The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical suturing apparatus, and may find use in n the products surgical stapling instruments in surgery of the gastrointestinal tract with an overlay on the area of weld metal brackets and ligature sutures.

However, these devices have a number of imperfections: injure tissue, and the main thing with them is impossible to achieve layer-by-layer mapping of the walls of the anastomosis.

The closest to the invention is a device that allows bracket and ligature sutures to connect the walls of the colon and rectum after resection of the latter. Beginning at the proximal and distal intestine impose a purse string suture, which they fixed on the apparatus, after the final connection of the purse string sutures are cut off with excess intestinal walls.

The aim of the invention is the simultaneous conduction in tissues anastomosing bodies with the help of the apparatus, ligatures precision seam, shortening the duration of operations, the creation of optimal conditions for healing of the anastomosis, reducing the number of postoperative complications.

The device operates as follows.

In the ears of the needles 13, put ligatures, the ends of which press plate clamps 14. FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has elongated body having operation end engageable with ligature loop, lateral slit for ligature to exit and movable rod, mounted in the device body, having operation end for holding the ligature. The elongated body has special purpose design to match endosurgical port or trocar lumen. The rod is spring-loaded and has nonworking end projecting from the device body as handle. The rod operation end is hook arranged in front of the lateral slit for ligature to exit and making displacement at a distance minimum equal to distance from operation body end to end face of slit for ligature to exit, oriented towards the handle.
