Usage: applies to vehicles, namely trains, including passenger vehicle and a towed trailer. The inventive combination includes a truck-tractor and a trailer connected with the tractor by means of the traction device 2 and the flexible safety element 6. Each flexible safety element has a tip. On the carrier mounted on the bracket 7, which is spring-loaded three-finger forming a bracket U-shaped opening in which is located the tip. The invention relates to vehicles, namely trains, including passenger car truck and towed trailer.

Famous trains, consisting of a light car Hauler with a fixed trailer hitch and tow a trailer, for various purposes. Safety rules for such units provides for compulsory redundancy hitch with a trailer, for which the latter is equipped with a safety device containing, typically, a flexible element zeptopad, consisting of a passenger car Hauler, cargo trailer "SKIF" and trailer hitch 15.2707 (see the Manual "the trailer cargo SKIF model 81061").

As a prototype adopted a road train consisting of a car tagaca mounting fixed tip safety device of the trailer used mounted on the carrier bracket.

The purpose of the invention to expand the operational capabilities of the car tractor trailer trucks by providing docking it with trailers having different design tips safety chains (cables).

For this purpose, the device containing a passenger car truck and trailer associated trailer hitch and flexible safety elements with terminals mounted in the opening of brackets fixed on the power frame trailer hitch, and fixed by means of three spring fingers located inside brackets; the opening is U-shaped, and the distance from the base of the opening to the surface of the finger exceeds the dimensions of the cross section of the flexible safety element, and the tips of the flexible safety element can be made in the form of spherical bodies, and in the form of lugs with holes for fingers.

In Fig.1 shows the proposed combination, the overall view of Fig.2 node I in Fig.1; Fig.3 section a-a in Fig.2 (fixation tips on towing device), and Fig.4 attaching the safety cables with lugs in the form of a ball head, and Fig.5 connecting the safety chains from the trailer 3.

Trailer hitch 2 contains the main frame 4, designed to connect and transfer effort on the part of the trailer 3 on the truck tractor 1; ball head 5 (hitch ball) to be coupled with a locking device of the trailer 3 and the device for attaching safety chains 6 (cables) trailer 3, which is made in the form of two brackets 7 which are welded to the cross beam 8 of the power frame 4. The bracket 7 has the stand "and" that serve as a support for spring-loaded by a spring 9 of the finger 10, ending the pin 11. Rack "a" bracket 7 is formed by two openings: the first, where the spring 9, isolated casing 12, the second for fixed placement of the tip 13 of the safety chain 6 (cable), is U-shaped.

For the formation of a cavity "b", in which the cable 6 of the safety device of this type, the tip 13 which does not have holes for the passage of the locking finger 10, the latter is located in the bracket 7 so that the distance between the base of the opening and the finger 10 is a flexible piece of safety devices, but less than the external dimensions of the tip 13.

Work on drawing up of a combination is as follows.

pull your finger 10, releasing an aperture for placement of a fixed tip 13, and then, if the tip 13 is made in the form of an eye with a hole, the locking pin under the action of the spring 9 will return to its original position, the position of the tip 13 through the hole. If the trailer is equipped with a safety device with a tip without holes, for example, ball head, an open doorway to accommodate fixed tip allows smooth (when drawn finger 10) to place the cable in a fixed cavity "b", leaving the outside of the opening tip of all sizes, which, after the return of the finger 10 to the original position will remain fixed. Thus, the combination in which the vehicle tractor equipped with this device, can almost seamlessly transformed both by appointment and on a complete set of trailers per prescription, regardless of structures safety devices coupled to the latter.

Proposed coupler of car contains crossmember with crossmember-to-car body fasteners, longitudinal beam connected with crossmember and coupling ball installed on longitudinal beam. Crossmember is provided with bracket for connecting with longitudinal beam. Crossmember-to-body fasteners consist of two rigidly interconnected curved parts. Longitudinal beam is detachable, consisting of front and rear parts. Front part is curved and provided with bracket for mounting on car body bottom and with flange. Rear part has flange for detachable connection with flange of front of longitudinal beam. Coupling ball is installed on rear part. Crossmember bracket is designed for mounting flanges of front and rear parts of longitudinal beam and connecting the flanges with crossmember by means of detachable joint.

EFFECT: provision of detachable coupler meeting International Standards, easy to manufacture and install on car.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear contains ball head made up of upper and lower parts provided, respectively, with recess and boss, and coaxially arranged vertical holes accommodating connecting pin and pin position retainer. Connecting pin is rigidly coupled with upper part of ball head and is provided with thread interacting with mating thread made in vertical hole in lower part of ball head. Thread cut on side generating surface of boss in lower part of head is in meshing with threaded surface of recess in upper part of said ball head.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of upper and lower parts intercoupled by means of boss and recess made on head parts and provided with vertical coaxial holes in which cylindrical connecting pin is fitted by round slot with lock in lower part of ball head whose upper part is arranged in drawbar body. Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Connecting pin in this section is provided with projection of shape identical to said slot and at other side, semispherical cavity for lock. Cross slot is found in upper end face part of connecting pin, and drawbar body in zone of slot is provided with cylindrical hole.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball-type coupling gears and it can be used for towing light-weight single-axle trailers. Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.

EFFECT: possibility of locking of car and trailer from driver's seat.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear designed mainly for passenger cars has ball head consisting of two parts interconnected by pin with lock, lower part being made integral with bracket of draw-and-coupler gear of car and provided with boss, and the other is installed for movement in trailer drawbar body being provided with mating cavity. Boss of lower part and cavity of upper part of ball head are made in form of truncated tetraheadral pyramid and are provided with coaxial channels accommodating axially spring-loaded pin with flat for engagement with ball lock installed in vertical plane of said boss in lower part of ball head.

SUBSTANCE: proposed draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of two parts, lower and upper one interconnected by round projection and cavity and connected by pin. Round slot is made on inner vertical surface of round cavity of upper part of ball head. Said round slot is semicircle in cross section. Pair of ball-type solids of revolution is arranged in said slot when car and trailer are coupled. Solids of revolution are arranged in cylindrical channel made in diametric plane of circular projection of lower part of ball head. Said solids of revolution engage through compression springs and pushers with cylindrical generating surface of pin. Pin is arranged in vertical channels of upper and lower parts of ball head.

Lower part is made integral with drawbar bracket and incorporates circular ledge. Upper part is arranged to move in trailer gooseneck casing. Lower part circular ledge represents a rod with multi thread engaging with mating thread made on its upper part. Square hole is made on top part outer face. Said hole interacts with spring-loaded pin of similar section furnished with handle and fitted to move in gooseneck opening. Face surface of said top part of ball head has diametrically opposite semi-spherical recesses in contact with bal stops. Said stops are arranged on bal head lower part face surface.

EFFECT: higher reliability due to threaded joint made on lower and upper parts of drawbar.
