The inventive device includes a housing with inlet and outlet openings through which are passed the channels, and the dosing site in the form of a rotary plate with a guide and driver. The body is made in the form of a cylinder, a rotary plane in the form of a rotating disc, the plane of which is perpendicular to the vessel wall. The channels made in the form of flexible hoses, which are introduced through openings in the top end and passed through the gap between the side surfaces of the enclosure and disk and displayed in the side wall of the housing. Around the circumference of the disk is made of at least one groove of a size corresponding to the cross section of the channel. The gap between the body and disc are made in size, providing alternate tight clamping of the channels, and the sections of the channels in contact with the disc is made of elastic material. 2 Il.

The invention relates to analytical instrumentation and can be used for liquid or gaseous media in the analyzers.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the claimed technical solution stojashego of the rotary plate, installed with the possibility of reciprocating motion. The device includes a rod for placement of the plates. Plate and cover contain channels, the rod is placed in the guide hole of the plate [1]

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of mutual grinding large surfaces to ensure tightness, rapid wear of PTFE gasket which is pressed into the holes of the channel switching, the increase in friction with increasing diameter of the device that you want to implement multi-way device.

These drawbacks are eliminated in the device for selection and input samples, comprising a housing, a dispensing site in the form of the rotary plate with the guide and drive, and channels. The body is made of a cylindrical, rotatable plate in the form of a rotating disk. The plane of the disk is perpendicular to the vessel wall. The channels made in the form of flexible hoses, which are introduced through openings in the upper end passed through the gap between the side walls of the cylinder and disk and displayed in the holes of the side wall. Around the circumference of the disk is made of at least one groove. The size of the groove corresponds to the cross section of the channel. The gap between the side surfaces of the housing is made of elastic material.

The device comprises a cylindrical housing 1 with a cover 2, provided with a PTFE disk 3 mounted on the rotating axis 4, flexible hoses 5, made of silicone rubber passed through holes in the casing 1, through the gap between the side surface of the disk 3 and the housing 1 and are derived on the side surface of the housing, and the gap between the side surface of the disk and the housing provides clamping of the hose. Disc 3 contains the groove 6 a size equal to the cross-sectional diameter hose 5. To reduce friction between the disk 3 and the hose 5 is laid PTFE tape 7, is pressed by the elastic ring 8 to the housing 1.

The structure is made such that, by changing the number of grooves in the disk and their situation, you could ask complex shift programs using the electronic programming switching times.

The device operates as follows.

Time relay timer is set, the program, according to which a certain speed starts to rotate the disk 3, which provides alternate coincidence of the groove 6 with barbells, where due to opposition recompressed. Through this channel begins filing or sampling. Alarm time set by a timer. The disk continues to rotate, and the following hose programmed time gets in the groove 6. The rotation of the disk is in the specified mode with electrically driven timer. In the most simple case, the device is switched manually by an operator.

The advantage of this construction is the possibility of using this device in a complex technological processes, as it allows changing the position and number of grooves, to define complex operations.

This device allows you to work with aggressive media, using whole hoses connecting the source and destination volumes of transportation of the working fluid. When working with non-aggressive environments can be used short hose connections from an elastic material, in this case in the form of a hose is only section of the connections passing through the gap between the disc and the casing. The device has no restrictions on the number of channels and allows you to work with different natural substances. The device has small dimensions, and its production does not require high technolpgy crane, the collector of the factions, the dispenser flow of gas or liquid.

SUBSTANCE: system for sampling and delivering filtrate has filter submerged into tested medium and connected with collecting tank and vacuum pressure source which is connected with top hole of collecting tank by means of pneumatic pipe. System has sample receiving tank connected with collecting tank and control unit which has first output to be connected with vacuum pressure source. Collecting tank has two separated chambers - washing chamber and dispatching chamber. Lower hole of washing chamber has to be lower hole of collecting tank and side hole of dispatching chamber has to be side hole of collecting tank. Floating valve is installed inside washing chamber to shut off lower and top holes. Filter is connected with lower hole of collecting tank through sampling pipe. SUBSTANCE: device for simultaneous sampling of water samples taken from layers of water laying close to each other, has set of cylinders with pistons disposed onto carrying frame. End parts of all cylinders are hermetically tied with multiplier, which is connected with pump by means of hose pipe. Front edges of all cylinders are provided with beaks having entrance holes for taking water samples. Pistons moves inside cylinders due to hydraulic tie-rod. Space inside hose-pipe, multiplier and end parts of all cylinders is filled with water to avoid corrosion.

SUBSTANCE: sampling device has sampler, changeable batching member which is made separately from the sampler, housing, and wind-protection device. The wind-protection device is made of porous diaphragm mounted in the base of the housing and overlaps it. The sampler is mounted to provide the distance between the inlet port of the sampler and diaphragm to be 0.1D<L<0.3D, where D is the diameter of diaphragm and L is the distance between the inlet port of the sampler and diaphragm.
