(57) Abstract:

The inventive insulating paper contains the polyaramid threads fibrid and a mixture of polyester fibers with different linear densities, respectively, 0.12 to 0.22 and 0.33 to 0.60 Tex. It can also optionally contain polyvinyl alcohol fiber. Insulating material is made of one or two layers of the above insulating paper and a layer of polyester film, which is connected via a connecting layer or layers of insulating paper. The binder contains a mixture of polyester and epoxy resin at a ratio 1 5 5 1. A binder may further comprise a curing agent, such as polyisocyanate. 2 S. and 3 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to electrical insulating paper and composite materials on the basis of the securities in combination with heat-resistant polymer films.

Well-known and widely used in electrical engineering paper-based polyaramid threads [1] and polyester fibers [2]

Closest to the proposed paper to the technical essence is insulating paper containing the polyaramid threads fibrid and the fibrous component of the polyester fiber is a rather uniform structure, and high density and smoothness of the surface of this paper limits the possibility of its use in the manufacture of electrical insulating composite materials.

Known insulating material based on electrical insulation paper is made of one or two layers of specified paper containing fibrous component of the polyester fibers, and a layer of polyester film, which is connected to a layer or layers of paper with a binder. As a binder used polyamide or polyimide resin [4] When a binder is applied on the insulating paper in two steps. First on the paper to cause the lacquer layer on the basis of polyimide, and then after drying the lacquer layer of a polyamide, then the paper again subjected to drying to calendering at a temperature of 190-210aboutC and a pressure of 6 kg/m2. The technical result of the invention is to improve the uniformity of the structure of the insulating paper, reducing the closeness and smoothness of its surface is at is achieved by in insulating paper containing the polyaramid threads fibrid and the fibrous component of the polyester fibers according to the invention, the fibrous component is made of two types of polyester fibers with different linear densities, respectively of 0.12 to 0.22 and 0.33 to 0.60 Tex in the following ratio, wt.h. In this paper may further comprise polyvinyl alcohol fiber in the amount of 6.5 to 11.0 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. polyaramid threads of hibrido.

Other technical result of the invention is to increase the adhesion strength of the insulating material, manufacturability and performance of the process of its manufacture.

This technical result is achieved in that the insulating material on the basis of electrical insulation paper is made of one or two layers of specified paper containing fibrous component of the polyester fibers, and a layer of polyester film, which is connected to a layer or layers of paper using the binder according to the invention, the paper further comprises politest, respectively of 0.12 to 0.22 and 0.33-0.6 Tex in the following ratio of components, wt.h. Polyaramid threads fibrid 100 Polyester fiber with Li - nonlinear density of 0.12 - 0.22 Tex 20-300 Polyester fiber with Li - nonlinear density of 0.33 to 0.60 Tex 8-130, and as the binder material comprises a mixture of polyester and epoxy resin at a ratio of 1:5-5:1.

In this paper may also contain polyvinyl alcohol fiber in the amount of 6.5 to 11.0 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. polyaramid threads of hibrido, binder and curing agent in the amount of 3-10 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. the binder.

The use of this mixture of polyester fibers allows to obtain a stable fibrous suspension without lumps and flakes caused by crowding and skolachivaniya fibers in the dispersion process, which further allows to obtain a uniform structure of the paper.

The specified ratio of these polyester (PE) fibers, polyaramid threads (PA) fibrid had an unexpected effect on the density of the surface during the heat treatment on the calenders in the direction of reduction (decrease in bulk density). In addition, during the heat treatment of this paper calenders on one side of the boom polymer fibers and output it to the surface of the paper (slight adhesion to the hot cylinder. This phenomenon leads to a decrease in the smoothness of the surface of one side of the paper.

The use of the material layers of paper, having low density and smoothness of the surface containing polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and using as a binder a mixture of polyester and epoxy resins, capable of reacting with the active groups of the paper, allow to increase the adhesive strength of the material, to simplify the technology and improve performance on the essential fibres and with a linear density of 0.12-0.22 Tex and 0.33 to 0.60 Tex cutting length 4-6 mm was dispersed in water at a concentration of 0.4-1.0% and mixed with a suspension of the polyaramid threads fibrid, ground up to 48-52aboutSHR and add 90-110 DG.

In the manufacture of paper with polyvinyl alcohol fiber is dispersed in water, a mixture of polyester m of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, and then mixed with a suspension of the polyaramid threads fibrid.

P R I m e R 1. Polyester fibers of different density length 4-6 mm was dispersed in water at a concentration of 0.6% and mixed with a suspension of the polyaramid threads fibrid, milled to 50aboutSHR and weighted average fiber length 96 DG (experiments 1-5), as well as suspension of polyvinyl alcohol fibers (experiments 6-11).

The resulting suspension is served on bombasine. Molded canvas paper and dried at a temperature of 70-100aboutC. Then, the paper is subjected to thermomechanical processing on the calenders at a temperature of 240aboutAnd pressure bar 96 at a speed of 20 m/min.

P R I m m e R 2. Insulating material was obtained as follows. Prepare a solution of the binder. For cericola and dissolved in formylglycine. P R I m e R 5. Insulating material was obtained analogously to example 2, the difference is that in the binder solution after complete dissolution of the polyester and epoxy resin, is injected hardener Surisan BTP-D in an amount of 5 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. the binder.

The performance of the obtained materials are given in table.2. It contains the test results of material for the prototype (example 6).

As can be seen from the data given in table.2, the proposed material has a higher adhesive strength, while maintaining electrical and mechanical properties.

In addition, in the manufacture of the material used not impregnated paper (excludes pre 2-step impregnation of paper and composite insulating material was obtained in one pass instead of two passes when the goods are received prototype) at a speed of 25 m/min (instead of 6 m/min in the manufacture of the material of the prototype). That is, the proposed increases and the performance of its manufacture.

Besides, addition of aqueous solution of binding agent is done between discharge box and meshy filter arranged in close proximity to discharge box. Also disclosed is a method of producing said composition and method for increasing dehydration rate and filtering in procedures for washing and disinfection of cellulose.

EFFECT: use of disclosed composition for dehydration significantly speeds up dehydration and improves filtration of fibrous mass when processing cellulose.
