Usage: in biology and medicine for microinjection of biologically active substances in various nuclei of the mammalian brain. The inventive micropipette filled with an opaque liquid and projected by using the light source, a slit at the photodetector with amplifier, comparator, which is connected to the reference volume and timer-quantizer input and the winding of the electromagnet with the shim, spring and rod exit, rod pinched flexible hose from the exhaust valve and cylinder. 1 Il.

The invention relates to biology and medicine, and is intended for microinjection of biologically active substances in various nuclei of the mammalian brain.

Known distribution mechanism for an infusion device containing the syringe, the piston of which moves linearly with the electric motor, the managed computing device.

Known infusion pump containing unit feed control system with waiting for the multivibrator and the switch.

However, the known device does not allow to automate microinjection of liquid substances.

Closest to the from the, icause site and needles, creating pressure through the gas supply.

However, this capillary device does not allow fully automated microinjection in space and time.

The aim of the invention is the automation of microinjection of biologically active substances in the nucleus of the mammalian brain.

For this microinjector containing capillary hole on the transfer case end, the supply node and needles, creating pressure by gas, micropipette partially filled with an opaque liquid and projected by using the light source, a slit at the photodetector with amplifier, comparator, which is connected to the reference volume and timer-quantizer output and the coil of the electromagnet with the shim, spring and rod exit, the rod presses the flexible hose to the exhaust valve and the cylinder.

The drawing shows the proposed microinjector.

Microinjector contains micropipette 1 with a capillary hole 2 on injectionem the end, which is filled with a biologically active material 3 and an opaque liquid 4. The end of the micropipette 1 is connected a flexible hose 5 to the exhaust valve 6 and the cylinder 7 of excess pressure. Mick is the amplifier 11. The latter is connected to the device 12 comparison unit 13 volume injectisome biologically active substances 3 and timer-quantizer 14. The device 12 comparison is connected to the windings 15 of the electromagnet (pressure regulator) located in the housing 16 with the shim 17, a spring 18 and the rod 19.

Microinjector works as follows.

Beginning in micropipette 1 suck (capillary forces) biologically active substance 3 (liquid solution). Then with the open end (right) serves a small amount of opaque (non-active substance) liquid 4 so that its boundary is reached before the slit 8 with the photosensor 10. Using zero amplifier 11 or mechanically by moving the slit 8 with the photosensor 10 and the light source 9 (simultaneously) set conditional "0". This zero signal is sent to the device 12 comparisons. Next, the knob 13 volume set the required volume for future injections in the brain structure of biologically active substances 3 (for example, 2 μl). With the timer-quantizer 14 is set to the time of injection of these substances from the origin. After this time, the timer-quantizer 14 is set to an enable signal, kotone sends a signal to the control winding 15, which create a magnetic field, pulling the rod 19, and before that under the action of the spring 18 peresonally flexible hose 5. The cylinder 7 is supplied under pressure compressed gas moves the opaque liquid 4 along the capillary 1 to the left, there is some signal to the photosensor 10 and the amplifier 11, which is compared with the previously specified signal from the generator 13 volume. If these signals are compared, the comparator is triggered, the signal control winding 15 and the rod 19 pinched flexible hose 5. Stop flow of excess pressure on the non-transparent liquid 4 and the biologically active substance does not enter the nucleus of the brain through the capillary hole 2.

Thus automatically using the knob 13 of volume and timer-quantizer 14 all device provides strictly dosed microinjection of biologically active substances through predetermined fixed intervals.

FIELD: medicine, in particular, stomatology, applicable for local injection dental anesthesia.

SUBSTANCE: the dental ampule injector has a cylindrical casing with an anesthetic solution, with a needle sealed in its front end face. From behind the casing is closed with an elastic piston cup with a cylindrical duct in the centre terminating in a cavity having the shape of a truncated cone. The piston cup is hinge-joined to a replaceable handle beginning with a pusher in the form of a cylinder with a spherically thickened tip. The length and the diameter of the cylindrical section of the replaceable handle corresponds to the length and the diameter of the duct with a truncated cone-shaped cavity of the piston cup. The replaceable handle terminates in a stop for the fingers, it has 4 guide blades forming a flat stage resting upon the piston cup. For infiltration injections the capacity of the ampule injector makes up 1.2 ml, the needle caliber is 0.3 mm, its length is 21 mm, and for conductive injections the capacity make up 2.5 ml, needle caliber is 0.4 mm, its length is 32 mm.

EFFECT: produced compact, simple in assembly and safe in terms of infection injector.

These are placed in same body, which is provided with hermetic cover with inlet channel branch pipe, in operation mode covered by vacuum plug. Lower portion of body with hollow for filling with dosing liquid is provided with branch pipe of outlet channel. In upper portion of body, separated from its lower portion by not-moveable hermetic wall with through channel, a hollow is placed for filling with electrolyte. Wall is made in form of fixed plunger, hermetically fixed in body with pass channel pipe displaced from wall center. If generator and dosage device are placed in different bodies, as dosage device body a standard capacity for medicines, meant for dosage, is used.

Device for moving liquid between the reservoirs is mounted in piston cylinder lumen. The device has separating piston and compression unit arranged in series. The unit designed as casing or carcass is mounted in projection of its external cylindrical part along the perimeter. Hollow internal lumen of has exit to piston projection inward from its external perimeter. The separating piston makes two connections with the piston cylinder and compression unit at the same time. The separating piston is movable into compression unit lumen with compression or change in shape taking place at the same time. The compression unit allows to make communication between reservoirs.

Device has piezoelectric cell as plate manufactured from monolith piezoelectric material having a lot of through openings, electrodes deposited over the material and means for preventing medicament from following off through nozzle under condition of lacking electric voltage. Internal surface of the openings is formed by piezoelectric material. One of piezoelectric cell electrodes is deposited over the surface. Another embodiment of the device has both electrodes deposited over the external lateral surfaces of piezoelectric material plate.

SUBSTANCE: device is designed as disk having cylindrical casing, cover and filtering member placed between them, all provided with inlet and outlet canals and connected to each other in waterproof way. The casing, cover and filtering member are joined to each other with mechanical connection. To do it, acute-angled projection is produced on external surface. The internal surface has cylindrical shape transiting into flat ring-shaped sealing plate on casing bottom. Cavity is available in cover arranged along its perimeter formed by two coaxial cylinders of unequal diameter, ring-shaped projection being available on greater diameter cylinder surface and cylinder of lesser diameter smoothly transforms into flat ring-shaped sealing plate on casing bottom. The acute-angled projection thrusts against the ring-shaped projection of the greater cylinder in cover plane. External and internal casing cylindrical surface are coupled with the cylinders forming cover cavities. The filtering member is jammed between ring-shaped sealing plates of the casing and cover having ring-shaped projection and grooves. Filter design eliminates harmful factors from production process.

EFFECT: excluded expensive polymer materials and equipment; low electric power consumption; simplified assemblage process.

SUBSTANCE: deice has plate disposed between external door and pump mechanism. Plate is disposed in such a way that when pushing external door of pump into closed position it moves the plate for disposition of tube for fluid flow in closing contact with pump mechanism, before the plate makes contact with flow lock, which is made together with tube, and releases lock of flow to provide fluid flow going and to exclude the state of free flowing. Door also has release lever with hook, which engages with lock of flow when door is at closed position. When door opens, the hook moves floe lock into closed position before the plate shifts from tube to prevent the condition o free flow. Plate has part for releasing flow lock, which part is shifted from the rest part of plate and which makes contact with release lug at flow lock to provide motion of flow lock to position of fluid flowing. Plate is mounted onto case by means of floating hinge and basic pins disposed onto edge surface of pump mechanism for precise positioning of plate relatively pump mechanism which results to precise positioning of tube for fluid.

EFFECT: reliable overlap of tube for intravenous injections.
