(57) Abstract:

Purpose: a composition for tubular handles designed for use on paper, vellum, domestic and foreign, synthetic materials, wood. The inventive composition contains, % carbon black (24,4% aqueous paste) of 18.5 to 23.5; acrylate binder 1.5 to 2.5; a mixture of glycerol with urea at a mass ratio of 2 : 1 0,75 - 0,90; surface-active substance 0,025 - 0,030; drug AF 9 - 10 or AF 9 - 12 isopropyl alcohol 0,3 - 0,6; polyhexamethyleneguanidine 0,005 - 0,010; water - the rest. The invention, formed the specified composition, has a high optical density, allowing reproducing drawings, adhesion to specific substrates, stability in the cylinder tubular handle and quick fastening on the surface after exiting the capillary. Composition for tubular handles allows economically sinteticheskie film due to their use with two sides: Matt and glossy. The proposed composition expands the range of perspective drawing materials. table 2.

The invention relates to graphical tools designed for sketching, drawing inscriptions and drawings on cellulose and sensorimotor in water 3% [1] This composition flows well with tubular handles (rapidograph) and dries quickly on the substrate, however, in its application it is necessary to use special non-corroding cast tubular handle, resistant to organic solvents. Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a composition that includes soot, polyacrylate, water, dimethylsulfoxide [3] However, this composition is not suitable for use on synthetic materials, does not generate intense saturated image has not enough to copy optical density.

The purpose of the invention increases the handles on cellulosic and synthetic materials.

This objective is achieved in that the composition for tubular handles includes carbon black, acrylic binder, an organic solvent and water, wherein the organic solvent it contains isopropyl alcohol, and optionally a mixture of glycerol with urea at a mass ratio of 2:1 as moderator evaporation, the product Neonol AF 9-10 or AF 9-12 ethoxylated monoalkylphenols-based propylene trimer, where the alkyl of isononyl, and polyhexamethyleneguanidine in the following ratio, wt.

EFFECT: polymer composition and products therefrom quasi-stably contain a large amount of substance which is incompatible with a polymer matrix, therefore suitable for obtaining moulded articles and other products having various properties.
