The invention relates to medical technology, and is intended for removal of calculus from hollow organs, primarily in urology. A device for removing concretions from hollow bodies includes a flexible catheter, a wire puller from a material with thermo-mechanical shape memory, mounted on a flexible catheter, and a controlled power supply, a distributor in the form of a tee located in the additional catheter tube for the fluid and connected with the ends of wire extractor electric cable, fitted on the free end of the electrical connector for connection with a power source, a nozzle for connection with a device for supplying liquid. The use of the invention allows to increase the reliability of extraction of stone by the fluid or saline solution in the space in front of the stone, especially in those cases when other methods to extract the stone is not possible, and to eliminate the trauma of the walls of the ureter.
