The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, namely to the connecting devices of the vehicle and trailer brakes roll.

The invention is designed to simplify the design of the telescopic drawbar trailer with brake roll.

To solve this problem is proposed a new telescopic trailer hitch with brake roll, comprising a housing in which can move relative to it in the longitudinal direction is the rod, between which and the housing is located the mechanism of damping of longitudinal oscillations of the trailer, while the body is made in the form of a pipe, rod is an additional pipe, and the mechanism of damping of longitudinal oscillations of the trailer is made in the form of resilient pads attached to the upper or lower surface of the additional pipe and cooperating with the rollers mounted on the inside of the pipe transverse axes, each elastic plate is located in the inner cavity solenoozernoe strap, each of which is attached to the top or bottom surface on which glodok exceeds the height of the shelves, and elastic lining is made of rubber.

When the rolling rollers preload on elastic plates occur longitudinal dissipative forces directed in the direction opposite to the forces arising on the additional pipe tiller during acceleration or braking of the towing vehicle, resulting in damping of longitudinal oscillations of the trailer in the zone of transition modes of motion of the towing vehicle with the trailer.

In Fig. 1 shows a General view of a telescopic drawbar trailer with brake of the reel; Fig. 2 section a-a in Fig. 1.

Telescopic trailer hitch with brake roll contains the stem 1 of the drawbar housing 2, within which the axis 3 with the rollers 4 in contact with the rod 1. The housing 2 is made in the form of a tube, and the rod 1 is an additional pipe. In the inner cavity of the strips 5 is fixed to the elastic plates 6, mainly, of rubber, of interacting with rollers 4. The device operates as follows.

During acceleration of the vehicle body 2 is moved relative to the rod 1 in the direction opposite to the coupling device 7, to the stop limiter 9 in the bracket 8. During braking, on the contrary, the housing 2 together with the body of the trailer (not shown) is moved in the direction of the coupling device 7. Because of the preliminary deformation of the plates 6 rollers 4 these movements occur with some resistance, depending on the rubber hardness, the magnitude of deformation rollers and the outer diameter of the rollers. With the movements of the housing 2 relative to the shaft 1 due to the rolling of the rollers 4 preload on the plates 6 there are longitudinal dissipative forces directed in the direction opposite to the forces that occur on the stem 1 of the tiller during acceleration or braking of the towing vehicle.

Thus the present construction permits the use of a telescopic device tiller as a shock absorber longitudinal oscillations of the trailer in the zone of transition modes of motion of the vehicle.

Proposed coupler of car contains crossmember with crossmember-to-car body fasteners, longitudinal beam connected with crossmember and coupling ball installed on longitudinal beam. Crossmember is provided with bracket for connecting with longitudinal beam. Crossmember-to-body fasteners consist of two rigidly interconnected curved parts. Longitudinal beam is detachable, consisting of front and rear parts. Front part is curved and provided with bracket for mounting on car body bottom and with flange. Rear part has flange for detachable connection with flange of front of longitudinal beam. Coupling ball is installed on rear part. Crossmember bracket is designed for mounting flanges of front and rear parts of longitudinal beam and connecting the flanges with crossmember by means of detachable joint.

Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.

Round slot is made on inner vertical surface of round cavity of upper part of ball head. Said round slot is semicircle in cross section. Pair of ball-type solids of revolution is arranged in said slot when car and trailer are coupled. Solids of revolution are arranged in cylindrical channel made in diametric plane of circular projection of lower part of ball head. Said solids of revolution engage through compression springs and pushers with cylindrical generating surface of pin. Pin is arranged in vertical channels of upper and lower parts of ball head.

Lower part is made integral with drawbar bracket and incorporates circular ledge. Upper part is arranged to move in trailer gooseneck casing. Said hole interacts with spring-loaded pin of similar section furnished with handle and fitted to move in gooseneck opening.
