A method of obtaining images on products

(57) Abstract:

Usage: when marking abrasive products resinoid bond. The inventive substrate is covered with a layer of paint with a heat-resistant pigment. Then applied to the image. Contacting the substrate with printed image with the product. Perform thermal processing of the product.

The invention relates to methods of producing images on the surface of the heat-resistant products, in particular to methods of marking abrasive products resinoid bond.

A method of obtaining images on the surface of the heat-resistant products, in particular on the surface of the porcelain [1]

The method involves the application of a colour image directly on the surface of the product and subsequent calcination products. Sections of one color (e.g. black) are applied to areas larger area of another color (e.g., gold), and the paint is chosen such that the melting temperature and solidification bottom paint below the melting temperature and solidification of the upper paint. Due to this, the firing of all colors is carried out in one process, while the lower melting the ink at a lower temperature provides polochak involves layering colorful coating on the product. In addition, the method uses specially selected colors with different temperature settings, which adds cost and complexity to the process of obtaining images.

A method of obtaining images on the surface of heat-resistant plastic, glass, porcelain, earthenware, pottery, wooden items [2]

Color image seal paint can sublimate, on the bill of material, which is then bonded to the product. The top layer of transferable material covered with a film of synthetic resin. The product is then subjected to heat treatment, the dye sublimates and penetrates into the specified film, forming an image on the surface of the product.

This method is more efficient, since the image is applied not to the product, and pre-printed on the bill of material.

However, this method is costly because of the use of special paints that can sublimate. The need for deposition of a film of synthetic resin and drying it before heat treatment of the product increases the duration of the process.

Furthermore, the method does not allow you to get a clear picture on u sublimates paint, with uneven and rough surface of abrasive articles.

A method of obtaining images on thermoplastic products, which is selected by the authors for the prototype [3]

The method consists in the fact that the substrate is applied to the image printing method such as offset, carry out the contacting of the substrate with a thermoplastic product with a subsequent heat treatment of the product, after which the substrate is combined with the surface of the product.

This method allows efficient and high-quality to produce images on the products, but it has the following disadvantage: the method does not allow you to print images on products that are in the process of heat treatment secrete substances that affect the color of the paint.

The proposed method solves the problem of increasing productivity and reducing the cost of the process and allows you to print images on products that are in the process of heat treatment secrete substances that affect the color of the paint and the substrate.

This technical result is achieved in that the method includes printing an image on a substrate by printing method, the contacting of the substrate with the printed image with the product and subsequent terminological pigment.

The use of high performance and cheap printing method of printing images on a substrate can be simplified and cheaper way of obtaining images. Using conventional low-cost ink. In addition, the printing method allows you to apply a colorful image of a thin layer (1-2 μm) in contrast, for example, from the stencil method, where the thickness of the paint layer is 10-80 μm. This reduces paint consumption and even more cheaper way. When printing method of applying colorful images of one paint layer can be applied to the previous layer of paint without pre-drying of the applied layer, which reduces the duration of the process.

As the substrate used paper or woven material.

However, in the case of applying the image printed directly on the surface of the substrate, printing ink change color during subsequent heat treatment of the product. When heat-treated abrasive tool resinoid bond ink previously deposited on a substrate, change their color due to chemical effects of phenolic compounds contained in the composition isdom (for example, a layer of silver, bronze or other colors before printing on the substrate colorful image) ensures the preservation of the colors of the image received in the course of the subsequent heat treatment of the product. The layer of paint with a heat-resistant pigment maintains the desired temperature of heat treatment and simultaneously protects deposited on the layer image from the chemical action of phenolic compounds.

Applying a layer of paint with a heat-resistant pigment making, or on the entire surface of the substrate, or on sites which are then put colorful image. While the area covered only by a layer of paint with a heat-resistant pigment, are also involved in the formation of obtained image as or decorative background or picture element. After the heat treatment of the product substrate with a deposited image is strongly associated with the surface of the abrasive product. If necessary, the surface of the substrate pre-toned in color depending on the desired decorative product design.

Was carried out by obtaining a marker image by cutting the circle on the top is offset a layer of silver paint on the areas which then formed to the desired marking image. On a wet layer of silver paint offset inflicted color marking image printing inks series 2416. Was carried out by contacting the substrate with a deposited image with bakelite mixture, prepared for forming the cutting circle, by imposing on the specified weight. Was formed by pressing the cutting circle. Received blank range with an overlay of the substrate with the image placed in MacAlister. Has been heat-treated molded product ballisodare, while the temperature was varied from 18 to 220aboutC for 29 h in accordance with the technological regulations babelization.

After the heat treatment process has been cutting a circle drawn on the surface of the marking image. The colours involved in the image formation is not changed his color, and the image is not clearly expressed. The substrate after heat treatment was firmly and securely connected to the surface of the product. When this substrate was left black and was a black decorative background for the image.

aboutC for 29 h in accordance with the technological regulations babelization.

After the heat treatment received cutting blade coated on its surface with a distinct marking image. The colours involved in the image formation, did not change its color. Silver paint was also involved in the formation of the image as an image element. The substrate after heat treatment, has acquired a Golden-brown color, which was a beautiful decorative background for the image.

The marking of the cutting circle resinoid bond for the proposed method.

On a paper substrate of 100% of sulfate, where then formed a colored marking image. Then the bronze paint (without drying) offset method was applied color marking image printing inks series 2416. The substrate was put on the top the mixture was molded by hot pressing, cutting the circle, the resulting billet was placed in MacAlister, where he carried out the heat treatment of the product. The temperature of the heat treatment was varied from 18 to 240aboutC for 29 h in accordance with the technological regulations babelization.

After the heat treatment received cutting blade coated on its surface with a distinct marking image. The colours involved in the image formation, did not change its color. The substrate after heat treatment did not change its color and was a black decorative background for the image.

Thus, the proposed method allows to obtain a clear image on the surface of abrasive products retain the original colors used paints. The product gets a nice decorative look. The method is simple and economical.

A METHOD of OBTAINING IMAGES ON PRODUCTS, mainly heat-resistant, including Nanase what men and subsequent heat treatment of the product, characterized in that before applying the image substrate is additionally coated with a layer of paint with a heat-resistant pigment.
