(57) Abstract:

Use: tractors, in particular garden tractors with open work space. The inventive tractor 1 has a safety rack 3 installed with the possibility of lowering and including a tubular element in a U-shape, whose shoulders 4 are connected to two opposite lateral sides 5 of the chassis of the tractor 1 to rotate on a transverse axis between upper and lower positions. Means for positioning and securing the safety of the rack 3 in a pre-selected position of the joint in the two shoulders 4. Quick release locking devices are intended for locking the means for positioning and securing the safety of the rack 3 and prevent its displacement from the preselected position. 2 C. p. The invention relates to tractors, in particular for the garden tractors with open work space.

Known tractor having a safety rack, which can be omitted, and includes a tubular U-shaped, whose shoulders are connected to two opposite lateral sides of the tractor for rotation on a transverse axis between upper and lower positions, and that the La preventing movement of the safety rack of the pre-chosen position.

The purpose of the invention to create a tractor, in which the safety rack can be quickly and easily raised or lowered without the use of tools, removing or installing any parts.

To this end, each tool to install the safety rack includes a rod telescopically sliding in the corresponding shoulder of the tubular element and having siteplease the end, out of the end of the arm under the action of the elastic pressure means for engagement with the first or second slot, located on the corresponding side of the tractor at the moment when the safety stand is located respectively in one or the other position. The retaining means include a screw with a working head, which is screwed into a transverse hole in each rod, through the axial groove made in the appropriate shoulder. The screw is completely screwed in position is adapted to push on the internal wall of the shoulder, which is opposite to the axial groove.

In another embodiment, each lateral side of the tractor case has a box-shaped device which is limited to the corresponding movable front panel on which the spotlight. This panel forward and an open position in which the spotlight is directed towards, in order to enable the safety rack to move between the upper (vertical) and lower provisions. To hold the movable panel in the closed position there are quick means of restraint.

Garden tractor 1 has an open workspace 2 and placed before him the safety rack 3, made with the possibility of lowering. Safety strut 3 is movable between the vertical (upper) position and a lower position where it is stretched forward horizontally outside the front of the tractor 1. Safety hour 3 consists of a tubular element in a U-shape, whose shoulders 4 are connected to two opposite lateral sides 5 of the chassis of the tractor 1. Each shoulder 4 of the safety rack 3 includes an outer tube 6 and the inner tube 7. Near the free end of each arm 4 pipes 6 and 7 are matched with the first element 11, attached to the respective lateral side 5 of the body of the tractor.

In the inner pipe 7 telescopically sliding rod 12, which at its lower end has a shank 13 with a rounded terminal part 14, on which the locking element 15, made for example of rubber. Above the shank 13 of the rod 12 has a tubular shape and two opposite axial slot 16, through which passes an axial bolt 10. In the upper part of the rod 12 is fixed a cylindrical frame 17, which has a threaded through hole 18, into which is screwed the screw 19. The screw 19 at one end has a tip 20 for engagement with the inner wall of the inner tube 7, and the opposite end passes through two axial groove 21 and 22 located respectively in the inner tube 7 and the outer tube 6. The screw 19 is attached operated working cylinder 23 that extends from the inner side of the arm 4.

On the upper part of the cylindrical frame 17 posted by helical compression spring 24 acting to its lower end as shown in the drawing, a bearing surface on the inside of the shoulder 4, which will cause the rod 12 to occupy a pre-eminent position. Rounded end portion 14 and the locking element 15 out of the shoulder 4.

When the safety strut 3 is in the upright position, end portion 14 of each rod 12 engages into the slot 25, the stopper member 15 rests on the base of the box-shaped device 11. Each rod 12 is locked in the direction of the axis relative to the corresponding shoulder 4 by screwing the respective screw 19, resulting in the tip 20 is e engagement of their trailer device 29 in the respective exciting apparatus 30.

Thus, the safety hour 3 protects the driver of the tractor 1 in case of inversion. In addition, it can be used to secure any flexible top to protect the workplace.

In order to move the safety rack 3 from a vertical position to the bottom position, you need to move the panel 27 from the closed position into the open. Then enough visibility two screws 19 through the use of head 23, to allow the rod 12 to slide relative to the shoulder 4. At this point, the rack 3 is pushed forward to release the terminal part 14 of the slots 25, freeing them from the action of the springs 24, and then stand 3 can be moved into the lower position. When the turn is completed, the terminal part 14 engage in other sockets 26, thereby securing the rack 3 in the lower position. In order to securely lock the rack 3 in this position, enough to fully tighten the two screws 19 through the respective heads 23. In order to return the safety rack 3 in a vertical position, the above-described methods are repeated in reverse order.

The tractor under item 1, characterized in that each lateral side of the chassis of the tractor is made with box item, limited appropriate front panel on which the headlight is mounted to rotate on a vertical hinge between a closed position in which the spotlight is directed forward, and an open position in which the headlight is rejected to the side to allow rotation of the safety racks from the upper to the lower position, and the panel is equipped with a quick-release latch to hold the headlights in the closed position.

3. The tractor under item 2, wherein the latch to hold the headlights in the closed position is made in the form stereovideo element protruding from the rear of the headlight, and resilient gripping element attached to the box-shaped element to engage the element.

Mechanism of relocation of shock-absorber contains at least one mechanism of relocation of first element of shock-absorber intended for limiting shift of user ahead and at least one mechanism of relocation of second element of shock-absorber intended for limiting shift of user upward along preset trajectories. Mechanism of relocation of shock-absorber or its elements from neutral position to work position prior to use of vehicle includes link first end of which is connected to stretcher secured on one of vehicle construction elements, their position with regard to frame need not be changed in process of movement, and guide along which first link element may move. Additionally it contains rod with first end hinged to one of vehicle construction elements, their position with regard to frame need not be changed in process of movement, or to construction of first guide installed on this element with second link capable of moving along it and other end of rod is intended for connection with shock-absorber. Other link end is connected with rod and it is possible to change angular position of rod with regard to link by pulling link.

EFFECT: securing of possibility of presetting shock-absorber movement trajectory at safe distance from user's head and shortening time for device deployment owing to simultaneous relocation of all elements of shock-absorber into work position.

SUBSTANCE: doser comprises boat-shaped main frame (40) and, in fact, U-like part (41) of gate regulator making a frame structure supporting operator's cab with anti-tipping (ROPS) that forms the doser carcass. Gate regulator post (41) is mounted on top part of main frame (40) and pair of RH and LG vertical supports (41a, 41b), and beam (41c) that joint the top ends of aforesaid supports. Cab (11) mounting device (41ca) and cab locking devices (41cb) are arranged on top surface of beam (41c).

Proposed system comprises accident registration pickups and automobile roof beating structure stiffener, in particular, strut extending beyond window opening lower edge. The latter is provided with inflatable stiffener filled in response to signals from appropriate pickups with gas from gas generator to be inflated. Bearing structure is equipped with said inflatable stiffener.

Said roof has appropriate lining with rear glass 16 and protection element 21 extending from inoperative state into that of protection in automobile turnover. Said element extends beyond roof lining nearby rear glass 16 with closed roof 5. Rear glass 16 is surrounded, at least on separate parts, by rigid window frame 35 to thrust against the body with closed roof 5. Folding roof lever mechanism is provided and incorporates fastening clamp 41 to support window frame 35.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to working machine cabin. Proposed cabin comprises base plate and, at least, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th struts. Bottoms of said struts are secured at said base plate while tops of said struts are interconnected by transverse element. The latter comprises said 1st crossbar and connection crossbars. The latter are jointed to outer sides of 1st and 2nd struts on one side and, on opposite side, to said 1st crossbar. Thrust stiffness rib are secured between said 1st crossbar and 1st and second structure, respectively. Whatever impact stress is distributed uniformly over the cabin entire structure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed rotary decelerating articulation assembly comprises hinge base, flexible joint articulated with said base, and one thrust element. The latter is arranged on flexible joint and base to decelerate flexible joint rotation relative to base. Machine cabin is mounted on platform via said rotary decelerating articulation assembly to prevent cab tilting by lengthwise stress.

Device for vehicle body strengthening in case of roll-over contains accumulator battery, electric magnet, lock, spring pedal, rod, guides and vehicle angular position sensor. The sensor is connected to constant current source, i.e. to accumulator. When signal of vehicle roll-over threat arrives the accumulator battery connects to electric magnet where electromagnetic field is generated which retracts lock releasing spring pedal pushing out the rod. The rod moves along guides fixed at upper part of side member pillar and upper part of body underside and thrusts by its ends on supporting assemblies containing spring locks.

System 3 and said closing element 5 displace at equal speed unless the contact with rear wheel 1. Closing element 4 and said pin 5 displace unless penetration through said rear wheel 1.

Transducer of vehicle angular position comprises two differentially interconnected coil springs. Said pendulum is connected with resistor slide that features variable resistance. Outputs of bridge circuit measuring diagonal are connected to comparator inputs. Comparator output is connected to contactor. Contactor contacts connect storage battery to gas generator pyrocartridge with air cylinder. Air cylinder comprises piston con rod with end spring-loaded retainers and stop.

Proposed tractor comprises frame 1, suspended working tools driven by hydraulic cylinder 3, means for shifting tractor center of pressure including two levers 4 secured at frame front and counterweight arranged on said levers 4. Counterweight is made up of vessel 5 with ballast 6 and arranged to reciprocate on levers 4. Reciprocation is executed by rollers 7 and counterweight hydraulic drive made up of two lateral hydraulic cylinders 8. FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: adjustment device of ballast weight position includes transmitter of tractor front axis (1) unloading. Transmitter is made in the form of an electric force-measuring pin with electronic control unit (2), into which the required sensitivity level of front axis (1) unloading transmitter is programmed. When the tractor front axis is unloaded above allowable level, transmitter supplies the signal to electronic control unit that generates a control signal and supplies it to electric hydraulic valve (10). Electric hydraulic valve is connected on one side to hydraulic cylinder (7), and on the other side via hydraulic lines (12) and (13) to pressure line of hydraulic system of tractor and drain line. Depending on the signal supplied to electric hydraulic valve (10), hydraulic cylinder (7) connected to it moves beam (4) with ballast weight (6) now in tractor movement direction, and then to initial position.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing the stability of straight-line movement, improving the controllability of hinged tractor unit, improving the uniform distribution of vertical loads on supports of the unit and improving sensitivity of the system actuation.
