The invention relates to the composition of the dye of the rod, which can be used to produce images on paper for labeling different goods, to obtain leave visible and invisible marks, and also for coloring products made of synthetic materials; in addition, the invention concerns a method for obtaining drawing on products from synthetic materials.

Proposed composition of the dye of the rod, including %, wt.:

Sublimating dye and a pigment or a sublimating dye - 6 - 10

Talc - 40 - 42

Kaolin - 20 - 30

Stearate, sodium Paon - 13 - 15

Binder - 10 - 15

and the method for drawing the products of synthetic materials using dye rod of the above composition. The use of the above invention greatly simplifies the process of obtaining pattern by stamping, provides a clear picture without distortion of the original, resistant to physical and chemical influences. 2 S. p. f-crystals. table 2.

The invention relates to the composition of the dye of the rod, which can be used to produce images on paper, marking various tovareca way for drawing products of synthetic materials.

The known composition of the dye of the rod [1] including a dye, a pigment, kaolin, talc, stearin or sodium stearate and a binder, such as starch in the following ratio of components, wt.

However, such coloring rod is not suitable for marking goods, indelible marks, visible and invisible, because it allows for a picture unsteadily to physical and chemical influences, in addition, it is impossible to carry out coloring products from synthetic materials due to poor adhesion thereto of the composition of the stylus.

The task of the invention was to develop such a dye composition of the rod, which would provide robust images, and also gave the opportunity to carry out coloring synthetic materials.

To solve this problem was proposed composition of the dye of the rod, which includes sublimating dye or a mixture of pigment (in any proportion) in the following ratio, wt.

Talc 40 is mesilat sublimating dye, the pigment, or only sublimating dye, talc, kaolin and water; the resulting mixture is dispersed to a certain extent milling. To this mixture was added sodium stearate and a binder, for example potato starch, and stirred at a temperature not exceeding 50oC. the Finished mass is then cooled, subjected to machining, molded from the obtained mass of the blank from which the subsequent pressing the pressure receiving pin. This rod can be used for marking goods, for coloring the products of synthetic fibers, to obtain labels.

A method of obtaining drawing on products from synthetic materials by stamping the image with non-absorbent substrates mentioned on the product for which to retrieve the original image is required all sophisticated printing works from the color pair to preferabally works in the manufacture of printing forms [2]

Each of the stages prior to the actual stamping, firstly, require complex and expensive equipment, and, secondly, at each stage, possible marriage, making it difficult to obtain the image close to the original.

To solve this problem it is proposed to apply the original drawing on a substrate or directly on the material using the dye of the rod having the following composition (% wt.):

The proposed method is as follows: the product of synthetic material (cloth, tape, knitted fabric or paper substrate, a drawing, using the rod of the above-described composition, which can be placed in a special envelope, or may be part of a special mechanical device, and then the substrate is patterned impose on colorarray material and placed under a press for heat treatment. In the case of drawing directly on the material this material is directly placed under the press. The heat treatment is carried out at 175-200oC for 20-120 C.

In this way receive products from synthetic materials clear picture, resistant to physical and chemical influences.

and reinforced in a special mechanical device is put drawing on a paper substrate and then the substrate is placed on a polyester knit and is subjected to heat treatment under pressure at a temperature of 200oC for 40 C. After heat treatment on the material get a clear picture of yellow color, resistant to abrasion and wet treatments (see table 2).

and placed in a wooden shell, put the picture on the paper substrate. Then the substrate is placed on polyamide fabric and treated under pressure at 185oC for 40 sec. After heat treatment, get a clear picture of blue color, resistance to friction and wet treatments are shown in table 2.

Example 15. The core composition of example 1 (see example 14) attached to a mechanical device, put the picture directly on the polyester fabric. Then this fabric is subjected to heat treatment under pressure at 200oC for 20 C. Get a picture of a yellow color, is resistant to physical and chemical influences (see table 2).

Thus, the proposed composition of the core and the method of drawing on products made of synthetic materials with the use of this core that greatly simplify the process of obtaining pattern by stamping, provide a clear picture without distortion of the original, resistant to physical and chemical influences.

The described anticorrosive modifying coating comprises the following components, weight %: acrylic dispersion "Diakam-11" as a film-forming agent, 36.0-48.0; graphite GE-3 as a pigment and filling agent, 14.0-23.0; 8-oxyquinoline as a chelating agent, 0.5-1.8; ortho-phosphoric acid as a modifying additive, 25.0-35.0; polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5, 5.0-10.0; accessory agent OP-10, 0.2-0.5, and concrepol AD-1 based on poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution, 0.5-1.5. Invention describes thermoplastic mastic comprising film-forming polymer, titanium dioxide, plasticizing agents, phototechnical additives and mineral filling agents. Mastic comprises triple acrylic polymer of butyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid and styrene with acid number 6.0-9.0 mg KOH/g, softening point 90-112°C and relative viscosity 1.4-1.8 for 2% solution in butyl acetate as a film-forming agent; mastic comprises a mixture of dibutyl-ortho-phthalate or plasticizer agent EDOS with dimethylterephthalate as plasticizing agents. Mastic comprises organic optical whitening agent, possibly in mixture with glass microbeads as a phototechnical additive, and a mixture of quartz sand and micromarble particles as a mineral filling agent. Proposed mastic provides preparing coating of the best whiteness (above 80%) and less fragility in the broad exploitation temperature range.
