(57) Abstract:

Use: treatment of metals by pressure. The inventive device comprises a frame in the form of connected horizontal columns fixed traverse rod, bearing a horn-core and the movable traverse ledge. The cylindrical protrusion is made with an internal diameter equal to the diameter of the deformable tube, and a height equal to half of the relationship of the outer diameter of the workpiece to the thickness of its walls: H = D/S0,5, where H is the height of the protrusion; D - diameter of pipe billets; S - wall thickness of the workpiece. Cylindrical annular ledge covers the end part of the pipe, and when the transmission of the efforts of the pipe wall does not lose stability, which leads to quality manufacture of taps and provides the opportunity to produce bends of the pipes of small wall thickness and long length. 1 Il.

The invention relates to the field of metal forming, in particular, to devices for making pipe bends.

A device for the manufacture of elbows (1) containing a rod, mounted on the frame of the press, the bar is installed horn-core and the movable yoke made as to the execution of the movable beam in the form of a ring leads when pushing the workpiece at the core, when it is acted longitudinal force, the interaction of the plunger is effected by a lateral surface with the end of the billet, and the transmission area is in a free state by the external contour of the workpiece, which leads to buckling of the pipe wall, the end result to low quality of the bends, especially thin-walled.

Closest to the described device according to the technical essence and the achieved result is a device for making pipe bends (II). The device comprises a frame in the form of connected horizontal columns fixed traverse, on which are mounted the power and nonpower locks, locking bar with horn-core, and a movable yoke, made in the form of a ring with the tab, in the guide which has a spring-loaded plungers, directly interacting with the end of tubular workpieces and having the ability to move in the plane of the end face of the workpiece. The interaction between the feeder pipe and the workpiece occurs only in the plane of the end face of the workpiece. Between the outer surface of the billet and the inner surface of the ring is but you can't get quality parts from blanks with a small wall thickness, while it is not possible to prevent buckling of the pipe wall. Harvesting starts to lose stability in the most dangerous zone in the area of power transmission, as between the inner cylindrical surface of the annular protrusion and the outer surface of the workpiece, there is a significant gap and nothing prevents the formation of bumps on the tubular workpiece in the area of power transmission.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of parts and the expansion of technological capabilities by preventing buckling of the pipe wall.

This objective is achieved in that the device for manufacturing pipe bends, containing a frame in the form of connected horizontal columns fixed traverse, and the rod, horn-bearing core and a movable traverse ledge in the area of power transmission, a cylindrical annular protrusion is made with an internal diameter equal to the diameter of the deformable tube, and a height equal to half of the relationship of the outer diameter of the billet to the thickness of its wall:

In the described device is waiting for the annular protrusion and the guide rod. As a consequence, increases the value of the critical load required for buckling of the pipe wall, especially thin-walled and of great length.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing.

The device comprises a front 1 and rear 2 fixed beam. In traverse 1 and 2 fortified guides column 3, which is installed with the possibility of moving from the working cylinder 4 mounted on traverse 2, the movable yoke 5 made it a cylindrical annular protrusion 6, horn-core, consisting of the guide 7 and 8 forming parts. The device also contains a helical heating coil 9.

In the process of forming tubular workpiece 10 by means of the feed mechanism is pushed on the horn core. Under the influence of axial loads while pushing the blanks for forming the core part, the possible buckling of the pipe wall. Danger zone in this case is on the contour of the deformation zone, in which the applied external force. So, first of all, in the immediate area of the power transmission, and following this there is a loss of stability of the entire pipe wall. When the power transmission in outset the buckling of the pipe wall of the workpiece and prevents the formation of bumps.

Thus, the described device for manufacturing pipe bends improves the quality of manufactured parts and the expansion of technological capabilities by ensuring the manufacture of taps from billets of small thickness and large length.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of calculating coordinates of development and plotting it; determining Y-coordinates of development with use of two formulae taking into account thickness of branch pipe wall; forming butt portion of development with use of two sine curves passing through upper points of Y-coordinates and defining broken mean line of butt faces of branch pipe.

EFFECT: enhanced butt joining capability of branch pipes with inclined cut due to elimination of dip in mean portion of development.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing tubes for welding, bending end of one tube along radius, assembling bent end of tube with reciprocal tube having rectilinear generatrix; forming non-detachable joint of tubes by means of argon-arc welding. Non-detachable joint is formed before bending by making combination type welding seam designed for plastic deforming. At forming welded joint inner annular seam is made by diffusion welding of joined tubes along butt and outer annular seam is made by surfacing additive material onto outer surface of tube butt. At assembling tubes ring of additive material is placed between them. Then tubes are subjected to axial compression until creation of contact pressure on tube ends and lateral faces of ring. Combination type joint is formed during melting additive material of ring in space of outer annular recess.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of welded joints, elimination of internal burr occurring.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing tubes for welding, bending end of one tube along radius, assembling bent end of tube with reciprocal tube and forming non-detachable joint of tubes by means of argon-arc welding at using additive material; forming non-detachable joint before bending operation by making combination type welded joint; subjecting combination type welded joint and zones near it to plastic deforming; forming inner seam by diffusion welding of joined tubes and additive material along butt and forming outer seam by surfacing additive material onto outer surface of tube butt. At assembling ring of additive material with stepped inner profile is placed between tubes. Then tubes are axially compressed for achieving contact pressures on ends of tubes and on lateral faces of ring. Combination joint is formed at melting additive material of ring in space of outer annular recess. Plastic deforming of joint and zones near it is realized by double straightening of tube.

EFFECT: improved quality of welded joints, elimination of internal burr occurring.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of determining generatrices of developments and plotting it; determining any desired generatrix of development as sum of generatrix measured in primary model of branch pipe and increment on frontal projection of branch pipe formed in three-dimensional modelling device of preliminary development; plotting preliminary development with use of generatrices measured in primary model; forming butt part of generatrix of two crossing curves passing through upper points of respective generatrices.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of method due to producing developments of any thickness and with any cut angle.

FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of tube joints, mainly of similar materials for U-shaped heat exchange apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing tubes to welding, bending end of one tube by radius; assembling said end of tube with reciprocal tube and forming non-detachable tube joint. Said joint is created before bending by forming combination type welded seam and then performing plastic deforming of seam and near-seam zones. Inner annular seam is formed by diffusion welding of tubes along butt. Outer seam is formed by welding additive material onto outer surface of tube butt. At assembling ring of additive material is placed between tubes in outer annular recess preliminarily formed by profiling tube end portions. Then tubes are axially compressed in order to provide contact pressure on ends of tubes and on lateral faces of ring. Combination type seam is formed at fusion of additive material of ring. Plastic deforming of seam and near-seam zones is realized by double straightening of tube due to imparting to it rotation and translation motion. Tube end portion before welded seam is rotated at larger angular velocity than end portion of tube behind welded seam.

EFFECT: possibility for providing desired quality of welded seams, elimination of inner burr formation.

FIELD: plastic metal working; obtaining developed specimens of cylindrical branch pipes with inclined shear.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes plotting of frontal and horizontal projections of branch pipe along center line, dividing of circle of base into equal parts, projection of division points on frontal projection, plotting of ordinates and transfer of them to primary developed specimen. Primary developed specimen is rolled-up in three-dimensional modeler for forming intermediate branch pipe used for making frontal and horizontal projections on which increments are determined. Then, final developed specimen is plotted in which any wanted ordinate is determined as sum of primary developed specimen ordinate and respective increment. Upper points of ordinates of final developed specimen are connected by splines forming broken center line of butt edges of branch pipe.

EFFECT: improved geometry of butt area of branch pipe.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes sleeve with punch, two die-halves forming draw die, and rigid inner mandrel. The last has inner working portion with working surface having minimum curvature radius, outer working portion with working surface having maximum curvature radius and locking members for fixing inner mandrel in working position. Locking members are arranged in front and rear ends of mandrel. In working position mandrel is arranged with guaranteed gap Sz between its working surface and working surface of draw die. Inner and outer working portions of mandrel are mutually spaced by distance H. Values of said guaranteed gap Sz and distance H are determined according to next expressions: Sz = (1.1 -1.2)S; H = (3.5 - 4.%)S, where S - thickness of initial tube blank. Outer working portion of mandrel is stationary one. Inner working portion may be moved at absence of front and rear locking members in direction of outer portion till closing with it.

EFFECT: possibility for using universal sheet forming equipment during increased useful life period.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of calculating generatrices of development, plotting it, cutting out blank and winding it to branch pipe. Generatrices of development are calculated with use of mathematical relations given in specification while taking into account thickness of branch pipe wall.

SUBSTANCE: device contains matrix, semi-matrix of which are located in top and bottom basis. Complex punch is connected to movable top plate of die block. Punch consists of whole polyurethane end cap of multiuse. Volume of end cap is equal to volume of finished branch made of flexible filler. Filler is implemented in the form of wireline wipers. In holder of punch it is through channel for removing outside the excessive flexible filler through reflector and side opening. For hard impression of blank into butt it is used persistent bushing with collar, which allows bevel from the side of minor radius of branch. Bushing-filter serves pressure regulator. Split die forms closed profile of finished branch.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of formed branches, ability of multiuse polyurethane end cap and prevention of bumps formation at receiving of product with changing cross section and high angle of bending.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, namely to methods and devices for producing tube return bends. Tubular billet is cut. Face chamfers are made on both sides of said billet and punch control point is produced perpendicular to tune lengthwise axis of symmetry. Billet is arranged in die guide sleeve. Billet is pushed in the gap between die hole working surfaces on mandrel floating in spinneret that repeats the geometry of band and has billet intake part. Stamped bend is remove from the stamping by the next billet. Proposed device comprises two semi-dies jointed to make spinneret with the help of retaining cartridge, guide sleeve, mandrel that floats in spinneret and guide sleeve. Said rigid one-piece mandrel repeats bend shape and has billet intake part.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, expanded performances.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of flexible return bands. First, skews are made at pipe billet ends, the filler being placed there inside and cylindrical shells being fitted at inlet end in symmetry about the smallest and the largest generating parts with OD equal to billet ID. Note here that the part of cylindrical shell is arranged in symmetry about the smallest generatrix and oriented primarily in meridional direction while the shell part is arranged in symmetry about the largest generatrix directed primarily in circumferential direction. The shell part arranged in symmetry about the largest generatrix directed primarily in meridional direction is made from the plate in length equal to (D+20) mm where D is billet OD, mm, width equal to (0.08D+18.25) mm, while the shell part is arranged in symmetry about the largest generatrix directed primarily in circumferential direction is made from the plate in length of 2.11D mm, in width equal to (0.25D+17.31) mm, and side skews parallel with billet skew on inlet end side.

EFFECT: higher quality, lower costs of the flexible return bends.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: skew are made at ends in symmetry relative to peripheral end section plane that divides the pipe biller into two equal parts to make bearing sides on support and push sides. Note here that skews are located in planes making with peripheral end section plane a definite angle. Magnitude of said angle is defined by enclosed protected formula. Filler is fitted inside said pipe billet. Branch pipe is formed by pushing pipe billet through curvilinear pass with application of filler inner pressure.

EFFECT: higher quality, reduced labour input.

SUBSTANCE: tube blank comprises a deformable part rigidly connected by means of a coupling with allowance for machining and technological allowance for installing the blank on the machine and directing its movement when bending. At that, the coupling has a body with grooves and slide blocks fixed in the grooves by means of locking rings, between which the compression springs are installed, which provide fixation of deformable part of the blank through slide blocks during its movement when bending.
