SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train contains truck-tractor 1 with hydraulic system and semitrailer 3 with turnable body equipped with cleaning device. Support device 7 is made in form of four-link mechanism with first link in form of two brackets, two other links in form of two hydraulic cylinders, housing of one of said hydraulic cylinders is rigidly connected with corresponding bracket and housing of other cylinder is hinge connected with corresponding bracket. Fourth link of support device is formed by cross member forced into ground and hinge-connected with rods of hydraulic cylinders. Brackets of support device are secured on frame under turning axle. Cleaning device 8 for body is formed by hydraulic motor and eccentric and is secured on bottom of body along longitudinal axis at distance from front wall of body equal to 1/3 of its length. Input of hydraulic motor and inputs of hydraulic cylinders of support device communicate through hydraulic distributor with outputs of trailer-train hydraulic system.

SUBSTANCE: safety device for dump-truck body has hinge-mounted support rod 1 one end of which is made for engagement with catcher 2 made in form of stops 3 installed on frame 4. Lip is installed for turning on end of support rod 1 engaging with catcher 2, lip engaging with slots of guide plate 7 rigidly secured on frame 4. Slots are made on plate 7 opposite to sections of catcher which have no stops 8, namely, first slot 9, two guide slots 10, 11 and two shaped slots 12, 13 overlapped by flexible plates. In traveling position support rod is on plate 7 and lip, inside first slot 9. To fix platform in working position, support rod is brought in engagement with stop 3 of catcher 2, and lip is arranged in shaped slot 13. When lowering platform in traveling position, lip 6, moving in shaped slot 13, shifts support rod 1.

SUBSTANCE: safety device contains hinged support rod with one end capable of interacting with catcher made as stops installed on frame. Catcher is formed by two parallel serrated plates rigidly fixed at basements with plank sliding on guides between them. Ends of sliding plank have slots: figure slots and fixing slots in front of them. Side walls of figure slots are inclined to fixing slots and are parallel to each other. Inner horizontal surface of figure slots rests on rising rollers installed so that to be able to rotate on their axles rigidly fixed on said guides. Sliding plank has rigidly secured lugs with protruding parts directed towards each other. First lug is located opposite last tooth of serrated plate and second lug - in front of first tooth at distance not less than distance to point of its contact with central roller of support rod with pitch angle equal to 0°. Front part of serrated plate has platform at level of tooth depth. Rear part of serrated plate has platform at height not less than tooth upper point. Support rod is made as channel at free end of which axle is rigidly secured in orifices with three rotating rollers installed on it, side rollers interacting with serrated plates and central - with sliding plank.

EFFECT: increase of reliability, wear resistance, and simplification of design of safety device.

Proposed dump truck body bottom has lining 1 made from separate rectangular plates 3 arranged with a gap 2 to allow said plates to thrust against bead 4 secured to the bottom on its rear edge. Plates have bores 5 with their axes oriented normally to the plane of plates. Rods 6 are secured to bottom surface to move unobstructed in aforesaid bores and with clearance 7 equal to gaps between plates. Note here that the lengths of rod extension is taken to equal the lining plate thickness after admissible friction wear on the plate top edge before plates replacement. There is a hook made from round bar and welded to the plate center to allow load lifting device to grip the plate.

EFFECT: ease of mounting dismantling of lining plates, reduced operating costs and consumption of materials.
