(57) Abstract:

The use of machinery in the manufacture of pressed articles having an internal cavity, such as pipes, shells, etc. to remove the pressure shell after extrusion products. The inventive device includes upper and lower caps mounted on the ends of the rod with forming elements in the form of ribs. Ribs are located along the axis of the rod. The bottom bracket is rigidly connected with the rod, and the top connected with him through the thread and made a channel for the exit of air from the cavity of the shell. Tubular product and pressing the shell with a core and mounted at their ends by plugs placed in a beaker with a lid having an aperture for feeding the working environment. Under the pressure of the working medium pressure shell loses its stability in the radial direction and is formed along the whole length in the shape of the edges of the rod. After pressure removal and dismantling of the device crumpled shell is easily removed from the cavity of the product. 2 Il.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of articles having an internal cavity, such as pipes, shells, etc. to remove presumbly from the internal cavity of the tubular product, containing a cylindrical housing and a rod attached to it forming elements mounted in the housing with a gap to accommodate tubular products and the pressure shell.

The disadvantages of this device are the need to use powerful pulling equipment, as well as the impossibility of obtaining clean the inner surface of the pipe. In addition, the device does not allow you to remove the shell from the tube of variable cross-section, and of thin-walled pipes made of fiber composite material, as in the removal process may damage the walls of the pipe.

An object of the invention is the provision of a complete removal of the diaphragm from products which have a constant or variable (stepped) cross-section along the length while maintaining the high quality of the items themselves and their inner surfaces, as well as simplifying the design of the device.

The task is solved in that known device for removing the pressure shell of the internal cavity of the tubular articles containing cylindrical body and a rod attached to it forming elements mounted in the housing with a gap to accommodate truncatula elements made in the form of ribs, located along the axis of the rod, which is fixed on the bottom cover and connected by means of a thread with the top cover is made with a channel for the exit of air from the cavity of the pressure shell, the cylindrical casing is a Cup with a lid made with a hole for the input energy source that creates pressure inside the case, and drilled and tapped to attach the top of the stub.

In Fig.1 shows a device, a General view of Fig.2 section a-a in Fig.1.

The device comprises a cylindrical housing 1 made in the form of a Cup with a lid 2 having an aperture 3 for input energy, creating pressure inside the enclosure. The case contains a rod 4 with forming elements in the form of ribs located along the axis of the rod. The rod 4 is fixed on the bottom cover 5 and is connected by threads 6 with the top cover 7. The cap 7 has a channel 8 for the escape of air from the cavity pressure shell 9, which is connected with the tubular product 10. For sealing joints pressure shell 9 and the plugs 5 and 7 are rubber rings 11 and 12. In addition, the device includes sealing rings 13, 14 and 15.

The device works as obrazov the top cover 7. The joints of the pressure shell 9 with lid closed with rubber rings 11 and 12, which, in view of the smallness of the gap can withstand high pressure. The resulting Assembly is connected with the cover 2 through the sealing ring 14 and install the cover 2 on the glass 1, and then through the hole 3 is poured into the cavity of the glass of water and create a pressure not exceeding 50 kgf/cm2.

Pressing the shell under the action of water pressure loses its stability in the radial direction and is formed along the whole length in the shape of the edges of the rod, after which the pressure remove and disassemble the device. Crumpled shell is easily removed from the internal cavity of the tubular product.

The proposed device in comparison with the known has the following advantages:

ensures complete removal of the pressure shell while maintaining the high quality of the inner surface of the product;

allows you to remove the shell from pipes with variable cross-section along the length;

simplifies the technology and reduces the complexity of the process;

does not require special sophisticated equipment.

Driving pulley and shaft of electric motor are kinematically joined by means of other shaft whose one end is mounted in shaft of electric motor and whose other end is joined by means of sliding dowel with opening of supporting axle of driving pulley. Spindle of driven pulley is joined with precession head.

SUBSTANCE: in apparatus for assembling chain stop plate is mounted in such a way that its working surface is arranged in plane normal relative to pressing in plane. Upper non-working portion of stop plate at side of ending pressing-in cycle is inclined in horizontal plane to side from rotor type conveyer. Lower non-working portion of plate in vertical plane is inclined relative to vertical line to side from rotor type conveyer. Stop part of pusher exceeds diameter of head of pin. Rigid guides are arranged in plane parallel to pressing-in plane; said guides are in the form of roller tables with pitch between rollers of roller table less than pitch of chain links. Guides embrace upper branch of conveyer from downwards and branch of chain from upwards at least along the whole length of it. Drive unit is provided in addition with back-stroke mechanism. Splitter is in the form of plate that is jointly mounted in its mean portion along lateral sides on supporting surface in horizontal plane along motion direction of conveyer for moving pins and it forms two-arm lever. One end of said lever is spring-loaded from downwards with possibility of engaging with dents of conveyer for moving pins. Other end of said lever is Г-shaped one and it may engage by free end with pins on inclined trough. Horizontal axes of articulation joints in vertical plane are provided with holding levers rigidly joined with plate and mounted with possibility of engaging with pins on inclined trough.

The rod of the hydraulic cylinder cooperates with the face of the shaft. The ties are interconnected via a plate opposite to the end of the part to be dismounted. Each of the ties is provided with the eccentric groove. The ties are set in the openings in the part to be dismounted for permitting engagement by their step defined by the eccentric groove.
