SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for agitation and treatment of the grouting mortars. The installation contains the mounted on the transportation vehicle chassis tank with the bottom, the stirrers made in the form of the horizontally located hollow shafts with the transversal hollow traverse beams with the belt-type screw vanes on the butts, the servicing sites, the dispenser for located near to the rear butt wall of the tank with the swivel dampers and the fitting pipes suitable for connection to the hose pipes of the feeding pumping plants, the fitting pipes used for feeding and withdrawal of the heating agent. The tank has the sections of the liquid tempering and the tank compartment for the powdery materials, which has the slant bottom in the form of two chutes. In the chutes the helical conveyors-batchers are disposed. The helical conveyors-batchers are linked by the hinged transmissions to the distributing reduction gear. The invention ensures the improved quality of the grouting mortar.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, namely to designs of truck mixer drives. Drive for mixing drum comprises at least one elastic element installed between support and drive and compensating for relative motions between drum and frame of truck, besides facilities are provided for limitation of drive motion.
EFFECT: invention provides for possibility of relative displacements between mixing drum and truck frame.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction engineering, namely to mixing machine designs provided with mixing drum and intended for construction materials. Mixing machine contains mixing drum and rotary drum driver. The said drum rests upon a support with one of its ends. It is installed so that it can rotate through mixer driver on mixer frame element. The mixer drive is equipped with hydraulic motor and connected with mixing drum by means of movable supports allowing for inclined throw. Mixing drum is fixed to drive gear housing.
EFFECT: invention allows for compensating slanting of frame element mixer carrying drive with regard to drum.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compensator of skewing and to drive of mixing drum. The compensator consists of first element (5) and second element (12), one of which is made connectable or as a solid with a support pole. Flexible element (11, 15) compensating skewing and transferring weight of the mixing drum to the support pole is installed between the elements. First element (5) has pin (6) with external surface (7); radially projecting surface (13) adjoins each end of external surface (7) and forms a cavity between all these surfaces. Second element (12) has hollow component (8) with internal surface (10) enveloping pin (6) and with external surface (9). Radially directed surfaces (14), limiting or forming a bridge between them, are adjacent to external surface (9). The bridge is located between surfaces of the first element and divides the cavity limited with the said surfaces. Flexible elements (15) preliminary compressed with surfaces (13, 14) are arranged between surfaces (13) of the first element (5) and surfaces (14) of the second element (12). The drive of the mixing drum with the compensator includes first element (5) made integral with the case of the drive. In the case there are installed a planetary gear, crown gear of which corresponds to a driven link and a rolling bearing to transfer forces from the mixing drum to the case.

Hydraulic pump of the latter is actuated by diesel engine of truck mixer, or by separate engine. Control lever 16 comprises control knob 38 to adjust liner acceleration and braking of mixing drum depending upon load.

Arm with receiving section of concrete-delivery pipeline is equipped with mechanism of circular turn that is arranged in the form of geared couple with drive from hydraulic motor that is fixed in platform. At that arm of receiving section of concrete-delivery pipeline is made as three-hinged, and arm of end section - as two-hinged.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transportation of thick masses by means of pipelines. Injection pipeline for transportation of thick masses, in particular liquid concrete for construction of a structure, is equipped with several pipes detachably split with each other in points of butt joints, serially arranged in longitudinal direction of pipeline. It comprises also electronic control unit to receive and process signals from transducers and control board, set up and memorise system of coordinates and generate signals for operator and/or those to control machine drives, and display. Display serves to show data coming from electronic unit and/or control board. Electronic control unit decomposes instructions from control board into control signals for boom and/or its sections, and/or machine rotary platform so that control element displacement along one main direction corresponds to boom travel along one axis of set coordinate system. In compliance with 1st version, display, electronic control unit and/or control board can display coordinate system on display furnished with sensor screen, while electronic control unit and display can set up coordinate system using signals generated by sensor screen by operator actions. In compliance with 2nd version, proposed device additionally comprises gripper vertical position transducer, while electronic control unit receives and processes signals from said transducer, and generates gripper actuator control signals.
