(57) Abstract:

Usage: for mounting parts to the unauthorized loosening. The inventive fastener includes a threaded portion with a head. The head is made of a curved slot of constant width. The slot is made centrally symmetric relative to the point of intersection of the longitudinal axis of the workpiece with the plane of greatest cross-section of the head. The bottom of the slot has at least one area with a small depth or with zero depth. These sites are located near the longitudinal axis of the fastener. The design makes unauthorized loosening and tightening fasteners. 1 C. p. F.-ly, 7 Il.

The invention relates to fastening detail and can be used for connection of machine parts in cases where you want to impede unauthorized loosening or tightening of the fastener elements.

Known fastener [1] consisting of a threaded part and a head with a straight slot of constant width having a stepped bottom, and the screw [2] consisting of a threaded part and a head with a straight slot of constant width having a convex bottom.

However, these fasteners have a rectilinear slot, so when dealing with such fasteners may apply not only special, but also with conventional tools, which does not allow to achieve the desired technical result.

Known fasteners having heads with single and multiple rectilinear slots of constant width, and inside the slots there are areas with a zero depth [3]

The signs consistent with the present invention:

the threaded part and a head with a slot;

constant width slot;

the presence of the inner sections of the slot with zero depth.

However, to work with any of these parts can be used the same non-standard tool that does not provide the required technical result.

Closest to the present invention is fastener consisting of a threaded part and a head with a curved slot of constant width, the walls of which are formed two cylindrical surfaces parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fastener and passing on opposite sides at equal distances from it, and the slot may not have outputs on the side forming the surface on taneem:

the threaded part and a head with a slot;

the angularity of the slot;

constant width slot;

the intersection of the curved axis of symmetry of the slot and the longitudinal axis of the fastener;

the non-planar bottom slot.

The disadvantage of the prototype is that because of the cylindricity of the side surfaces of the slot it has a smaller length than the slot in the invention, and, therefore, a smaller area of the side surface. Thus, the proposed fastener in comparison with the prototype provides improved fixation of the working tool. In addition, the prototype does not have design features that prevent you from using the same tool with fasteners of different types. These shortcomings make it difficult to achieve the desired technical result.

In many cases, during the operation of machines and mechanisms required to prevent unauthorized disassembly and Assembly or hinder them without complication of processes authorized disassembly and Assembly. The technical result of the invention consists in the difficulty of unauthorized unscrewing or screwing the fasteners and improving fixation of the working tool.

The features of the invention, different from the prototype:

At a small depth refers to the depth of the slot, not exceeding its width.

SUBSTANCE: screwing device has screw and tool for screw driving. Screw is provided with head having upper surface and groove with the first depression aligned with upper surface and with zone having axial section with substantially straight walls. Tool has engaging part complementary to the first depression. Groove is provided with the second depression formed in bottom of the first depression and having diameter lesser than that of the first depression. Tool is provided with central part shaped so that central part is complementary to the second depression. The first depression has section transversal to screw axis, which is shaped as six-pointed star formed in accordance with Torx® standard (i.e. ISO 10664). The second depression and the central tool part are of round shape. Screw has transition surface extending at the first angle from the first depression to the second one. Tool has mating surface extending at the second angle from engaging part to central part, wherein the first angle is greater than the second one so that a space is created between transition surface and mating surface when tool is inserted in the groove. The space widens towards central tool part.

EFFECT: improved engagement between screw groove and tool, as well as simplified tool structure and elimination of tool production cost increase.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of heads of fasteners and it can used at assembling of threaded joints. Proposed threaded fastener with shaped head has head with hollow shaped seat with inner engagement elements in form of alternating curvilinear projections and cavities. Hollow shaped seat of head is provided at inlet with combination entry part consisting of cylindrical belt and conical face after cylindrical belt made at angle of β=120÷150°. Sections of side surface of projections and cavities have conical and cylindrical sections. Conical section has angle α=1.5÷3°.

EFFECT: increased torque transmitted by tool, improved accuracy of alignment and setting of tool in head of fastener.

Lower part of rod is provided with conical shank corresponding to conical recess of screw.

EFFECT: improved reliability of orientation and automatic assembling of screws owing to improved reliability of process of mating.

Spline is made in head in form of continuous slot consisting of two straight-line side sections and middle part made symmetrical relative to vertical axis of fastener lying on one straight line with side straight-line sections. Ribs have outer contact surfaces defining conical enveloping surface. When screw is used for fastening cover plates or other like parts by turning into countersunk hole, surface clamping appears between ribs and corresponding counter sunk holes which prevents damage to surface. Ribs feature cutting effect to form countersinking in soft material when screw is directly screwed into soft material, such as wood. Proposed screw is good for turning into hard material, such as metal, and soft material, such as wood.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. The proposed fastener represents a screw rod jointed to the head. The said head represents a body of revolution and has two elements for wrench, each being formed by intersection of the body of revolution with two cross-planes. One of the said cross-planes is parallel to the rod axis, while the other one is perpendicular to the first cross-plane. The second cross-planes of each aforesaid element for wrench are arranged in symmetry with respect to the rod axis and intersect at the angle varying from 90 to 140°. The wrench to screw up the said fastener is furnished with a head jointed to the handle. The said head represents a plate with thickness not exceeding the distance between the first cross-planes. The plate free end is furnished with an angular slot with the angle equal to that of intersection of the second cross-planes.

According to fourth version: depth of middle part of first groove constitutes 0.8 Hh, to first groove perpendicular on symmetry axis additional groove is made - slot made only in middle part of head perpendicular to first one and representing semicircle with salience downwards.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for connection of metal structures and may be used for fastening and tightening of threaded fastening elements. In device for fixation and tightening of threaded fastening elements tip is arranged in the form of volumetrical body formed by crossing of two similar truncated trihedral pyramids with creation of isosceles trapezoid in the plane of their crossing. Large bases of truncated pyramids represent isosceles triangles similar to each other and located in single plane, tops of which are directed mutually to the side of bases of each other, their according heights are located on the same straight line, value of angle α at mentioned tops of isosceles triangles is in the range of angles from 1° to 45°. Smaller bases of truncated pyramids are also located in the same plane, which is parallel to plane of larger bases. Opposite side facets of truncated pyramids and plane of pyramids crossing in the form of isosceles trapezoid are located in the opposite planes. Angle β at the top of triangles of parallel side facets of truncated pyramids is connected to angle α by the following ratio β=2arctg [IB/ID·tg(α/2)], where IB is height of triangles that create opposite side facets of truncated trihedral pyramids, ID is height of isosceles triangles that form larger bases of pyramids.

Every tab has adjusting wall and wall for withdrawal, at that tabs have such configuration that at least one of adjusting wall and wall for withdrawal creates spiral segment. Specified indent additionally contains transfer surface, which connects specified adjusting wall and wall for withdrawal of adjusting tabs, surface of interference arranged as section of specified transfer surface, at that specified surface is located at the first radial distance from longitudinal axis in its upper section and at the second radial distance from specified longitudinal axis in its lower section, at that specified first radial distance is more than the second specified radial distance. Method for manufacture of fastening element consists of the following stages. Cylindrical steel ingot is formed, axial opening is drilled, wire is pulled through mentioned hole to provide for operation of electric corrosion treatment. Then specified indent is exposed to machine treatment, using specified operation of electric corrosion treatment to shape mold cavity. During specified operation of machine treatment transfer surface is made. Then level is determined in specified indent, where specified interference fit is carried out, specified depth of mentioned indent is measured from specified level, where specified interference fit is carried out. Afterwards upper part of specified ingot is exposed to machine treatment to specified set depth.

SUBSTANCE: method of fixation of screws or bolts that are installed in a row in a circle on shaft or casing includes screwdriving of screws or bolts in threaded openings. Screws or bolts are screwed in casing or shaft in line in a circle, while the joined parts are being pressed to each other. Then section of heat shrinkable plastic pipe is installed with clearance above screw or bolt heads, fully covering them, and then this section is further heated along the whole circuit with hot air until it tightly shrinks and embraces casing or shaft together with screw or bolt heads.

EFFECT: fast fixation of screwed fastening element and its reliable protection against dust ingress and corrosion.

SUBSTANCE: proposed locking device comprises fixed member attached to one of the members to be coupled on the side of coupling assembly, movable member arranged to move relative to the said fixed part, space receiving aforesaid section and push-back mechanism. Aforesaid space is arranged inside said fixed and movable members. Fixed member represents internal sleeve while movable member makes external sleeve, both being concentric. Aforesaid push-back mechanism represents a helical spring which, in case said coupling assembly gets disintegrated, releases to move aforesaid movable member relative fixed member to lock aforesaid coupling assembly section in aforesaid space.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry. Locking bolt is made of the main standard bolt. Main hole is made along the main bolt axis in its head and in its threaded body, and additional hole of smaller diameter is made in the face end of its threaded body. Main hole is equipped with metric thread whereon there screwed is expansion bolt having a hexagonal head and a body with metric thread, and face end of expansion bolt body is taper. Through radial slots are made along the threaded body of the main bolt on face end thereof along the axis. Spring washer is installed under expansion bolt head and held down to flat surface of the main bolt head. For taper end face of expansion bolt there provided is a stop against transition edge of the additional hole in threaded body of the main bolt, thus ensuring release of sector segments of the main threaded body, which are formed by its slots. Expansion bolt head flats are covered with hexagonal hole flats of washer with many flats; one side of that washer is held down to flat end surface of hexagonal head of the main bolt. Diameter size between interfacial angles of washer with many flats and diameter size between interfacial angles of hexagonal head of the main bolt are equal. Working thickness of washer with many flats is bigger than that of spring washer. A heat shrink tube or a cap is installed above the flats of the main bolt head and flats of washer with many flats and held down tightly by means of thermal shrinkage.

EFFECT: providing locking reliability.

SUBSTANCE: locking bolt for fastening in blind hole is made from main bolt with standard hexahedral head, treaded rod with main thread on external cylindrical surface, through axial hole with additional thread. Additional thread is made from butt side of main bolt threaded rod on length not longer that diametre of threaded rod of additional bolt, on which locking threaded element is installed, made in form of said additional bolt with hexahedral head, whose threaded rod is longer than threaded rod of main bolt. Between head of additional bolt and flat surface of main bolt head on threaded rod of additional bolt spring washer is installed and tightened. Sides of additional bolt head are enveloped by sides of hexahedral hole of polyhedral washer, one side of which is tightened to butt flat surface of hexahedral head of main bolt. Diametral size between interfacial angles of polyhedral washer and diametral size between interfacial angles of hexahedral head of main bolt are equal. Operational thickness of polyhedral washer is greater that spring washer thickness. Above sides of main bolt head and sides of polyhedral washer thermocontractable tube or cap is installed and rigidly tightened.

EFFECT: increasing reliability of locking.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to attaching points and attaching methods with these points. The attaching point includes bolt which has first and second ends, head (2) located at the first end and core, at least part of which has thread, nut (12) used for threaded connection with bolt core and pin for installation and aligning of the pattern. The head (2) of the bolt has plug (27, 28) for connection with corresponding plug provided at the pin for installation and aligning of the pattern. The method of attachment of assembly units includes holding of assembly units in the position in which the holes of units are conjugated accurately with the help of the mentioned attachment point, fastening of bolt and nut of the attachment point given the insertion of the bolt through the correctly conjugated holes and connection of the pin for installation and aligning of the pattern to the bolt head.

EFFECT: attachment point can be easily adjusted both for the pattern and automatic drilling machine.

SUBSTANCE: antitheft locking device includes a threaded part, a retaining part intended for installation on an object that is to be fixed, and a drive part intended for introduction into a wheel well, which allows transmitting the tightening or weakening torque to the threaded part by means of a wrench, etc. Connection of the wrench, etc. to the drive part is performed by means of matching grooves on the drive part and the wrench, etc. The drive part includes a cylindrical pin passing along the axis, and an insert in the form of a sleeve having the above grooves on the outer side. The insert is installed along the axis with the force on the cylindrical pin to take up the first position of use with possibility of taking up the second position of use, in which it is inserted deeper on the cylindrical pin; and with that, the insert is connected at rotation to the cylindrical pin by means of friction means. The cylindrical pin and the insert are made so that in the first position the friction means can arrange the transfer of the tightening or weakening moment, and in the second position the friction means cannot arrange the transfer of the tightening or weakening moment.

EFFECT: absence of possibility of unauthorised breaking of this device.
