The disadvantages of the known material of low strength and navigational cardboard because of the low discharge capacity.

Known material for the manufacture asbestosattorney paper containing asbestos fibres, cellulose-containing material, zinc oxide and latex butadiene-carboxyl-containing polymer modified resorcinolformaldehyde resin with a low degree of condensation in the amount of 1-10 wt. dry substance latex [3]

The use of known composition for the manufacture of cartons can reduce the binder content in the mass, however, not possible to obtain a material of the required strength and wet strength with high strength properties in the dry state.

Closest to the proposed one is best, cellulose, synthetic latex and the coagulant in the following ratio, wt.h. Asbestos 70-80 Kraft pulp 20-30 Synthetic latex 15-20 Coagulant 5-6 Lime in terms of Cao 4-% [4]

The disadvantages of the known compositions with a high content of binder in the mass, strict requirements to the quality of the binding is not very good technological properties and navigational because of the low discharge capacity.

The purpose of the invention robust cardboard desired rigidity with high hygienic characteristics, with low content of binder in the fibrous mass while increasing their assortment.

This objective is achieved in that the material for the manufacture of cardboard contains fibrous semi-finished product, synthetic latex and the coagulant, characterized in that it further comprises a phenol-formaldehyde resin in the following ratio, wt.h. Fibrous semi-finished product 100 Synthetic latex with - holding dry matter 30-48% 10-20 phenol-formaldehyde smo - La with the content of dry weight allocated 40% of 1.5-10 Coagulant 1,0-2,0

As the fibrous semi-finished products used in pulp and/or abelove ox is e for the manufacture of cardboard to use the following components: bleached sulfate pulp according to GOST 16762-82, pulp unbleached sulphate according to GOST 11208-82, chrysotile 4 and 5 grades according to GOST 12871-83, the best choice latex SCS-65 SE GOST 10564-75, BS-50 GOST 15080-77, a copolymer of butadiene and vinylidenechloride DWHB-790 OST 38.03204-80, on BNR latex SKN-40 on THE 38.10354-70, BSNK OK, alum alimohammadian on THE 113-07-04-89, aluminium sulphate according to GOST 12966-85, phenol-formaldehyde resin SPI-3066 beyond 6-05-2005-86.

P R I m e R 1. Spend the dissolution of cellulose and asbestos on the unit, consisting of hydromassages 2M-1M and knife grinding in mills ΜL-1. Prepared fibrous suspension pour in the stock pool. The mass is diluted with water to a concentration of 1-2 wt. The time of mixing the fibers 15-20 minutes After mixing in the mass of injected synthetic latex binder in the form of a diluted in water for 5-10% of the emulsion and a phenol-formaldehyde resin SPI-3066, and after mixing the coagulant in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration 20-3% g/L. the resulting mass produced 13 samples of cardboard and experience on the physico-mechanical parameters.

The compositions of the masses for the manufacture of cardboard shown in table. 1. Physico-mechanical properties of the resulting carton is shown in table. 2. The material for the manufacture of cardboard on prpo invention). The resulting material complies with the technical conditions TU 17 RSFSR 0300844-08-90 "Material sole pulp" (SPVs).

P R I m e R 5 (invention). The resulting material complies with the technical conditions TU 17 RSFSR 0300844-13-91 "Cardboard Shoe low thicknesses" (CPC).

P R I m e R s 7, 9 (invention). The resulting material complies with the technical conditions TU 46 16 22-51-91 "Asbout-protective coating of composite material for thermal insulation of pipelines". The above specifications are given in table. 2.

P R I m e R s 10, 11, 12, 13 of the control.

As seen from the above table. 1 and table. 2 data, cardboard, derived from the mass of the proposed structure and consisting of a fibrous semi-finished product, which is used, wt.h. pulp and/or asbestos fiber 100, a synthetic latex with a dry matter content of 30-38% 10-20, phenol-formaldehyde resin with a solids content of 40% 1,5-10, coagulant 1-2, satisfies all the requirements for such materials, and culvert capacity exceeds the performance of the prototype.

The reduction in the content of the synthetic rubber latex in the composition up to 9 wt.h. on 100 wt. including fiber or its absence and the increasing fragility of the material.

The decrease in the content of phenol-formaldehyde resin to 1 wt.h. on 100 wt. PM fiber with a stated amount of the binder in weight leads to a sharp decrease in wet strength of the resulting material (example 11). The increase in the content of phenol-formaldehyde resin to 15 wt.h. on 100 wt.h. fiber (example 12) leads to a decrease in wet strength and increased fragility of cardboard.
