(57) Abstract:

The product consists of a container for storing one, and preferably several precious stones. The shell of the container consists of a body and a protective card or plate rigidly fastened together so that the precious stone cannot be removed from the container without destroying the latter. A security card or record contains visible protective elements, the information to indicate the product and the electronic chip, which makes it virtually impossible to falsify protective card or plate. The body is made of transparent or transmissive daylight. The product is therefore suitable for use as a security is a tradable financial object. 15 C.p. f-crystals, 15 ill.

The product is designed to serve as a security is a tradable financial object (Fig.1-3), consists of a container 1, which is impossible to open without destroying. The container 1 outwardly in the General case has the form of a parallelepiped or a flat plate with a rectangular contour.

Case 2, shown in Fig.8, has an outer surface 2A opposite the protective card or plate 3 and the inner surface 2b adjacent to the protective card or plate 3. The casing is provided with a cavity 2C, forming the inner space of the container 1. The cavity 2C oblong and in the General case, except for the rounded corners, has the shape of a parallelepiped, directed along the two long edges and parallel to them. The cavity 2C besides being positioned closer to one edge of the housing 2. The length of the cavity 2C is at least three quarters of the length of the housing 2, while the width of the cavity 2C is less than half or even one third of the width of the housing. The cavity 2C has an aperture lying on the surface 2b, and limited by, protelos 2 contains the 2d cavity with a circular contour, having a small depth compared to the thickness of the body and located in the Central part of the body between the cavity 2C and the edge of the housing, more remote from the cavity 2C. The rib 2E is located on the perimeter of the housing and extends continuously along the entire perimeter and thus along the four edges. The rib 2E surrounds the greater part of the surface 2b, in particular the opening of the cavity 2C. Rib 2f has the shape of a circle and is in the projection perpendicular to the plane defined by the container 1 and the housing 2 under the 2d cavity. The 2g edge parallel to the long edges of the hull and is approximately in the middle between the long edges and parts of the ribs 2E, following along these two edges. The base of the cavity 2C is a groove, forming a line 2h weakening. The latter extends along one of the long edges of the cavity, namely along the edge that is closer to the center of the surfaces 2A and 2b.

The housing 2 consists of acoustic parts made of synthetic material, for example from Polt (PMMA). The body except for the areas where the surface provided with a relief or print, translucent and preferably transparent and bright in daylight. Each liner 5 has a groove 5A, consisting of holes with a solid bottom, an aperture which reaches the surface of the liner adjacent to the base of the cavity 2C of the housing 2. Each groove 5A consists of a deep portion 5b and the surface portion 5C. The deepest part 5b has a conical shape, and a surface portion 5C has a cylindrical shape and shorter than the deep portion 5b.

The holder 4 is precious is Nellore. The holder 4 gems and the liner 5 is opaque and, for example, blue.

The product contains several, namely ten precious stones 6. As part of the housing that forms the base of the cavity 2C, as other parts of the body that have no relief, no printed characters, transparent and bright, precious stones 6 contained in the container 1, and in particular their crowns are clearly visible from the outside of the container 1 through the said body section and opaque blue background, educated to keep bedstuy with the housing 2 and, therefore, is directed into the container, labeled 3A, shown in a flat image in Fig.4. The main part of the protective card or plate 3 consists of at least two mutually nasloenij films from a synthetic material, more specifically from a semi-solid or solid thermoplastic material such as polyvinyl chloride. A security card or record 3 contains, besides the above mentioned main part of another processing unit, used for storage and processing of numerical data consisting of an electronic circuit, the electronic circuit 7. An electronic circuit connected to the layering and/or using adhesives with the rest of the protective cards or plates 3 and contains side, opposite the housing 2, electrical contacts 7a to implement accessible from the outside of the container connections. The case 2 and the protective card or plate 3 bonded together by ultrasonic welding along the edges 2E, 2f and 2g of the housing 2 and especially near the edges of the housing 2 and the protective card or plate 3 along the entire perimeter of the housing and the protective card or plate. Marks 20, 21, printed respectively on two surfaces 3A and 3b of the protective cards or plates 3, indicate the total nominal weight of precious stones and give thus also a measure for the total nominal weight of precious stones 6, and the amount of the total nominal weight stated in carats.

On the inner surface 2b of the housing 2 printed mark 22 which is visible from the outside of the container skvoz dashes and/or dots. Case in known cases may have at least one character who is invisible to the human eye in daylight, but becomes visible to the human eye and/or may be detected and/or read by the detecting element and/or the reading element in artificial ultraviolet radiation or, if necessary, with other artificial electromagnetic radiation containing at least useful information about the area is literal information or at least the same number that marks 22 and 23.

The characters display on the housing 2 and the protective card or plate 3, already referred to, and serve as information that is visible to the human eye, about the origin and value equivalent products for the precise determination of the individual products are to be avoided so that the container can be opened without that it was not visible, and that the product was adulterated. But in addition to these visible information products contain a number of features to prevent counterfeiting of products. Some of these features will now be described.

Part of the side surface of the body that are not occupied by marks 9 are relief cuts, consisting of thin ribs, perpendicular to the plane defined by the container 1. In the manufacture of products with the container 1, and precious stones at first produce a number of electronic circuits 7, cases 2 and the protective cards or plates 3. Manufacturers of electronic circuits and protective maps or plates enter then provided information in a memory of the electronic chip. Then authorised by the authority for issuing the product into circulation, the person inserts the selected stock of precious stones 6 in the holders 4 gems and the latter in section 2 so that the container 1 contains gems of quality and total weight corresponding to informatiile previously described, by welding. The device may contain at least one radiation source, for example, at least a laser to create a visible or invisible radiation and the spectrometer, and/or spectral comparator. You can also, if necessary, to check, for example, by microscopy, whether the quality and size of gemstone accordingly, the quality and weight indicated on the safety card or plate. Then authorised by the authority for issuing the product into circulation, a person using a recording device containing a computing machine, registers the electronic chip 7 information corresponding alphanumeric display, represented by the marks 22 and 23, and, if necessary, other information indicating the body, producing a finished product into circulation, the date of issuance of the number and/or individual characteristics of precious stones is of a security is a tradable financial values and may be in circulation. Version of the product shown in Fig.11, includes a container 33, the shell of which consists of a housing 34 and a protective card or plate 35. The product also contains the holder 36 jewels, liners 37 and precious stones 38. These items what about the reference to Fig. 1-10, except that the housing 34 is composed of two originally separate parts, namely the plate 39 and the cover plate 40, the latter being much thinner than the plate 39. The plate 39 has a through hole forming the cavity 39C for the premises of the holder 36 gems. To assemble the container 33 of the cover plate 40 is connected similarly protective card or plate 35 to the plate 39 by ultrasonic welding in such a manner that it cannot be separated from the plate 39 without damage and/or destruction of the last or herself.

The holders 4 and 36 of precious stones can be replaced by a holder 41 of precious stones, is shown in Fig.12. The holder 41 of precious stones has openings with a solid bottom, forming grooves 41A, the shape and dimensions of which are similar or identical to the grooves 5A of the liners 5. It is possible, therefore, to invest precious stones directly, i.e. without pads corresponding to the pads 5, the grooves of the holder 41 of precious stones, formed of a single part. The use of the holder 41 gems allows, therefore, to abandon the liners 5. If, however, it is advisable to invest in the grooves 41A, a number of precious stones, the individual is their gems specified range and, therefore, to assume that the smallest gems will have a relatively large clearance in the slots.

Version of the product shown in Fig.13, includes a container 42, the shell of which consists of a casing 43 and the protective card or plate 44. The housing 43 has a cavity and 43C corresponding to the cavity 2C, but located closer to the middle of the container than the cavity 2C.
