(57) Abstract:

Usage: the invention relates to the field of determining the state of the running path of the vehicle, namely the mobile measuring apparatus for determining the position of the path in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profiles, mainly track slips. The inventive device has joined a connection with the traction means at least one cart based on a couple of wheels, frame, bearing measuring apparatus for fixing the spatial position of the points of the reference surface of the path, the elastic elements to tighten the wheels to guide the way. The frame is made of telescopically interconnected vzaimopodchinennym parts, each of which is pivoted one end of a pair of symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the truck articulated rods, the other ends of rods arranged on each side of the truck, articulated interconnected and mounted with a possibility of rotation around the vertical axis of the corresponding wheel hinge. This connection is made in the form of a spherical hinge. 4 C.p. f-crystals, 5 Il.

The invention relates to the field of determining the road condition on the s path in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profiles, mainly track slips.

From the prior art in this field is known device for measuring the roughness of the path connected to the traction means at least one cart based on a couple of wheels, frame, bearing measuring apparatus for fixing the spatial position of the points of the reference surface of the path, the elastic elements to tighten the wheels to guide the way.

In the known device does not provide any adjust to any misalignment of each wheel relative to the corresponding guide path that leads to errors of measurement results when tracking truck deviations of the trajectory path horizontally and vertically.

The technical result for which the direction of the present invention is to reduce errors of measurement results by ensuring that the self of each wheel relative to the corresponding guide path, and accurate tracking truck spatial variance of the trajectory path.

To achieve the technical result in the known device for determining the position of the path in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profile the frame, bearing measuring apparatus for fixing the spatial position of the points of the reference surface of the path, the elastic elements to tighten the wheels to guide the way, the frame is made of telescopically interconnected vzaimopoleznyh parts, each of which is pivoted one end of a pair of symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the truck articulated rods, the other ends of the rods, located on each side of the truck, articulated interconnected and mounted with a possibility of rotation around the vertical axis of the corresponding wheel, and the said connection is made spherical.

In addition, in particular, articulated thrust of at least one pair made telescopic with vzaimopodchinennym parts.

To smooth fit in curved track sections, as well as providing movement and uneven guiding path, the device is made with three trucks of the same design, two adjacent of which are oriented in one direction and connected to the specified spherical connection, and the third in the opposite direction and is connected with the average articulated truck with the possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis.

To ensure accurate mouth the possibility of rotation around a transverse horizontal axis and around the axis, lying in the plane perpendicular to the specified axis, and fixing from rotation around these axes on the transmitter that is installed on the container.

In Fig. 1 shows a kinematic diagram of the device for determining the position of the path in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profiles of Fig.2 swivel device consisting of two trucks, and Fig.3 installation diagram of a container apparatus of Fig.4 example of use of the device for determining the position of the path of the slip with Kosyakova truck; Fig.5 scheme of work safety roller device in the case of retirement of one of the wheels with the rails.

Device for determining the position of the path in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profiles contains at least one truck 1, is connected by a link in the form of a spherical hinge with 2 traction vehicle 3 (Fig.4).

The cart is formed by a frame 4, relying on a pair of wheels 5 and bearing measuring equipment (conventionally not shown) for fixing the spatial position of the points of the reference surface of the path.

The frame 4 is made of telescopically interconnected housing parts 6 and rod 7 are mutually pressed by the spring 8. On the parts of the frame the shaft 7 and the housing 6 is fixed by means of hinges, the positioning on each side of the truck 1, are interconnected by a hinge 12 and mounted with a possibility of rotation around the vertical axis of the corresponding wheel 5. Swivel pull at least one pair 11 can be performed with telescopic vzaimopodchinennym parts 13 and 14.

The device can be configured with three trucks 1, 15 and 16 are of the same design, two adjacent 1 and 15 are oriented in the same direction and are connected by a spherical joint 2, and the third 16 in the opposite direction and is connected with the average truck 15 by a hinge 17 which provides a rotation around the longitudinal axis.

Instrumentation placed in the container 18, mounted on the frame 4 by means of a support plate 19 and the hinge 20, enabling rotation of the container around a transverse horizontal axis, and the hinge 21, which provides a rotation around an axis 22, which lies in the plane perpendicular to the specified horizontal axis. The container 18 is fixed from rotation around these axes in the sensor 23 installed on the container 18, clamps (not shown).

The device also includes auxiliary rollers 24 mounted on axles 25, the ends of which are rigidly attached to one of Casa positioning in the plan, transverse and longitudinal profiles of the inclined part of the track of the slip device mounted on a rail so that the flanges of all of the wheels 5 securely pinned hinge rods 10 and 11 to the inner surfaces of the rails. Then the container 18 with the measuring apparatus set using the sensor 23 relevant mechanisms (conventionally not shown) so that its longitudinal and transverse geometrical axis located in a horizontal plane. Turn the container 18 around its longitudinal axis and in the plane of symmetry of the truck 1 determine the true configuration of the surface of the original plane of the track in space. This position of the container 18 in the space taken for the original "zero".

When the device movement reject the provisions of the surfaces following sections of rail track relative to the origin (zero) of the three-dimensional coordinate system space capture devices, such as hygroscopic. The hinges 2, 17 and 12, and thrust 10 and 11 provide in the process of moving an exact copy devices of the container 18 all spatial changes of the position of the track.

In the case of retirement, at least one of the wheels 5 of the trolley 1 is a pair of hinge rods 10 and 11 and the wheel 5 is the backup roller 24 (Fig.5).

In addition, the proposed device can be used to determine deviations other surfaces from the set of coordinates (e.g., oil and gas pipeline terrestrial and mobile-based, take-off and landing strip of high-speed machines, complex plots and roads etc).

The device under item 1, characterized in that the measuring apparatus is placed in a container mounted on the frame to rotate around a transverse horizontal axis and around an axis lying in the plane perpendicular to the specified horizontal axis, and fixing from rotation around these axes in the sensor installed on the container.

5. The device under item 1, characterized in that on one of the frame mounted safety broadened rollers, anchor points which are located above the reference points of the wheels.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with mechanism for motion of block-sections along building berth; this mechanism is provided with building berth trolley with cable winch mechanism for motion along rail track of building berth and mechanism for motion of block-sections from slipway to building berth. SUBSTANCE: ship launching device incorporates a shipway with a horizontal and inclined parts accommodating tracks supporting translating dock and slipway trolleys and towing winches. The rail foundation is arranged on the line of intersection of the shipway horizontal and inclined parts, extending beyond the horizontal part and representing a balance member mounted to come from the horizontal into inclined position corresponding to that of the shipway inclination angle and vice versa, thanks to the rotating joint fitted in the vertical plane crossing the line of intersection of the shipway horizontal and inclined parts. For the balance member to be fixed in horizontal position, it is furnished with stops arranged along the aforesaid line of intersection between the shipway horizontal and inclined parts.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of portal cranes with a set of elevators. To control the lift system, load distribution is determined by two holders (12, 16), lift units (20a-20f) and load connectors (34) are grouped so as for the center of gravity to fall on one group, located between the two groups, within the groups, forming a design load for each group, increasing the design load stepwise up to the design load. They check the lift system for safety, tension, movement and speed of each cable, the load imbalance. The lift system includes a number of independent units of lift drums (20a-20f) located on the two spaced holders (12, 16), load beams, cargo (L) and a cargo connector (34). The cargo connector (34) is linked to the lift drum (20a-20f) with a cable (28). The cargo synchronises the lift drums (20a-20f). Installation of marine and coastal structures is carried out.

SUBSTANCE: ship-raising construction includes a ship-carrying trolley, precast reinforced concrete slabs, a ship-carrying track with inclined and horizontal platforms and is equipped with a metal rack for placement and movement of precast reinforced concrete slabs along it in process of construction erection. The metal rack is made in the form of a metal frame including bearing metal beams with rigidly fixed retaining planks, which form an inclined guiding upper belt /IGUB/ with higher and lower sides, at the same time the higher side of IGUB is installed closely to the coastal ledge, and the lower side is installed with a support to the underwater coastal slope, at its end there is a support of the end block rigidly fixed with the end wall. L-shaped brackets are fixed to the lower side of each precast reinforced concrete slab. In the middle part of each reinforced concrete slab there is a hole for supply of concrete mix. For transverse lifting and lowering into water before or after start of ship dock along perimeter of territory, which is derived and there is a vessel, and with several sides dock set dense watertight enclosure forming a closed territory. Inside dock water is pumped to level above open dock side. Water is lowered and ship is lowered at keel blocks. Ship is lowered by raising water level in dock and adjacent territory together with ship to ship surfacing. Vessel is discharged on territory dock and water is lowered to initial level.

EFFECT: reduced labour input during lifting and lowering of ship into water.

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for lifting a vessel to the horizontal slipway-deck, where the vessel is directed to the salvage equipment with the ship-carrying equipment mounted thereon, then the ship-carrying equipment moves the vessel to the horizontal slipway-deck, wherein the pneumatic roller-bags are used as a ship-carrying equipment, and a barge of the required size is used as a salvage equipment, which is moored to the pier by its nose before directing the vessel to the salvage equipment, and the stern is drowned till the barge stern is on the ground, the barge is ballasted on an even keel after directing the vessel to the salvage equipment, and then the barge, with the ship-carrying equipment mounted thereon, on which the vessel is located, is transported to the pier of the horizontal slipway-deck.

EFFECT: method for lifting a vessel simplifies the vessel lifting to the horizontal slipway-deck, because it does not require construction of an additional salvage device with rail oblique ways including surface and underwater areas.

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of grading of existing bed of railway in which cables and/or pipes are laid beyond the limits of rails, and to laser measuring device to read bed profile. According to proposed method, operator removes material of bed by sucking through definite steps along bed to form pits or cross trenches at each side of track, and using laser camera, checks profile near pit and position of buried cables or pipes and stores obtained information. Then, using information kept in memory, operator controls device for mechanical digging of material from both sides of track without risk of damage to buried cables or pipes and profile of graded bed. Laser measuring device is mounted on railway motor car with cross guide beam 12 and carriage with laser camera which can be moved along guide beam. Laser camera is pointed with its lens downwards to read distance from ground, being connected with computer to record position of bogie on rails and distance from camera to ground.

EFFECT: provision of safe, quick and cheap method of railway bed grading with use of laser measuring device.

FIELD: building, road works.

SUBSTANCE: the invention refers to area of a railway transportation and is intended for the supervisory control of a rail way. The method of supervisory control of a railway position consists in installation of device on a rail rut, measurement of the passed way, excess of rails, rail gage, registration of the obtained data and addition of values with distance between measuring elements. Installation of wheel pairs on a device frame on the one hand, is performed rigidly, and on the other hand, with possibility of swinging against a cross-section axis. A gauge is measured by installation of measuring elements on lateral surfaces of rails for measurement of distance to an inside face of rails against the frame. Measuring elements are fixed in whatever position. The wheel pairs are used in a control unit of position of a railway, one of which mounted rigidly on a device frame, and the other so that to swing against the cross-section axis fixed on a device frame. The lock elements and the additional detecting device of linear movement are included into the detecting device of measurement of a gauge. Detecting devices of measurement of a gauge are located on a frame from the interior of each rail and supplied with spring-actuated measuring elements capable of being fixed with the lock elements connected with detecting devices of measurement of a gauge.

EFFECT: increase in measurement accuracy, higher operation amenity, expansion of the cart functionality.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to repair or reconstruct using a digital track model, consisting in monitoring and diagnostics of actual condition of a repaired railway section by means of monitoring and measurement of position of objects in its infrastructure and their geometric dimensions done simultaneously with the help of software and hardware installed on a single mobile facility and synchronised by track coordinate and geographical coordinate. Measurement data is processed on the basis of space 3D coordinate representation of position and geometric parameters of railway section infrastructure objects. Produced data is compared with data of rated space 3D coordinate representation of position and geometric parameters of the same objects of infrastructure that are represented in the digital track model. Results of comparison with existing values of allowances and limitations to position of infrastructure objects and their geometry are analysed. Comparison results are provided to put infrastructure objects into a position close to the rated one.

EFFECT: improved quality, accuracy and efficiency of railway infrastructure repair management.

SUBSTANCE: method for maintenance of railway infrastructure using a digital railway model involves monitoring and diagnosing the condition of a railway section by monitoring and measuring the position of objects of its infrastructure and their geometric dimensions at different times using means of monitoring railway, overhead system, signalling, neutralising and blocking, synchronised on the linear coordinate of the railway and the geographical coordinate. Measurement data are processed based on a spatial three-dimensional coordinate presentation of the position and geometrical parameters of objects of the infrastructure. The obtained data are compared with data of the design spatial three-dimensional coordinate presentation of the position and geometrical parameters of the same objects of infrastructure presented in the digital model of the railway. Comparison results analysed with existing tolerance values and limitations to the position of objects and their geometry and comparison results are provided in order to bring the objects of the infrastructure to a position close to the design position, through communication channels in the railway operation service.

EFFECT: high reliability of using railway infrastructure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and telemechanics on railway transport.
