The invention relates to the field of coating materials, including linoleum, intended for flooring in residential and public premises.

The composition contains as the rubber on BNR carboxypropanoyl rubber stamps SKN-26-5.

In the manufacture of a composition of the input hardener 1,1-bis(-hydroxyethyl)ferrocene or its mixture with zinc oxide at a mass ratio(0,3: 1)-(1: 1) possible in the mixer solids or directly on smooth rolls.
