The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to a device for osteosynthesis, and can be used in the treatment of through - and namyslow fractures of the humerus. The apparatus includes proximal and distal frame in the form of threaded rods, spiegelzaal with slots with installed spokes and corner clips. Spiegelzaal made of two plates of trapezoidal shape with grooves at an angle of 35° to each other under the spokes and holes in the rod and the bolt for fixing the pins in the slots of the plates, and the distal frame open at the front surface. 2 Il.

However, the known apparatus does not provide rigid fixation of the bone fragments, as through spiegelzaal is only one spoke in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the humerus. The apparatus provides for the spokes in the sagittal plane of the lower third of the shoulder through the tendon-muscular education, which often leads to post-operative complications and the occurrence of contractures of the elbow joint. The device does not allow the development of movements in the elbow joint in the immediate postoperative period, as the spokes are only p in the elbow joint.

The aim of the invention is providing a rigid fixation of the bone fragments and the possibility of early development movements in the elbow joint, as well as the reduction of postoperative complications.

SUBSTANCE: modular device for extrafocal osteosynthesis of long bone fractures contains at least two annular base supports and several repositional semirings connected by four threaded rods, parts of the standard set of Ilizarov apparatus.
