(57) Abstract:

Applications: granulation of the slag melt, mostly melt casting powder for continuous casting of steel. The inventive method of granulation of the slag melt includes a dispersion make of melt jet of high speed air flow, applying a layer of powdered material dispersed particles passing the dispersed particles through the bulk layer of powdery material, cooling and crystallization of the obtained granules. The bulk density of the powder is chosen in the range of 0.1 to 0.6 bulk density of the granules. As the powdered material may be used carbon-containing material, in particular coke dust. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 Il.

The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for granulation of the melt, mostly melt casting powder for continuous casting of steel.

The known method of granulation of the melt dispersion make it high-speed airflow with reduced level of adhesion and deformation of the particles melt by adjusting the flow rate of air and optimization of the deflection angle of the dispersed particles.

Known Spolsky to the proposed method of granulation of the slag melt, which is a dispersion liquid of melt jet of high speed air flow applied to the dispersed particles of the melt powdered material by passing them through a fluidized bed with the accumulation of powder on the surface of the particles. Thus there is a gradual cooling of the particles during their passage through the fluidized bed with final cooling and crystallization them covered with a layer of powder condition.

The disadvantages of this method is the high consumption of air (gas) at the stages of dispersion, the motion of particles and fluidization; high contamination of the exhaust air powdery material and high load on the system; weak protection against sticking of the particles melt at the initial stage of their movement; the complexity of the installation associated with the multi-Podaca air and coating powder particles melt.

The objective of the invention is to reduce gas consumption and pollution in the granulation process, improving the quality of granulation by reducing the interaction of the particles in the process of their movement and easier installation for realing method of granulation of the melt, consisting of dispersion of melt jet of high speed air flow applied to the dispersed particles of the melt layer of powdery material, the cooling and crystallization of the obtained pellets, applying a layer of powdered material dispersed particles of the melt is carried out by passing the dispersed particles through the bulk layer of powder material; and the apparent density of the powder is chosen in the range of 0.1 to 0.6 from the bulk density of the granules.

The preferred embodiment of the method involves the use as a powdered material of carbon-containing material, in particular coke dust.

Granulation of the slag melt is carried out on the installation, the block diagram of which is shown in the drawing. The exhaust air through the pin 8 is also fed to the filter 9 and cleaned out, and the filtered powder is poured into the hopper 7 for reuse.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulated mineral fertilizers containing ammonium phosphates modified by surfactants and powdering substances, which do not lose their physicochemical properties during transportation and storage. Manufacture process comprises granulation of ammonium phosphate pulp, drying of granules, sorting and selection of commercial fraction, cooling and addition of modifying supplements. The latter are added in the cooling stage into zone with bed temperature by 5-10°C exceeding temperature of cooled product. Conditioning additives utilized can be either only liquid or the same mixed with dry powdering substances.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, to production of fertilizers, namely to the methods of production of granular fertilizers, and in particular, to nitrogenous and complex fertilizers, and may be used at production of the granular fertilizers with the improved properties. The method of treatment of granular fertilizers provides for application on the surfaces of the fertilizer granules (for example, carbamide, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, complex NPK fertilizers), having temperature from 45 up to 100°C of the mixture of the surface-active substances with the film-forming substance in the aqueous medium. For the application may be used both ionogenic and non-ionogenic surface-active substances. The film forming substance may be chosen from the group, which contains amino-formaldehyde resins and epoxide resins, polyvinylacetate and animal glues. The technical result of the application of the additives at the heightened temperature results in the fertilizers granules strength improvement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose product based on potassium formate, which contains 0.1 to 1% water and 0.5-5% water-soluble conglomeration-preventing agent, such as potassium carbonate or potassium hydroxide, which possesses affinity for water and corresponds to equilibrium humidity below equilibrium 15% relative humidity (22°C) for potassium formate.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture composition comprising nitrogen-containing fertilizer as substrate and 0.05-1.5 mass % coating applied thereon to decrease dust forming and fertilizer conglomeration. Said coating includes conditioning agent containing wax, oil, resin, surfactant and optionally biodegradable polymer. Conditioning agent useful in fertilizer applying includes (mass %) wax 5-50; oil including vegetable oils, liquid animal fats, marine animal fats or products thereof 5-75; resin 30-60, wherein said resin represents natural resin or residue from distillation of unsaturated liquid animal fat, fish oil, or vegetable oil; surfactant 2-15; and biodegradable polymer 0-5 %. Conditioning agent is easily applied on fertilizer particles and provides flowability and simplifies transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for conditioning mineral fertilizers. Composition for conditioning mineral fertilizers comprises active component based on primary aliphatic amines, hydrocarbon solvent, modifying agent for fluidity loss representing solid hydrocarbons with melting point 50oC, not less. As active component the composition comprises product of partial or complete neutralization of primary aliphatic C10-C20)-amines with (C2-C30)-carboxylic acids wherein part of neutralized amine is varied, and hydrocarbon solvent represents purified distillate or residual mineral oils, or a mixture of distillate and residual mineral oils containing the main fraction 85%, not less, with the boiling point above 350oC in the their following content in the composition, wt.-%: active component, 10-25; hydrocarbon solvent, 40-80; temperature modifying agent for fluidity loss, 1-20. The composition of temperature 70-100oC, viscosity value at this temperature 5-50 mPa*c, temperature fluidity loss 20-60oC is applied on surface of granules in the amount 0.02-0.2% of fertilizer mass to be treated. Components of the composition provides preparing inexpensive and effective conditioning composition that doesn't form aerosol in its applying on fertilizer and not aggressive to material of transporting bands used in transport of treated product.

EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of composition.

FIELD: mineral fertilizers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammonium nitrate-based fertilizer manufacture and consists in treatment of ammonium nitrate granules with solution containing chemical reagent and inert component, the former being potassium sulfate aqueous solution, with which prilled ammonium nitrate granules are treated at 40-50°C followed by treating granules with phosphogypsum (inert component) having moisture content 2-3% and grinding fineness no larger than 30 μm until its percentage in the granules attains 1-20%.

EFFECT: preserved high strength of ammonium nitrate granules at greater number of thermal cycles at temperatures 20 to 50C and increased temperature resistance.

SUBSTANCE: sodium percarbonate particles have bleaching effect, their surface contain hydrophobized superfine silica in proportion 0.01-1 wt %. Method for proposed particles production consists in mixing of sodium percarbonate particles, preferably being dried, and 0.01-1 wt % of hydrophobized superfine silica. Particles of the invention have high stability during storage, permit handling and storage without dust formation and agglutination; they are dispersed in water readily and completely.
