(57) Abstract:

Usage: household for mixing liquids. The inventive mixer includes a housing, a fixed drive vertical drive shaft, gear and connected with him working body, while the transmission mechanism includes fixed on the shaft horizontally positioned rod, freely mounted on the last gear mounted on the housing kinematically associated with the gear wheel, and a working body connected to the gear 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 Il.

The invention relates to the trade mechanical engineering and can be used for mixing liquid products.

Known mixers [1 and 2]. They contain the base, placed in it the drive rod, capacity, working body, placed in the vessel, and a device for connection of the working body with the rod.

The lack of existing mixers is low quality mixing, especially when mixing liquids with different specific gravity. Layers of liquid of high specific gravity are located on the bottom of the tank and not actively moved in the upper layers of the mixture. But the amount of heavier liquid, which can rise to the top h is gained is to improve the quality of mixing.

The aim is achieved in that the device for connection of the working body with the rod is made in the form of a horizontally disposable shaft fixed to the rod perpendicular to it, gear, freely installed the shaft and connected to the working body, and wheels attached to the base and kinematically associated with the gear.

In addition, the mixer is provided with an additional wheel freely mounted on a rod and kinematically associated with the gear, and additional working body mounted on the additional wheel.

With this design of the mixer working body makes a new kind of movement in the vessel: rotation around its axis and the rotation around the axis of the rod, and means around the axis of the vessel, the shaft is horizontal. This type of motion provides as lifting heavy liquid layers up from the bottom of the vessel, and the movement of fluid particles around the circumference of the vessel. This is achieved by improving the quality of mixing.

In addition, the use of additional wheel with additional working body causes extra work body moves on a circle with angular velocity twice greater than the speed of rotation of the main the and, increase the angular velocity in the upper part of the vessel and settle in a new area in relation to the place from which they were raised the first working body. This further enhances the mixing quality.

The mixer comprises a base 1, an actuator 2 with the rod 3, the container 4, the working body 5, is placed in the vessel, and a device 6 for the connection of the working body 5 with the rod 3 made in the form of a shaft 6 fixed to the rod 3 perpendicular to it, the gears 7, freely mounted on the shaft 6 and connected to the working body 5, and the wheel 8 secured on the base and kinematically associated with the gear 7. The mixer is equipped with auxiliary wheel 9, loosely mounted on a rod 3 and kinematically associated with the gear 7, and additional working body 10 mounted on the additional wheel 9. The mixer can be used for more gear 11 with additional working bodies 12.

The mixer operates as follows.

Fill the vessel 4 miscible liquids, close it with a lid and include the actuator 2. The shaft 3 of the actuator rotates the shaft 6, the gear 7, 11 obewaut wheel 8 and rotate working bodies 5, 12, moving them around the circumference of the around-ear, closed the gears 7, 11 rotate the wheel 9, which moves with angular velocity is twice as large as the shaft 6 rotates around the axis of the rod 3. This creates twice the angular velocity of the working body 10 with respect to the working bodies 5, 12. Heavy layers of liquid raised by the bodies 5, 12 in the upper part of the vessel, optionally shifted around the circumference of the vessel bodies 10 and mixed with the new portions of the liquid raised by the bodies 5, 12. This creates an intensive mixing of the liquid layers. After mixing, the liquid is removed from the vessel 4.

The proposed mixer due to the new movement of the main working body and through the use of additional working body with increased speed provides high quality and intensity of mixing.

The device has a bushing, made from plastic and mounted with possibility of rotating on the shaft of the electric motor. The propulsion magnet and the rotor magnet are joined by a bushing and are at its opposite sides.

A working vessel is fixed on the base. The body frame has a driving motor of rotating tool built in the bottom of the working vessel. The working vessel can be removed from the base and has a handle. The base has fasteners. The fasteners contact with the handle of the vessel to fix the working vessel on the base along the axis of rotation and displacement.

SUBSTANCE: device for foam preparation from liquid based on milk or out of milk contains a tank into which whipped liquid is supplied and in which there is a rotatable stirrer, rack connected with the tank and stirrer driving gear system. Stirrer driving gear system and the stirrer contain magnetic elements ensuring rotation of the mixer under influence of magnetic field in the tank. There are means of creating agitations disturbing or preventing symmetrical circulation of the liquid around the central vertical axis of the tank.

EFFECT: invention simplifies method of foam preparation owing to restricting amount of operator's actions.

Also, the device includes a locking device designed to lock the cover in the closed position, with the releasing button, which by pressing has the ability to move from resting position into the position of disconnecting to release the lock, with the result that the cover has the ability to rotate to the open position. The releasing button is located on the cover, and the cover has a locking element, and the body has a lock pin made with an ability to interact with the locking element to lock the cover in the closed position. At that, the releasing button has an unlocking site which interacts with the locking element so that in the disconnecting position it disconnects the locking element and the lock pin.

EFFECT: invention enables to provide quick and convenient control of the device of releasing the cover.

SUBSTANCE: device (1) for cooking food such as baby food contains a vessel (3) for receipt of food to be cooked, a mixing unit containing a mixing element (10) for mixing the food and a heating device designed so that to enable the food heating. The first end (4) of the vessel (3) is designed so that to enable interaction with the heating device for the food heating. The mixing element (10) is positioned at the opposite second end (5) of the vessel (3) so that during usage the vessel (3) orientation relative to the device (1) may be adapted for switching between heating and mixing operations. The first end (4) of the vessel (3) contains the first connective element (6) to ensure fluid medium communication between the inner part (3a) of the vessel (3) and the heating device so that steam generated for the food heating can be supplied into the inner part (3a) of the vessel (3). The fluid medium sump is positioned between the inner part (3a) of the vessel (3) and the first connective element (6).
