The temperature and density of the outgoing radiation flux regulate by opening the closing the rotary part 11 of the reflector 4 and through the control unit 3 by switching on and off of the lamps 2 and the operation of the fan 8, providing ventilation and cooling of the air.

The application of the proposed device for growing plants, in which the radiation sources and the plants placed in the hollow reflector with light reflecting inside the yield on 14-17% reduction in energy consumption by 2-3 times.
