooperate with package part to be opened. The body and cutting member are formed as a single whole and are coaxially secured one to another through breakable connection bridges. The bridges extend between additional end edge of the cutting member, which is opposite to end edge, and surface of body installation onto the package. Food products are combined into preset portion of food using method of portion control which changes speed of extrusion basing on amount of available portion of food product. Invention provides slice in form of cohesion mass containing two or more different food products with possibility of simultaneous complete release of food products from wrap by hand which is sufficient for holding, handling, eating or using food products in other places as need be.

Proposed container is easy to open, breaking of film when opening container cover is prevented, and cover itself is not damaged at opening. Such container is easy to manufacture and is not expensive.
