The invention relates to the production of concrete products and can be used in the manufacture of products with a loop slinging (lifting) elements mainly with pre-pre-tensioned reinforcement. As per the other version of the joint anchor bolt, centre of the connective part and axis of the first anchor bolt are coaxial, profile of the said connective part has a polygonal or round surface, and the second anchor bolt is arranged on the circle centered at the axis of the connective part and the first anchor bolt. As per the third version of the joint anchor bolt, connective part and the second anchor bolt are formed in the T-shaped spot, and the first anchor bolt is arranged on the butt side of the connective part. As per the assembly method of the joint anchor bolt for consecutive assembly, which is installed in place after the reinforced concrete frame gets frozen, at first, joint anchor bolt is prepared. Then cylindrical or multisided core is removed from the covering fittings band, preserving their position, when the fitting meets with the drilled hole for the anchor, whereat said core corresponds to the shape of the specified connective part and surrounds drilled hole. Thereafter holes for the second anchor bolt are drilled and joint anchor bolt is simultaneously secured.

EFFECT: reduced moment of deflection directly affecting the connective part due to the load over the said first anchor bolt.

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction of pre-stressed reinforced-concrete structures, and namely protective reinforced-concrete coverings of nuclear power stations and can be used for controlling the operation of stressed groups of ropes during operation of nuclear power station. Anchorage for fixing a group of stressed ropes contains support flange 1 installed on reinforced-concrete housing 4 of building structure and inside which there are fixtures 6 for ropes 7, and cap 10 fixed on flange 1 and intended for protection of ends 11 of ropes 7, having liquid-type pressure gage 15 mounted in upper part of wall of cap 10. Internal cavity of cap 10 is divided into upper 16 and lower 17 sections, the boundary 20 between which is located between level 21 of ends 11 of ropes 7 and flange 1. At that, lower section 17 is intended for filling ropes 7 with paraffin, and upper section 16 with ends 11 of ropes 7 serves for being filled with non-compressible liquid, for example, brake fluid.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling both breakage of rope inside pre-stressed building structure, which is characterised with rope end released from channel former to free volume space under the cap, which thus decreases volume under cap, and possibility of controlling loosened rope at sliding in collet, which is characterised by sinking the rope end in channel former and thus increasing volume space under cap.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: reinforcement rod fixation device contains a body having a throughhole for the reinforcement rod insertion and embedded parts for installation between the reinforcement rod as inserted into the throughhole and the peripheral inner surface of the body. The peripheral inner surface of the body is shaped as a funnel. Each embedded element has hitching section on its peripheral inner surface coming in a fastening contact with the reinforcement rod and a conic surface formed on at least part of its peripheral outer surface that comes in surfacial contact with the body peripheral inner surface. The hitching section contains a section with female screw thread formed on the peripheral inner surface of the embedded elements designed so that to enable screwing onto the male screw thread section formed on the outer surface of the reinforcement rod. The body contains an insert section having a basically cylindrical shape and a flange section whose outer diametre exceeds that of the insert section. The flange section on the body outer periphery has a couple of flat sections positioned parallel to each other on opposite sides of the body throughhole central axis.

EFFECT: reinforcement rod fixture device can easily be fixed in a position relatively remote from the reinforcement rod end section; it ensures enhanced strength of cohesion to the reinforcement rod.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: shear bar of a boundary lifting anchor is proposed for an assembly wall panel. It is made in the form of a bar having a central part engaged with the upper edge of the lifting anchor when installed in the wall panel, and legs inclined downwards from each end of the central part. The lower part of each leg is shaped so that it is strongly engaged with concrete, where it is embedded. Shaping is made in the form of structural elements arranged in longitudinal direction at a certain distance from each other, each having mainly serrated shape. The front edge of each structural element is turned towards the central part so that whenever shear load is applied to the shear lug, legs are attached to concrete mainly with pressing loading applied to concrete in the area between two legs.

SUBSTANCE: to protect the end of wire containing set of cables holding individually in system of the anchor securing the device contains skirt passing from face of the anchor securing system and located around the cables set, and multiple cases. The cables have appropriate end parts that project from the face of the anchor securing system, and that are individually inserted in cases, at that the cases are closed from outside of the ends. Connection between the skirt and cases closes the chamber limited by the face of the anchor securing system, skirt and cases. This chamber volume is filled by filler.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process is intended for protection of the end of rope composed of multiple parallel strands secured by tackle with front side, rear side and channels extending between said front and rear sides. Rope every strand is retained in appropriate groove of said tackle by appropriate retainer. Claimed process comprises fulfilment of protective material injection first step in, at least, several grooves of said tackle. The chamber is configured on at least one side of the tackle to have sections of multiple strands. Then, second step of injection is performed.
