The invention relates to magnetic therapy and is industrially applicable in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the spine, diseases of bones and joints, bone fractures, polyneuritis, neuritis of different origin, gynecological diseases of an inflammatory nature, hypertension, coronary heart disease, gastric ulcer, pneumonia with a prolonged course, bronchial asthma, mastitis, renal stone disease, poorly healing wounds, trophic ulcers, childhood scoliosis caused by the radiation and children with cerebral palsy. The purpose of the invention is the provision of possible effects on a living organism with an alternating magnetic field with a large amplitude. On a living organism is affected by laser radiation and/or alternating magnetic field. An alternating magnetic field is generated by movement of at least one magnetized element of the hard magnetic material. In particular, the elements are made of permanent rare-earth magnets and move them in parallel or perpendicular to the surface of a living organism, changing according to a given speed of movement.
