(57) Abstract:

The inventive fibrous material for the manufacture of corrugated paper contains as magnesium bisulfite and hemicellulose from hardwood specified pulp with a yield of 69 - 72%, obtained at a pH of 5.3 to 5.8 with content SO2the 3.0 - 3.4%, and as a fibrous semi-finished product of pine wood - bisulfite pulp with a yield of 60 to 62% in the following ratio, wt.%: magnesium bisulfite pulp from hardwoods, 85 - 90, magnesium bisulfite pulp them softwoods 10 - 15. Corrugated paper, obtained from the proposed fibrous mass has a high resistance to in-plane compression at a better use of the original hardwood. table 1.

The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and can be used in the manufacture of corrugated paper.

Corrugated paper of known fibrous mass is characterised by a high rate of resistance to in-plane compression, but the cost of such paper is very high due to the large amount in the composition of expensive and scarce softwood fibrous material (up to 50%).

The closest analogue to the proposed technical solution to the technical essence is a fibrous material for the manufacture of corrugated paper [2] contains magnesium bisulfite pulp from deciduous wood and fibrous semi-finished product from coniferous wood, in the following ratio, wt.

At the same time as the magnesium bisulfite semichemical pulp from softwood species used pulp with the release of 65-68% obtained under the following conditions: TA from coniferous wood sulphate softwood pulp.

Corrugated paper of known fibrous mass contains up to 85% hardwood semichemical pulp, and has a lower cost. However, corrugated paper of known fibrous mass has a lower rate of resistance to in-plane compression.

New technical result of the proposed fibrous mass is to improve the quality corrugated paper by increasing the resistance of the planar compression at a better use of the original hardwood.

The invention consists in that the fibrous material for the manufacture of corrugated paper containing Mg-bisulfite pulp from deciduous wood and fibrous semi-finished product made from softwood timber, according to the invention as Mg-bisulfite fibrous semi-finished hardwoods on magnesium base contains bisulfite pulp with the release of 69-72% obtained at pH 5.3 to 5.8 and content just SO2of 3.0-3.4% and as a fibrous semi-finished product made from softwood timber Mg-bisulfite pulp with the release of 60-62% in the following ratio of these components, wt. The authors found that for the production of corrugated paper using 85-90% bisulfite hardwood semichemical pulp with high quality, you must use bisulfite pulp with the release of 69-72% obtained by the claimed process parameters.

It is established that due to the increase of pH during cooking and the concentration of SO2in the cooking solution improves the selectivity of delignification, stabilize carbohydrates, thereby increasing the output and quality of semichemical pulp.

As the results of tests of corrugated paper made from the proposed fibrous mass (example 1-2), the resistance value of the in-plane compression of this paper is significantly higher than that of paper made from the pulp of the prototype (example 4).

In addition, there is the possibility to produce high quality corrugated paper with a better use of the non-deficient and cheaper hardwood.

SUBSTANCE: pulp for manufacturing mainly packaging cardboard contains sulfite cellulose, wood-pulp, and secondary fiber. Sulfite cellulose is, more particularly, bisulfite cellulose having rigidity 40-50 Kappa units, tear resistance 390-450 mN, and punching resistance 580-620 mN. Such bisulfite cellulose is obtained by pulping softwood at pH of cooking liquor 2.4-2.9, SO2 concentration 5.0-5.5%, and temperature 155-157°C. Wood-pulp is the one subjected to chemical, thermal, and mechanical treatment and characterized by whiteness 60-65%.
