The invention relates to the manufacture of wire mesh used in land reclamation and road construction, in particular for twisting two adjacent wires.

A device for twisting wires, included in the installation for the manufacture of wire mesh, which includes a housing in which is located the working body, made in the form of the driven gears with circular protrusions that are included in the cover slots. The circumference of the projections in this case cannot be more than the diameter on which are troughs of the teeth. The larger the diameter of the ledge, the more contact and less wear and, thus, decreases the reliability of the device for twisting wires.

Thus, the aim of the invention is the CMV to commit a working body replaced on a round plate, which are mounted on two sides of the driven gear.

Device for twisting wires includes a housing in which are located the cover 1 and 2 with the slots to the left 3 and right 4 plates. Between the caps and plates placed working body, made in the form of a slave gear 5 with two inclined channels, which are below the diametrical axis of the toothed wheel, and the upper part through the troughs of the teeth, separated from each other by at least 1.5 step and twisting the element wire made in the form of a pin 6, which is located between the sloping channels and having the shape of a truncated cone with an angle of inclination 7-30about. Slave gear 5 is engaged with the leading toothed wheel 7 connected to the actuator. The left 3 and right 4 plate can be fastened to the follower gear wheel 5 by means of adhesive, welding, bolts, rivets, or installed on pins.

The invention allows to simplify the manufacture of gears, covers, and binding site. When the contact plates with lids occurs over a larger area, thereby prolonging their service. EFFECT: optimal fixation of slope is achieved, as well as damage danger is reduced.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for producing braided gauzes. Proposed method comprises forming first unit helices by set of blades to preset length at preset pitch and expending them by expansion mechanism in helix axes to preset pitch defined by claimed relationship. forming second unit helices by second set of blades arranged opposite the first set at opposite side of produced gauze with shift relative to first unit helices through gauze pitch to ensure preset pitch in continuous rotation of helices. Said helices slide from blades to get braided into expanded helices of the first set to make gauze fragment. Length of said helices is selected appropriately. First unit helices are released from expansion mechanism and shifted to open the zone. Second unit helices are cut in said zone to cut finished gauze fragment to be displaced for connection with the next fragment. Gauze next fragment and connection helix are made, for the latter to be braided in the last helix of the next fragment and to the first helix of previous fragment over the entire length of all helices. Cycle is reiterated unless required length of gauze is produced.

EFFECT: production of fine gauzes.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, in which indicator, the first gear wheel, detachable finger and torque sensor are installed. Rod with stop is secured to body. Detachable finger may be installed in axial orifice of the first gear wheel perpendicular to gear wheel axis of rotation. The second gear wheel mounted on shaft and reducer are linked to drive through above orifice. Torque sensor is connected to drive and mounted on shaft. The first gear wheel includes the first removable toothed section. Finger ends may be installed in slots formed in side wall of above axial orifice or may be secured in toothed section and in slot formed in side wall of above axial orifice opposite to toothed section.

EFFECT: simplified device structure, reduced time of binding or tie members installation on item, increased reliability due to provision of optimal wire tensioning force applied to item.

SUBSTANCE: method includes cable twisting from wire and its coiling onto mandrel with simultaneous kinking and stretching of wire in single operation, cutting of spring with specified length, welding of cores, thermal treatment, measurement of geometric and power parameters and application of protective coating. At that polished or patented wire is used, which is exposed to high-temperature thermomechanical treatment prior to cable twisting and winding on mandrel.

EFFECT: higher resistance of springs and reduction of its deviations in height.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used in helical compression springs manufacturing. The device contains driver for spring winding, mechanism for driver rotation, spooler having radially positioned on it reels with driving gears and spring-loaded reel with wire stock, and mechanism for spooler moving along driver. It holds hub for wire twisting into cable. The hub is mounted with possibility to move along driver. Fixed central gear is located on one axis with the spooler. Driving gears of reels are performed with possibility to rotate when being rolled around fixed central gear, and the spool is made rotatable by means of drive shaft with keyslot, gear set and actuator. The device is executed with inductor for heating wire passing through it. This inductor is located on spooler moving mechanism next to mentioned hub for wire twisting into cable.

EFFECT: technological capabilities are expanded and spring quality is improved.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for twisting bars into rope at lathes. Proposed method consists in drawing bars through decelerating assembly and guiding assembly, jointing them together, securing in fastening assembly and twisting. Note here that decelerating assembly and guiding assembly are mounted on lathe slide. Securing assembly is arranged in lathe chuck. Bars are twisted on revolving the chuck and slide feed equal to rope bar screw line pitch per one revolution of chuck. Device comprises bar decelerating assembly, guiding unit with bar drawing channels, joint assembly, bar securing and twisting assemblies. Said decelerating assembly, and guiding unit are equipped with means to mount them on lathe slide while bar securing unit allows its mounting in lathe chuck to make twisting assembly.

EFFECT: production of twisted rope at lathe with no modification of lathe.

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device contains wire accumulators, wire winding unit, spring winding mandrel, rotation mechanisms for the mandrel and the wire winding unit. The corresponding wire supply units with individual drives are located between the wire accumulators and the wire winding unit. The wire accumulators, the wire supply unit and the wire winding unit are arranged in series. The wire accumulators and one end of the wire supply unit are rigidly connected to the first support ring, and the second end of the wire supply unit and the connecting flange of the wire winding unit are rigidly connected to the second support ring. The support rings are rotatably mounted in support posts and at least one of them is provided with rotation mechanism. The wire accumulators are made with the possibility for eliminating unintentional unwinding of the wire. The wire supply unit is configured for tensioning the wire before it is fed to the wire winding unit and for controlling the amount of this tension.

EFFECT: increase serviceability of the produced multicore springs and stability of their operating parameters, control tension level of wires and thereof adjustment possibility.

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wire winding unit comprises a bushing that is rotatable about a symmetry axis provided with guides for passing wires from its accumulators and installed before a mandrel for spring winding. The guides are in the form of rods, which one end of each is rotatably disposed in an opening of a corresponding shoe, and the free ends of the rods are conjugated with a head provided with a first annular groove made in a plane perpendicular to the rod rotation axis. Each shoe is rigidly fixed on the inner surface of the bushing so that the rod rotation axis is oriented at a sharp angle to the end plane of the bushing and projected beyond it to the mandrel. There are additional guides installed in the bushing cavity and formed as additional rods. One end of each rod is rotatably mounted in the opening of the corresponding additional shoe, and its free end is provided with a head formed with a second annular groove perpendicular to the rod rotation axis.

EFFECT: increase in serviceability of the produced multi-core springs and stability of their parameters.
